Abstract

The problems in this study are as follows: (1) How are the speaking skills of Class X Students at SMK PERTIWI(2) What are the Factors Affecting Speaking Skills at SMK PERTIWI ?, (3) What is the Solution to Improve Speaking Skills SMK PERTIWI. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data used triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The subjects selected were class X with a total of 20 students. The results of this study can be concluded: (1) The speaking skills of class X students of SMK PERTIWI are very good from 28.7% to 84.6%, (2) The factors that influence students' speaking skills are internal factors including factors from themselves and students' family backgrounds while external factors include community and school environmental factors, (3) solutions to improve students' speaking skills, namely: using interesting learning media, applying speaking practice methods, providing motivation to speak to students, and familiarizing students in discussing group. Abstract

This study discusses the application of the Project Based Learning Learning Model to increase student learning creativity. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase student creativity with the Project Based Learning model. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method, which describes and reveals the process and results of student learning creativity. The object of research is creativity, learning models and market day. The work product serves as material for testing and assessing the competence of students. The results of this study indicate an increase in student creativity.

Abstract

Human resource management is a form of effort to improve quality in the development of an educational institution. Improving the quality of human resources requires a mechanism that is able to regulate and optimize the various components of human resources in schools, including educators and education staff. The purpose of this study is to find out the natural background of SMK, the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education based on planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procuring, developing, compensating, integrating, maintaining, discipline, dismissal, quality of education, obstacles faced and effort. Research using descriptive qualitative method. Human resource management from the aspect; planning based on the scale of needs, organizing involving organizational administrators, directingjob description predetermined, control basedQuality Assurance (QA), Increasing teaching staff through training. Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource development at PT. Rahardja Ekalancar from various aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach to describe the results of the data. From this study it was found that to develop human resources, PT. Rahardja Ekalancar conducted several methods including training to improve several aspects including productivity, efficiency, damage, accidents, service, morale, career, contextual, leadership, remuneration, and consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the school principal in managing the curriculum at Samilul Huda Madrasah (MTs) Mlaten Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study which aims to photograph events, facts, data, and incidents regarding curriculum management at the school. Sources of data from this study were the principal as the key informant (main source) and all MTs Samal Huda teachers. The techniques and procedures for data collection were carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observations or observations of researchers in field activities, and analysis of documents related to the object of this research. The results of the study can be concluded that there are three roles that are quite effective for the principal in managing the curriculum (1) planning consisting of technical and teacher understanding, (2) implementing the curriculum in class learning (3) and evaluating learning outcomes and class learning.Keywords: curriculum, planning, implementation, evaluation.
