Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether promotion via WhatsApp affects consumer buying interest in MSME products in Bangsri Village. It was researched using quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques involving 100 respondents according to the criteria in Bangsri Village. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the simple linear regression method. The results showed that promotion through WhatsApp has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, with a beta coefficient value of 0.834 and a significance value of p = 0.001. This finding shows that the more intensive the promotion through WhatsApp, the more intensive the consumer's buying interest. Thus, promotion through WhatsApp is effective to be used as a digital marketing strategy for MSME players. Keywords: promotion, WhatsApp, purchase intention, MSMEs, simple linear regression

Abstract

PT. Balidroomvillas merupakan salah satu akomodasi di wilayah Bali timur yang tepatnya berlokasi di desa Tumbu, Kecamatan/Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali. Sebagai mahasiswi sekaligus salah satu karyawan yang bekerja langsung pada perusahaan ini, sudah sepatutnya ikut memajukan serta menjaga lingkungan internal perusahaan agar tetap kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan lahan dan dominasi tenaga kerja lokal terhadap lingkungan internal PT. Balidroomvillas. Latar belakang masalah didasari oleh fenomena ketegangan antara karyawan yang berasal dari desa tempat berdirinya akomodasi ini dengan karyawan yang berasal dari luar desa, yang berpotensi menimbulkan konflik serta gangguan operasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 15 pekerja baik lokal maupun pendatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan lahan pekerjaan oleh warga desa setempat berpotensi menimbulkan konflik dan kecemburuan dari pekerja yang berasal dari luar desa tersebut. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi PT. Balidroomvillas dalam mengelola hubungan antar karyawan baik dari desa setempat maupun dari luar desa tersebut melalui program CSR yang terstruktur, sistem rekrutmen yang lebih transparan, serta pendekatan kolaboratif dalam pengelolaan lahan pekerjaan. Kata kunci: lahan, internal, pekerja lokal.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial element in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, especially within government institutions such as the BPS (Central Statistics Agency) of Kapuas Regency. This study aims to describe the factors influencing the selection of the monthly best employee, the assessment mechanism used, and its impact on employee motivation and performance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a secondary data approach, sourced from internal documents of BPS Kapuas Regency from January to March 2025. Three main indicators used in the evaluation are Employee Performance Achievement Score (CKP), peer voting, and attendance recap or Work Hour Deficiency (KJK). These three indicators are assigned proportional weights (CKP 40%, voting 40%, KJK 20%) in determining the best employee each month. The findings indicate that an evaluation system combining work performance, discipline, and peer assessment can encourage employees to improve their performance and professionalism. However, this system also carries potential risks such as unhealthy competition and bias in peer voting. Therefore, regular evaluations, objective technical guidelines, and assessor training are necessary to ensure the appraisal system remains fair and effective. These findings support the importance of recognition as a form of motivation and a strategy for human resource development in public organizations.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Local Own-Source Revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah, PAD) on Capital Expenditure at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Bandar Lampung City from 2019 to 2023. Using a quantitative descriptive associative approach, secondary data from annual financial reports, including APBD and budget realization reports, were analyzed through simple linear regression. The results show that PAD has a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, with a coefficient of 0.267. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.194 indicates that 19.4% of the variation in capital expenditure can be explained by PAD. This highlights the important role of PAD in financing capital expenditure to support regional development and improve public services. The study recommends that BPKAD Bandar Lampung optimize financial management and maximize PAD potential to sustain infrastructure development effectively. Keywords: Local Own-Source Revenue, Capital Expenditure, Regional Finance, Bandar Lampung, Public Service Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Modal pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kota Bandar Lampung selama periode 2019-2023. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif asosiatif, data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan, APBD, dan laporan realisasi anggaran dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAD memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal dengan koefisien sebesar 0,267. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,194 menunjukkan bahwa 19,4% variasi belanja modal dapat dijelaskan oleh PAD. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya PAD dalam pembiayaan belanja modal yang mendukung pembangunan daerah dan peningkatan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar BPKAD Kota Bandar Lampung mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangan dan memaksimalkan potensi PAD untuk menunjang pembangunan infrastruktur secara lebih efektif. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Belanja Modal, Keuangan Daerah, Bandar Lampung, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Company Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Dividend Policy (case study of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period). The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample used was 6 companies from a population of 24 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially, Company Size has a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Leverage has no effect and is not significant on Dividend Policy, and Liquidity has no effect and is not significant on Dividend Policy. Simultaneously there is an influence between Company Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Dividend Policy.Keywords : Company Size, Leverage, Liquidity, Dividend Policy

Abstract

This study aims to determine how customer satisfaction improves the quality of service at the Notary Office - PPAT Sulastri, S.H., M.Kn in Klaten Regency. This study aims to improve service at the Notary Office - PPAT Sulastri, S.H., M.Kn to be better in the future and to determine the aspects that influence customer satisfaction in improving service at the Notary Office - PPAT Sulastri, S,H., M.Kn. The type of research used is qualitative description with data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques using the flow analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Notary Office - PPAT Sulastri, S.H., M.Kn is quite satisfactory and in accordance with the services available, both making authentic deeds and making land deeds. The quality of service is acceptable to various groups because the employee's work steps can be understood when carrying out their duties, only there are some things that need to be fixed such as employee negligence due to the lack of customer files that hinder the process of files which automatically makes the service a little longer than the initial agreement.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, and Service.

Abstract

The background of this research is that every business competitor wants success in managing business. In order to remain superior and innovate, company is required to meet the wants and needs and quality of service to customers. That way customers feel satisfied and valued so they are willing to become regular customers. This study has aim of observing  influence of employee performance Dion Putra Building Partners on its customers. To describe and explain in detail the effect of employee performance in the store on customer satisfaction, this study uses descriptive method with a survey approach. The measuring instrument used is Likert scale with the independent variable employee performance and dependent variable customer satisfaction. Collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and interviewing 15 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is validity test, reliability test and analysis, then the coefficient of determination is carried out to determine the effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction. Validity test shows that the research is valid. Reliability test shows that the research is reliable. Regression analysis results show an F value of 181.336 with a significance of 0.000 and coefficient of determination of 0.928 (92.8%). With this research if customers are dissatisfied with the service, store employees can improve service quality and find solutions to what efforts can improve quality of service to customers. Keywords : Customer satisfaction, performance, service quality
