<![CDATA[The use of information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) by business people is an interesting thing to know. These systems and technologies are mentioned as drivers that play an important role in the sustainable growth of a business organization. One of the components of AIS is software. Software is a program or collection of programs the tenable hardware to process data. Besides AIS, e-commerce is also a form of information system. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) describes the process of buying, selling, transferring, or exchanging products, services, or information through networks, including the internet. Behind the pandemic, there are several e-commerce companies in Indonesia that have recorded an increase in turnover, although People practice physical distancing in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. This article uses a qualitative approach. The research method uses a literature review related to the trend of increasing business E-commerce software due to the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis of research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that software has a significant positive effect on online business and on economic development performance during the pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Islamic Macroeconomic Perspective on the Utilization of Natural Resources, as well as the factors that influence it. In this study, the researcher used descriptive-analytical techniques and a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from literature studies relevant to the topic raised. Data analysis in this study used a deductive and deductive approach. Production in Islamic macroeconomics means an effort to add value in order to preserve the survival of living things and be used to meet the needs of all living creatures created by God. <![CDATA[The illiteracy rate in Indonesia reaches 1.71 percent or 2,961,060 people of the total population of Indonesia and the reading interest of Indonesian citizens is still very minimal, which is only 0.001 percent. Given that reading has a big role in human life and is the basis of learning, efforts to overcome it all need to be done. In this case the authors review from different objects, namely the deaf children with special needs or special guidance to learn to read because of their limitations in the senses of hearing and pronunciation. key and review of journal or book citations that are relevant to the article title. From a series of research methods, it was found that the method of reading guidance for deaf children can be done using the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) and Synthetic Analysis Structure (SAS) which is added with visual media that supports learning in deaf children.]]>

This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used in this research is the library research approach or library method. Education is a person's ability to regulate, move, influence, motivate and direct people who are members of educational institutions so that the implementation of education can run more effectively and efficiently. Leadership in Islamic educational institutions is very important for achieving an educational goal. Because without leadership in educational institutions, the process of implementing education will not run as it should. To achieve this, a leader in an educational institution must have characteristic leadership and is also proficient in self-management that is adapted to his environment. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan di sekolah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kreatif anak. Kegiatan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak dapat berupa menggambar, mewarnai, kolase dan sebagainya. Selama kegiatan tersebut, anak cenderung hanya meniru contoh yang diberikan oleh guru. Dan biasanya untuk mengembangkan kreativitasnya guru hanya menggunakan LKS atau hanya menggunakan media yang sudah ada seperti media blok konstruktif dan Lego. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan mosaik menggunakan barang bekas terhadap kemampuan kreativitas anak kelompok A di TK Nurul Ikhsan Sukodono Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-experimental dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di TK Nurul Ikhsan Sukodono Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 28 anak. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan menggunakan alat penilaian berupa lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik dengan rumus yang digunakan adalah uji-T yang sesuai dengan judul penelitian yaitu Pengaruh Kegiatan Mosaik Menggunakan Barang Bekas Terhadap Kemampuan Kreativitas Anak Kelompok A di TK Nurul Ikhsan Sukodono Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung = 6,69 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (1,70329) untuk taraf signifikansi 0,05, dan (2,47266) untuk taraf signifikansi 0,01, hipotesis nol ditolak sehingga bekerja hipotesis diterima sangat signifikan. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan mozaik menggunakan barang bekas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan kreativitas anak kelompok A di TK Nurul Ikhsan Sukodono Sidoarjo.]]>
