Abstract

The study aims determine the effectiveness of the JMF in lowering the unemployment rate. Based on the purposive sampling technique, this studi use descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis to analyze a portrait of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and macro and micro challenges to the effectiveness of job market fair implementation in reducing unemployment. The result of this study known that JMF was an alternative in reducing the unemployment rate. Its effectiveness was still relatively moderate through the development of community economic independence, such as helping young people to build independent businesses to form start-ups, so they do not only depend on formal jobs.Keywords: Job market fair; unemployment rate

Abstract

Community service activities are based on discovering problems faced by the community or the environment after observations are made so that programs can be determined to suit their needs. Wotansari Village, one of the villages in Gresik Regency, has a new tourist attraction, which BUMDEs Giri Asih manages. However, many MSMEs who operate in the reservoir feel they need help managing their finances well and are still dependent on bank loans or loan sharks. In addition, the promotion of the pool still needs to be improved. Through community service activities, several programs implemented are: Educational activities on financial management towards family finances and independent businesses, Making promotional videos and photo spots as new vehicles, Optimizing village websites for independent population services. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that this community service activity has received a good response from the community, as evidenced by an increase in community understanding of good financial management, knowledge of the use of village websites for self-service, and the increasing introduction of the Waduk Citani to the general public.

Abstract

Gen Z has more expressive characteristics and tends to be tolerant and multitasking. According to the Research Institute in 2019, the allocation of savings from income was only 10.17% for both men and women in Generation Z. This research aims to analyze the moderating influence of gender in predicting financial behavior, which is influenced by self-efficacy, financial literacy, and locus of control in Gen Z by using path analysis with moderation assisted by SmartPLS software. This research shows that self-efficacy, financial literacy, and locus of control significantly affect economic behavior. However, gender cannot moderate the influence of these variables on FEB UM Surabaya students. Keywords: Financial Behaviour; Self Efficacy; Financial Literacy; Gender

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable. The research used quantitative research using panel data and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 27. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with the object being raw materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2023. The number of observation samples is 90. The results of this research indicate that financial performance cannot mediate the influence of CSR on company value, but financial performance can mediate the influence of GCG on firm value. This implies that investors will pay attention to the company's financial performance, when looking at corporate governance (GCG).

Abstract

Lahan wakaf Muhammadiyah, seperti wakaf dalam organisasi Islam lainnya, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, mempromosikan nilai-nilai Islam, dan memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan umat. Pimpinan Cabang Pucuk memiliki Tanah wakaf dengan luas 2200 m2 yang masih belum dikelola secara maksimal. Dari hasil observasi, lahan yang belum termanfaatkan juga cukup besar, sekitar 40% lahan wakaf tersebut belum dikelola. Salah satunya yang siap memaksimalkan lahan wakaf tersebut adalah Jamaah Tani Muhammadiyah (JATAM) cabang Pucuk. Penerapan greenhouse merupakan salah satu upaya inovatif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas lahan wakaf. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan greenhouse di lahan wakaf guna mendukung program pemberdayaan masyarakat serta meningkatkan hasil pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi analisis situasional, perencanaan dan pembangunan greenhouse, penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, serta evaluasi efektivitas. Struktur greenhouse dibuat dari rangka baja dengan atap dan dinding berbahan plastik UV yang tahan lama. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam produktivitas lahan wakaf yakni mendapatkan pemasukan setiap panen sejumlah Rp. 941.000. Greenhouse tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil panen tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai sarana edukasi bagi masyarakat, menjadikan lahan wakaf lebih produktif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan lahan wakaf lainnya di berbagai wilayah.

Abstract

Penyerapan tenaga kerha menjadi salah satu peran bagi Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah dalam mencapai pertumbuhan perekonomian di negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu daerah yang menjadi sorotan nasional karena mendapat julukan sebagai “Kota UMKM Indonesia”. Tarik sebagai salah satu bagian yang berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki jumlah UMKM relatif banyak. Namun demikian, pelaku UMKM yang kurang mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan masih manual dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan. Menganalisa pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan financial technology terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sampel riset meliputi para pelaku usaha UMKM Kecamatan Tarik yang masih aktif dengan jumlah 100 responden. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dikukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Peneliti melakukan analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan teknik pemilahan sampel stratified random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS versi 26.

Abstract

Inklusi keuangan sebagai upaya optimalisasi meningkatkan kemudahan transaksi dan perekonomian masyarakat. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi impact dari literasi keuangan, financial technology dan financial behavior terhadap inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Balongpanggang Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 316 UMKM terdiri sektor pertanian, makanan/minuman, dan retail hingga penjualan fashion. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini temuan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Balongpanggang, Gresik, sedangkan financial technology dan financial behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Balongpanggang, Gresik. Abstract

Surabaya is inseparable from environmental health problems. The threat of disease due to the lack of environmental sanitation is a problem that always arises in everyday life. The concept of zero waste as a lifestyle aims to minimize the amount of waste produced every day, one of which is through reduce, recycle and reuse. Proper waste management will provide its own value to the community from both economic and social aspects. This community service activity uses an active participation approach with the Diansati Waste Bank social community. Bank Sampah Diansati has been using a manual packing activity process by stepping on foot. The activity process goes through the stages of program socialization, preparation of press machine design, preparation of social media design and e-commerce, demonstration of the use of tools, utilization of tools by partners, monitoring and evaluation. Partners in this community service activity have 32 members. The results of community service activities show that partners can utilize tools and get convenience with the hydraulic waste press machine. In addition, recycled products by partners such as shampoo from water hyacinth can be sold online, which so far has been sold in the neighborhood around the partner.

Abstract

This research was entitled An Effect of Retun on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on share prices in tourism sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2012-2021 period. There were 5 samples with a research sampling method using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of this research used the Eviews 13 program. The results showed that partially Return on Assets did not have a significant effect on stock prices while Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin had a simultaneous and significant effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Retun on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan jasa sub-sektor pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2012-2021. Terdapat 5 sampel dengan metode pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan program Eviews 13. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial Return on Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan diperoleh hasil Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior indicate a shift from functional needs to psychological needs. Functional needs are related to the performance or appearance of a product, while psychological needs are associated with the mental aspects of consumers that can be fulfilled during the purchasing process or through product acquisition. This shift is still relevant for some people who remain loyal to traditional markets. This study employs a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The objective is to analyze the influence of service quality, promotion, and price on customer satisfaction at Suryamart UMSurabaya. The population of this study comprises all customers of Suryamart UMSurabaya, with the sample determined using the Hair et al. formula, resulting in a sample size of 105 customers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis method applies multiple linear regression using MS Excel 2021 and SPSS version 24. The findings are as follows: (a) Service quality and promotion do not significantly affect customer satisfaction; (b) Price significantly affects customer satisfaction; (c) Service quality, promotion, and price collectively have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Suryamart UMSurabaya. Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Price, Customer Satisfaction Perubahan perilaku konsumen menunjukkan pergeseran dari kebutuhan fungsional menjadi kebutuhan psikologis. Kebutuhan fungsional terkait dengan performa atau penampilan produk, sedangkan kebutuhan psikologis terkait dengan aspek mental konsumen yang dapat dipenuhi selama proses pembelian atau pembelian produk. Pergeseran ini masih berlaku untuk sebagian orang yang tetap setia pada pasar tradisional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Suryamart UMSurabaya. Populasi penelian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Suryamart UMSurabaya, dan sampel menggunakan sampel dengan perhitungan rumus Hair et al., sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 105 pelanggan. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi MS. Excel 2021 dan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (a) Kualitas pelayanan dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (b) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (c) Kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Suryamart UMSurabaya.
