<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital, labor, working hours, and prices on the level of income of entrepreneurs in Wedoro Waru footwear industry center in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses a quantitative research approach. This study has a population of 79 respondents with sample determination using the Slovin formula, so the sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents of entrepreneurs in Wedoro Waru footwear industry center in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the results that capital, labor, working hours affect the level of income of entrepreneurs in Wedoro Waru footwear industry center in Sidoarjo Regency and prices do not affect the income level of entrepreneurs in Wedoro Waru footwear industry center in Sidoarjo Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Merchant income can be influenced by many factors. This research is to find out what factors influence the income of Manukan Kulon Surabaya traditional market traders. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Manukan Kulon Traditional Market in Surabaya with a population of 300 traders. By determining the sample using the slovin formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents in the traditional market Manukan Kulon Surabaya. While the data collection method uses interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The variables used include business capital (X1), length of business (X2), working hours (X3), and income (Y). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that partially the variables that significantly influence the income of traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders are venture capital (X1). While the old business variable (X2) and working hours (X3) did not significantly influence the income of the traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, duration of business, and working hours on the income of the traditional market traders in Manukan Kulon have a significant effect on the income of the traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims determine the effectiveness of the JMF in lowering the unemployment rate. Based on the purposive sampling technique, this studi use descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis to analyze a portrait of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and macro and micro challenges to the effectiveness of job market fair implementation in reducing unemployment. The result of this study known that JMF was an alternative in reducing the unemployment rate. Its effectiveness was still relatively moderate through the development of community economic independence, such as helping young people to build independent businesses to form start-ups, so they do not only depend on formal jobs.Keywords: Job market fair; unemployment rate]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the welfare of the people who live in residential areas / hated, the government embodies the Village Fund which encourages the development of the Village to provide funding from the National Budget. However, at the moment, there is still a lack of understanding of the Village officials on the administration and accountability of Village fund users which is a problem in effective and efficient village fund management. This study was designed to describe the evaluation of village fund management in Putren Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Data used is sourced from primary data obtained by conducting interviews with several informants and making observations. The instruments used in this study were interview guides and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with interactive models. The results in this study indicate that: (1) several activities have been realized such as road repairs with the construction of paving, repair of culverts; (2) HR in managing village funds meets the requirements, but in terms of quality guidance is still needed; (3) village funds have not been optimal in helping economic problems because they require infrastructure development assistance; (4) distribution of village funds has been evenly distributed and evenly distributed by prioritizing villages in need; (5) the community is very enthusiastic in participating in the management of village funds specifically in assisting the implementation of infrastructure development; (6) village funds that are channeled are very beneficial and beneficial to the community for infrastructure development.]]>

Local governments and communities try to use and manage the resources in their area to the fullest. This study discusses the effects of poverty, unemployment, population on the economic growth of districts and cities in East Java in 2015-2019. <![CDATA[Online shopping is a phenomenon that has become a way of life for people. The convenience and comfort felt by consumers and the experience created by online shopping has made this phenomenon increasingly developed in society. This has led to an increase in consumptive behavior that does not discriminate between groups, so that students who don't have a job can also be ensnared, where on the other hand the developments and innovations that are unceasingly increasingly support this phenomenon, such as the increasingly widespread marketplace for online shopping, one of the only Shopee that creates convenience, enjoyment and experience for its consumers. This study aims to see how the convenience, enjoyment, and experience created by shopping online through Shopee affect the consumptive behavior of students, especially female students. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the ease and convenience of online shopping partially affect consumptive behavior, while the online shopping experience has no effect on consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, simultaneously, convenience, comfort, and online shopping experience affect consumptive behavior with a contribution of 14.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is based on the phenomenon of the development of modern markets in Indonesia, which are not only found in big cities but also in the surrounding sub-districts. This is likely to disturb the existence of pre-existing traditional markets. Traditional market management is also needed and must be maximized in facing the existence of this modern market. This research to determine the development of the Krian traditional market with the existence of Ramayana Mall and to find out the efforts to manage the Krian traditional market in the face of the existence of the Ramayana Mall. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that not all modern markets have eliminated the existence of traditional markets that have existed for a long time. Traditional markets can still compete strongly with the existence of modern markets. Many people use the Krian market to sell for a living to meet their daily needs. Efforts to manage the Krian market in dealing with the existence of Ramayana Mall are still minimal, even though to be able to better maintain the existence of traditional markets in facing modern markets that are nearby, good market managers are also needed to make them comfortable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors thas influence the shelf-decline of stock price in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To do this writing, the analyst wants to change how the variable interest rate (SBI), kurs and inflation on the share price of primier LQ-45. This research examines the relationship between levels interest rate (SBI), exchange rate, inflation against LQ-45 share price. This study uses the ECM (Error Correction Model) method which begins with a unit root test with the results of the LQ-45 stock price and interest rate (SBI) at the 1st difference level while the exchange rate and inflation are at the level. This study uses secondary data type with a time series January 2015 – December 2020. The result show that in the long and short term the exchange rate has a negative effect on LQ-45 stock prices while inflation has a positive effect on LQ-45 stock price and interest rate have a positive effect on LQ-45 stock price short term while the long term produces a negative effect on the stock price of LQ-45.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh suku bunga, insentif/hadiah dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menabung serta menegtahui variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di Bank Danamon. dalam menentukan sampel, penulis menentukan sampel dari populasi nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling kepada nasabah yang memiliki rekening pada Bank Danamon yang melibatkan 100 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji sattistik regresi dengan variabel dummy. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out more deeply about obstacles for local labor (ethnic Javanese) as salt farmers in the city of Surabaya. There is an absolute requirement in the use of salt-producing labor in Surabaya City. This research uses qualitative method with ethnography study approach. Data collection technique using indepth interviewing method. The sample used in this research is seven people by using sampling technique snowball sampling that is getting information or data based on recommendation from others who really understand the problem of this research. The result of this research is finding a fact that in the salt production activity in Surabaya City is required to use non-local worker with ethnic Madura on the grounds that only Madurese ethnic workers are willing and able to accept the heavy consequences that have been arranged by the owner of the pond salt in the city of Surabaya. Salt pond owners in the city of Surabaya do not impose barriers to local labor to produce salt, as evidenced by a new innovation by transferring the function of empty land into an artificial salt pond in order to attract local labor.]]>
