Abstract

This study aims to analyze the export competitiveness of fresh fish and other processed fish commodities from Indonesia to China, Japan, and Malaysia. The study employs three analytical methods: Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), and Trade Balance Index (TBI), to evaluate the competitiveness of Indonesia’s key fisheries commodities. The results indicate that Indonesia has a significant comparative advantage in mollusca commodities in all three export destination countries. Mollusca consistently serves as Indonesia's leading product in international markets, reflecting a strong position in the global market. Conversely, commodities such as fresh fish exhibit lower competitiveness compared to mollusca. Based on these findings, more targeted strategies are needed to enhance the competitiveness of other fisheries commodities. Abstract

One of the criteria used to see the quality of human life is the Human Development Index (HDI), which is measured by the quality of education, health, and economy (earning power). This study aims to determine how the influence of economic growth, education, health on human development in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic growth, education, health on human development in Indonesia for the period 2016-2023. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Panel data is combined data between cross section data (across places) and time series (time series). The results of this study concluded that economic growth, education and health have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the Human Development Index. GRDP variables, average years of schooling, life expectancy partially and simultaneously affect the human development index in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses the factors that influence the income of street vendors at Gwalk Surabaya with the aim of analyzing the effect of venture capital, location, length of business and labor, partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on the income of street vendors at Gwalk Surabaya. The population in this study were all modern traders in the G-Walk Region of Surabaya in 2020, totaling 74 street vendors, using the Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in this study were 62 modern traders in the G-Walk Region of Surabaya in 2020. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that, business capital has no effect on merchants 'income, location has no effect on merchants' income, length of business affects traders 'income, labor affects traders' income and variables. Business capital, location, length of business, labor together (simultaneously) have a effect on the dependent variable, namely merchant income modern traders in the G-Walk Region of Surabaya.

Abstract

This journal reviews how social media and brand image can influence consumer decisions in using Gojek. This research focuses on how social media promotion and consumer views on Gojek have an impact on customer decisions to use Gojek. The target of this journal is to investigate The social media and brand image effect on customer decisions in using The Gojek application. This study uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who use The Gojek application. The sample was determined using The Slovin formula with 55 respondents representing The population. The study data was processed using multiple linear regression with The help of The SPSS 26 application. The results found that social media and brand image have a positive influence on consumer decisions in using The Gojek application. According to The coefficient of determination, it means that 63% of consumer decisions in using The application are influenced by social media and brand image, while The remaining 37% is influenced by various oTher factors outside The two research variables. Based on These findings, it is recommended that Gojek continue to strengThen digital communication strategies through social media that are up to date and informative, maintain and improve and enhance a positive brand image in The eyes of consumers.

Abstract

Cooperatives are one of the many industries that have experienced significant changes due to advances in information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. To become more competitive, cooperatives must innovate, especially when it comes to identifying target markets. To reach new markets and improve operational effectiveness, cooperatives can use digital transformation to develop imaginative and creative characters, implement IT systems, and rebrand. This research uses a literature review method. In this digital era, having a proper cooperative development plan is essential to overcome the increasingly complicated and dynamic competition. Through innovative target market identification, cooperatives can enhance their competitiveness in domestic and international markets by better understanding the needs of members and the market, and developing products and services accordingly.
