Abstract

Cashless payment is created as a form of further innovation in a more efficient financial system that will bring a country into the era of a cashless society, so its presence is expected to increase economic growth and not change the effectiveness of monetary policy implementation. This study aims to find out whether cashless payment instruments affect economic growth and interest rate, as one of the monetary policy instruments in Indonesia. Cashless payments in this study consists of credit cards, debit/ATM cards, and electronic money. This study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia Payment System Statistics and the Central Bureau of Statistics, with time-series data from 2013-2019. The analytical tool used in estimating the regression model in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with 2 (two) regression models. The results showed that debit card and electronic money transaction have a significant positive effect on economic growth, credit card transactions have a significant positive effect on interest rate and debit card transactions have a negative significant effect on interest rate. While simultaneously, the cashless payment instruments significantly affect the economic growth and interest rate in Indonesia. The use of cashless payments needs to be continuously increased and encouraged so that it can be used more widely in the community, so it can continue to increase economic growth and eficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on work motivation and employee performance of PT. Sumber Buana Motor. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, to analyze the data on the population of 52 employees and a sample totaling 46 employees with simple random sampling technique. The results showed that, the value of R ² (Y1) 0.173412 mean intelligence variables (X1), emotional (X2) and spiritual (X3) 17.3412% effect on motivation (Y1), the rest influenced other variables. Rated R ² (Y2) 0.180417 mean mean intelligence variables (X1), emotional (X2) and spiritual (X3) 18.0417% impact on employee performance (Y2), the rest influenced other variables. Intellectual level but not significant positive effect on motivation (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). The level of emotional intelligence (X2) significant positive effect on motivation (Y1) with a value of T-statistics of 2.724771, while the impact on employee performance (Y2) positive but not significant. The level of spiritual intelligence (X3) have significant positive impact on employee performance (Y2) with a value of T-statistics of 2.785819, while the motivation (Y1) positive but not significant. So, from these results it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on work motivation. And there is significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made many people learn and start new things in their lives, including women. Many women started entrepreneurship due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Culinary becomes an attractive choice for starting a business because it is easy to begin and is a primary need. This study aims to determine how novice female entrepreneurs in the culinary field use technology in their business processes. This study used a qualitative method with a case study method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The results showed that this startup woman entrepreneur carried out almost all of her business processes with the help of online media, especially WhatsApp. Simple marketing research activities, finding suppliers, preparing and conducting marketing communications, conducting transactions, doing co-creation and collaborating with partners are supported by online communication media. This study also seeks to capture the difficulties and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in the culinary field. Because this research was conducted with a case study on five women entrepreneurs in the culinary field, further research can use quantitative methods and use a large sample.
