Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin in the development of Russian Classical Literature. A.S. Pushkin, a great Russian writer in the 1800s. His contribution to the development of Russian literature cannot be seen as an eye. A.S. Pushkin was not only a poet, but also the greatest Russian writer. Alexander Pushkin's work is not only favored by literary activists, but his works are able to make changes to Russian literature. The development of Russian language literature until now has never fallen away from a Pushkin. Great Russian writer who has been recognized all over the world until now.

Abstract

This research examines the tradition of eating boru in the Pematang Simalungun Village, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency. This tradition of menggalap boru is a tradition that has existed for a long time, where this tradition is that the husband is obliged to give a certain amount of money and cloth to his wife's namboru children at the time of walimatul'urs (the wife's departure party for her husband's place) as a request for permission for the wife's namboru children. This tradition of processing boru is a condition for the marriage to be considered valid by Mandailing customs. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this research is to explore and examine the new melap tradition in the Mandailing custom in Pematang Simalungun Village. The results of this research are to find out how Mandailing customs are used in traditional Mandailing wedding ceremonies in Pematang Simalungun Village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine child violence in the household sphere in Kasu Village, Rear Padang District, Batam City. Where currently there is an increase in the rate of violence against children in Indonesia, this research also aims to determine the impact that occurs due to violence and is analyzed using sociological theory, namely social control theory. This research uses qualitative research methods by means of interviews and collecting data from the internet. Acts of violence committed against children can cause pain, both internal and external injuries to the child. Violence against children can also hinder children's growth and development. Emotional, physical violence or chronic neglect can inhibit the growth of a child's brain and organs, increase the risk of diseases triggered by stress and hinder cognitive and social development which will ultimately lead to anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral disorders and poor academic achievement.

Abstract

Employees must work optimally and efficiently so that the company can have a high productive level. The achievement of company targets will certainly affect the rewards that employees receive by following the SOPs that have been prepared by the company. This has good intentions because it is directly proportional to the maximum compensation that employees will get as the best human resources. This study aims to analyze how the influence of competence, compensation and the application of standard operating procedures on the work productivity of employees at PT. Riau Media Television. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Riau Media Television, with a sample of 36 respondents. The results showed that the variables of competency, compensation and implementation of standard operating procedures had a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity with a level of influence of 67.2%, while the remaining 32.8% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achievement based on responsibility in achieving the goals of a company or organization which can be measured based on quality and quantity. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling model, using the Slovin formula, totaling 61 respondents. The results of the research conducted show that the work demand variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, it is known that the burnout variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between job demand and burnout on employee performance with an R value of 0.706. Through the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known that the job demand and burnout variables contribute 48.1% to the employee performance variable while the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
