Noise reduction in digital images is one of the main challenges in image processing. Noise can be caused by various factors such as camera sensors, environmental conditions, and data compression. Adaptive filters have become an effective method to reduce noise without sacrificing important details in the image. This study aims to evaluate the performance of different types of adaptive filters, including Adaptive Median Filter, Wiener Filter, and Anisotropic Diffusion Filter, in reducing Gaussian noise, salt-and-pepper noise, and speckle noise. The experimental results show that the Adaptive Median Filter is very effective for reducing salt-and-pepper noise, while the Wiener Filter gives the best results for Gaussian noise and speckle noise. The Anisotropic Diffusion Filter shows balanced performance for all types of noise with satisfactory visual results. Although adaptive filters have higher computational complexity, the gains in image quality make them feasible for applications that require high-quality results. This research confirms the great potential of adaptive filters in improving digital image quality and provides recommendations for practical applications in various fields.

Product promotion is an important element in today's business strategy to drive sales and create brand awareness. Apart from increasing sales, promotions aim to inform, persuade and remind consumers about certain products or brands. The information presented in promotions must be interesting and clear, including the uses, advantages and disadvantages of the product to influence consumer purchasing decisions. Effective promotion also helps in positioning the product to be top of mind among consumers. Companies must determine the right promotional tools, both through offline media such as promotional events and print media, and online such as social media and email marketing, to achieve optimal results. The success of promotions depends on understanding the market, creativity in implementation, and adaptation to technological developments and consumer trends. SANF Collection Clothing Store, for example, utilizes a combination of offline and online promotions to reach more consumers, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty, which ultimately supports business growth and sustainability.

TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) adalah protocol jaringan yang terletak pada lapisan transport layer yang memiliki karakteristik dapat diandalkan (realible), dimana data yang dikirimkan melalui sebuah koneksi akan diurutkan dengan sebuah nomor urut tertentu dan end to end dalam pengiriman paket pada jaringan, dalam proses pengiriman data yang mengalir dapat dibaca oleh penerima sebagai TCP receiver tanpa duplikasi berurutan. TCP memiliki layanan flow control untuk mencegah data yang dirikimkan agar tidak terlalu banyak pada satu waktu sehingga membuat delay pada jaringan yang dapat diterima oleh receiver. TCP memiliki beberapa varian pada penelitian ini menggunakan TCP Tahoe, TCP Reno dan TCP Vegas dengan menggunakan metode antrian Random Early Detection. Hasil analisa dan pengujian menggunakan parameter paket delivery ratio, throughput, end to end delay, packet drop. Pada pengujian packet delivery ratio TCP Vegas memiliki kinerja terbaik menggunakan Random Early Detection dengan rata-rata 100% berbanding dengan TCP Reno 99.58% dan TCP Tahoe 99.42%. pada pengujian throughput TCP Vegas memiliki kinerja terbaik menggunakan Random Early Detection dengan rata-rata 242.599 Mbit berbanding dengan TCP Reno 237.1073 Mbit dan TCP Tahoe 137.72675 Mbit. pada pengujian end to end delay, TCP Vegas memiliki kinerja terbaik menggunakan Random Early Detection dengan rata-rata 0.15190353s, TCP Tahoe 0.10316043s dan Reno 0.0746457s. pada pengujian packet drop TCP Reno memiliki kinerja terbaik menggunakan Random Early Detection dengan rata-rata 125.5, TCP Vegas dengan rata- rata 0 dan TCP Tahoe 109.25.s

Pariwisata atau tourisme adalah suatu perjalanan yang dilakukan untuk rekreasi atau liburan dan juga persiapan yang dilakukan untuk aktivitas ini. Seorang wisatawan atau touris adalah seseorang yang melakukan perjalanan paling tidak sejauh 80 Km (50 Mil) dari rumahnya dengan tujuan rekreasi. Kabupaten pesisir selatan merupakan salah satu daerah pariwisata di sumatera barat, yang terus mengembangkan objek wisata baru secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu objek wisata yang menjadi primadona wisatawan dikabupaten pesisir selatan adalah objek wisata pantai carocok. Sektor wisata yang beragam dengan keunikan dan didukung dengan fasilitas serta sarana dan transportasi yang tersedia di kawasan wisata dapat memberikan income pemerintah yang sangat besar. Pemerintah kabupaten pesisir selatan telah melakukan promosi melalui media seperti surat kabar masa namun itu pun belum cukup untuk melakukan promosi wisata karena belum mempunyai website khusus untuk mempromosikan wisata tersebut. Namun metode tersebut belum cukup untuk menginformasikan kepariwisataan secara meluas kepada wisatawan local maupun asing. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mempermudah bagi para wisatawan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai objek wisata pantai carocok dan membuat program aplikasi sederhana untuk promosi pariwisata pantai carocok.

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on Victory University Sorong students. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by students in facing this digital era, with a focus on socio-cultural aspects. The research was conducted through surveys and in-depth interviews with a number of students, taking into account the use of technology, communication patterns, and changes in learning styles. The findings show that while technology offers greater access to information, challenges such as the digital divide and disruption to social interactions are also emerging. However, there are significant opportunities to improve educational accessibility.

The Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Laut Regency is a regional government agency that serves the community, one of which is civil registration of population in the issuance of documents. Currently, the Department of Population and Civil Registration still uses a manual system to carry out the recording process. Before issuing the birth certificate quotation document, the applicant must register manually, in this case it is considered ineffective in providing public services. To overcome the above, it is necessary to create a new system, namely a web-based public service information system that can be accessed online by the public, so that it is hoped that it can simplify administration for the people of Banggai Laut, especially those who live on the islands. So the use of information technology as a media source for public administration services that are fast and easy to understand can be a solution for optimizing the population administration service process in Banggai Laut Regency. Based on these problems, making the creation of a Regional Government Information System in E-Government Based Services in Banggai Laut Regency (Case Study of the Population and Civil Registration Service) is the right solution in public services to make it easier for the public to manage population administration and civil registration to make it more effective and efficient.

SMK PGRI Batang in the Fashion Design vocational in learning pattern making is known to have no learning media in the form of multimedia that can facilitate teachers and students in learning pattern making. Pattern making learning activities with a predetermined duration are often insufficient learning time, so they cannot accommodate all student desires which can cause pattern making learning not to run according to learning targets. So that learning aids are needed that can be used anytime and anywhere. This learning media is designed using Construct 2. The system development method used is the multimedia system development method version of Sutopo which consists of 6 stages, namely concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. Testing uses the graphical user interface (GUI) method, and user acceptance test (UAT). The results of this learning media can help users as a tool in learning basic patterns, including in making patterns for skirts, jackets, tunics, pants, and children's clothing. This application can be used anywhere and anytime because the application is offline-based, in the application there are examples of pattern images that can be downloaded by watching the existing pattern making tutorial.

This research aims to develop a corn production prediction system using Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm. The system is designed to help farmers and stakeholders make better decisions regarding corn production. The data used was obtained from Kaggle, consisting of 4,121 data from various countries. The system development process involved several stages, including data preprocessing, normalization, and division of the dataset into training data (80%) and test data (20%). The C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm was chosen due to its ability to handle both continuous and categorical attributes, as well as produce an easy-to-understand decision tree. The results showed that the developed system was able to predict corn production with an accuracy rate of 92.82%. With this system, it is expected that farmers can conduct more effective and efficient production planning, and reduce the risk of losses due to inaccurate predictions.

Efektivitas penggunaan Katalon Studio dalam automasi pengujian pada sistem informasi telekomunikasi. Katalon Studio merupakan alat pengujian otomatis yang mendukung berbagai jenis pengujian, seperti fungsional, regresi, dan API, yang sangat penting mengingat kompleksitas dan kebutuhan reliabilitas tinggi pada sistem informasi telekomunikasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan eksperimen dan survei yang membandingkan hasil pengujian manual dan otomatis menggunakan Katalon Studio pada beberapa modul sistem. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup waktu pengujian, jumlah bug yang ditemukan, dan tingkat kepuasan penguji, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Katalon Studio mengurangi waktu pengujian secara signifikan, meningkatkan jumlah bug yang terdeteksi, dan meningkatkan kepuasan penguji berkat kemudahan penggunaan dan fitur-fitur yang disediakan. Kesimpulannya, Katalon Studio efektif untuk automasi pengujian pada sistem informasi telekomunikasi, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengujian.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh mencari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apa yang diminati pada SMA Tunas Gading. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan karakter dan keterampilan siswa di luar jam pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang paling sesuai bagi setiap siswa. Metode SAW dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani berbagai kriteria dan memberikan hasil yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dan kuesioner kepada siswa. Sistem yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji untuk memastikan efektivitasnya dalam memberikan rekomendasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler "Art and Craft" merupakan kegiatan yang paling diminati oleh siswa dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0.967, diikuti oleh kegiatan "Menari" dengan nilai 0.941, "Badminton" dengan nilai 0.918, dan "Musik" dengan nilai 0.917. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya yaitu untuk menemukan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apa yang paling diminati, serta juga menemukan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler apa yang terbaik pada SMA Tunas Gading, semoga penelitian ini dapat membantu dan memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi.
