Abstract

The increasing number of minor offences in the health sector has led to an urgent need to find alternatives to punishment that are more humane and rehabilitation-oriented. Medical rehabilitation is one approach that is gaining increasing attention as an alternative punishment for minor offenders. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation in reducing the recurrence of offences, improving the health condition of offenders, and providing a positive impact on society. Through the case study method and literature analysis, the results show that medical rehabilitation serves not only as a punishment, but also as a comprehensive healing process. This approach includes medical treatment, psychological counselling, and education, which collectively help offenders understand the impact of their actions and prevent future offending. In addition, medical rehabilitation has also proven to be more economical and effective in the long run compared to conventional prison sentences. In conclusion, medical rehabilitation is a more holistic and positive alternative to punishment, and should be considered in the legal system to address minor health offences. The integration of this method is expected to encourage a paradigm shift in the approach to law enforcement that focuses more on individual improvement and the welfare of society as a whole.

Abstract

Minor offences in the health sector, such as violations of standard operating procedures or health regulations, often require an appropriate handling approach to reduce the number of repetitions and ensure the quality of health services. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of administrative sanctions as a law enforcement instrument in handling minor offences in the health sector. Administrative sanctions include financial fines, written warnings, and temporary revocation of licences to practice or operate. Using a literature review approach and empirical data analysis, the results show that administrative sanctions can function as an effective deterrent as well as a corrective tool that increases the level of compliance. The consistent and proportional implementation of administrative sanctions is proven to be able to reduce the number of violations, increase legal awareness, and strengthen the accountability and professionalism of actors in the health sector. This study also found that the existence of a transparent and participatory evaluation mechanism from related parties is important to ensure that the sanctions given are in accordance with the violations committed. In conclusion, administrative sanctions offer an efficient and effective solution in dealing with minor offences in the health sector, and can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of health services. Strengthening regulations and implementing fair and consistent administrative sanctions are expected to support the creation of a better health system that is responsive to the needs of the community.

Abstract

Mental health is an important aspect of individual development, including in children and adolescents. The implementation of mental health curriculum in primary and secondary education is one of the efforts to increase students' awareness and understanding of the importance of maintaining mental health. This study aims to examine the implementation of the mental health curriculum in primary and secondary education and identify factors that influence the success of the implementation. The method used in this research is a literature study by analysing various sources, including scientific journals, books and relevant research reports. The results show that the implementation of the mental health curriculum in primary and secondary education has had a positive impact on students' understanding of mental health, their ability to manage stress, and increased awareness of seeking help when facing mental health problems. However, there are some challenges in implementing the curriculum, such as lack of training for teachers, limited resources, and the stigma attached to mental health issues. Good cooperation between schools, parents and mental health professionals is needed to overcome these challenges. This study concludes that implementing a mental health curriculum in primary and secondary education is an important step in improving students' mental health. With the right support and adequate resources, the curriculum can provide a strong foundation for students to understand and maintain their mental health early on.

Abstract

Mental health has become an essential aspect of life, especially in the face of increasing life pressures. One approach that has gained popularity is self-care, which refers to activities individuals engage in to maintain their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This study aims to explore the impact of self-care on mental health, particularly in preventing emotional disorders. The research method used is a case study with a literature review approach, examining recent journals related to self-care and mental health. The results of the literature review show that activities such as meditation, exercise, and stress management are effective in reducing anxiety and depression, while improving psychological well-being. Additionally, social support, especially from family and friends, plays a crucial role in strengthening self-care behaviors. This study also reveals that young people, particularly students, need education and support to incorporate self-care into their daily lives. Based on the analysis of five relevant articles, it can be concluded that regular self-care practices can enhance mental health and prevent long-term psychological disorders. Therefore, self-care is an effective strategy for maintaining individual well-being.

Abstract

Health law enforcement is an important aspect in maintaining public welfare. However, in practice, the resolution of minor health law violations often faces various challenges that hinder the effectiveness of the investigation. This study aims to identify these challenges and explore steps to optimise the role of investigators in handling minor health law violations. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with secondary data analysis from various related literature as well as in-depth interviews with legal practitioners and investigators. The results show that optimisation efforts can be made through increasing the capacity and competence of investigators, strengthening coordination between relevant agencies, using information technology in the investigation process, and adjusting regulations that are more efficient for handling minor violations. Thus, it is expected that investigators can be more effective in carrying out their duties, so that health law enforcement can be carried out better and faster. This research contributes to the development of policies and the improvement of health law enforcement practices in Indonesia.
