Abstract

Lombok Island is one of the outstanding halal attractions in Indonesia. In fact, it is titled the Best Halal Travel Destination in Indonesia according to the IMTI 2018 and the best halal tourism destination at the international scale in the 2015 World Halal Travel Summit that was held at The Emirates Palace Ballroom, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Moreover, Lombok Island won two awards at once, namely as the World’s Best Honeymoon Destination and the World’s Best Halal Tourism Destination. Besides being known as “the island of 1000 mosques,” Lombok is also well-known for its numerous accesses to buy halal food and to book Sharia hotels, as well as the provision of rules for visiting beaches and the presence of religious communities. Considering the achievements of Lombok Island, this study attempts to find out the features that attract tourists for visiting Lombok Island. Furthermore, the study aims to determine the effect of destination image and subjective norms on the intention to visit Lombok Island. As many as 100 respondents were involved with the criteria they were at least 17 years old and had never visited Lombok Island. Data analysis uses SPSS 22. The results of the study reveal that destination image and subjective norms have significant influence on the intention to visit halal tourism destination in Lombok Island.

Abstract

To achieve company goals, employees need to be motivated so that they can carry out their duties responsibly and without coercion. The purpose of this study is to find out how employee work motivation works in foreign companies, by knowing the motivation of employees of foreign entrepreneurs can formulate the needs desired by local workers so that their loyalty and performance increases. This research method is descriptive analysis, where the population of this research is employees who work in foreign company South Korea, with sample size 229 people. The results of this study indicate that extrinsic motivation is more dominant influence employee work motivation, employee intrinsic motivation more dominant to fulfill requirement of daily life, and employee extrinsic motivation more dominant to get award.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya is one of the fast food businesses in Sidoarjo regency. The purpose of this research is to find out which of the variables (product, price, promotion, place) has a dominant influence on the increase in sales of DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya, and to find out whether marketing strategies (marketing mix) have a simultaneous influence on increasing sales of DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya.The method of approach to this research is a quantitative approach, the technique of collecting data with questionnaires and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis using the normality test, hypothesis testing, F test, and t test. The data processed using the SPSS program produces the following regression equation: Y = 6.685+ 0.290X1 + (-0.266X2) + 0.462X3 + 0.364X4 + e. Based on hypothesis testing the results of the F test show that the marketing mix independent variables which include products, prices, promotions and places of influence simultaneously on increasing sales. Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk mengetahui manakah dari variabel (product, price, promotion, place) yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya.Metode pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan kuesioner dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah 60 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, uji F, dan uji t. Data-data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 6,685+ 0,290X1 + (-0,266X2) + 0,462X3 + 0,364X4 + . Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, promosi dan tempat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implication of multivariate relationship among interpersonal trust, knowledge sharing and job satisfaction in creative industry in East Java. This research uses 168 employees as respondents in order to test hypothesis. Data are processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) model. Empirical analysis shows that there are positive and significant relationships between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing toward job satisfaction, also between interpersonal trust and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the result of this study shows that knowledge sharing acts positively as mediating variable between interpersonal trust and job satisfaction

Abstract

Knowing and analyzing the impact of the work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in logistics companies is very important. High employee job satisfaction will have an impact on increasing employee productivity and performance. This research method with quantitative, population and sample are employees of logistics company PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. All incoming data are processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study are partially positive and significant work environment and work motivation, and simultaneously work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Value-free business practices cause injustice to many levels of middle and lower class society. Spirituality in the workplace is an option to eradicate value-free business practices. Employees with spiritual values are expected to have good work performance to win a healthy business competition. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted by determining key informants, interviews, observations, and documentation—processing and data analysis using a triangulation model. The results showed that PT. Azka Mulia International has made efforts to create an Islamic work environment even though there are still shortcomings. Factors that affect employee performance are workload, cooperation, and compensation. The role of the Islamic work environment in increasing employee performance is increasing commitment and motivation. Praktik bisnis yang bebas nilai menyebabkan ketidakadilan bagi lapisan masyarakat kelas menengah dan bawah. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja adalah pilihan untuk menghapus praktik bisnis yang bebas nilai. Karyawan yang memiliki nilai-nilai spiritual diharapkan memiliki prestasi kerja yang baik dan memenangkan persaingan secara sehat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menentukan informan kunci, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi- pengolahan data menggunakan model triangulasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PT Azka Mulia International telah menciptakan upaya lingkungan kerja yang islami meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah beban kerja, kerjasama dan kompensasi. Peran lingkungan kerja yang Islam dapat meningkatkan komitmen dan motivasi kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Islamic work environment, employee performance

Abstract

Kebon Raya salah satu di desa Paciran yang jumlah penduduk tidak terlalu banyak dibandingkan desa lainnya yang mata pencarian warga desa Kebon Raya sebagai petani memiliki sumber daya tanaman siwalan. Pendampingan di desa Kebon Raya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa dengan mengembangkan potensi yang ada, yaitu tanaman siwalan. Dengan mengunakan pendekatan partisipatif masyarakat kegiatan ini memperdayakan potensi tanaman dengan membuat gula aren bubuk dan stik siwalan. Diambilnya gula aren bubuk dan stik siwalan sebagai disertifikasi usaha masyarakat desa Kebon Raya, karena mudah pembuatannya tidak membutuhkan teknologi tinggi. Agar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat efektif mahasiswa dilibatkan dalam pendampingan dan pelatihan usaha pembuatan gula aren bubuk dan stik siwalan. Untuk terus memotivasi dan keterikatan secara emosional masyarakat terhadap kegiatan ini pasca kegiatan pendampingan pemberdayaan evaluasi dan monitoring baik secara offline maupun online.

Abstract

Kutisari merupakan salah satu kampung di Surabaya yang memiliki beberapa UMKM dan pada pada masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak warganya yang terdampak dan isolasi mandiri, sisi ekonomi para pelaku UMKM mengalami kemrosotan omset pendapatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kutisari Surabaya bertujuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat terkait dengan virus Corona dan meningkatkan omset penjualan pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan ketika Surabaya masuk PPKM, agar tidak terjadi kerumunan dan penyebaran Covid-19, kegiatan  pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan satgas Covid-19 dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat. Sebelum melakukan pendampingan pengembangan pemasaran UMKM warga Kutisari terlebih dulu mengetahui permasalahan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat Kutisari Surabaya difokuskan untuk memberikan edukasi teknologi tepat guna serta memberikan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan pendampingan ke pelaku usaha UMKM, para pelaku  usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualannya di era pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Supplier companies have dynamic and complex processes that require qualified human resources. Job satisfaction is important for individuals and companies, because job satisfaction is not only related to work pleasure, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees who work at supplier companies. This research was conducted at a hotel supply company, namely PT. Exagon. The research approach with quantitative data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS 20 program, data analysis includes validation, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the analysis and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to increase the productivity and performance of employees who work in supplier companies and the results of this study are expected to be a reference in human resource management studies.
