Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup KotaProbolinggobertujuanuntukmengetahui pengaruhpelatihan kerja,kompensasi,dandisiplin kerjaterhadapprestasi kerja secara parsial.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatifdenganpendekatankausal.TeknikpengambilansampelmenggunakanprobabilitysamplingdenganmetodeSimpleRandom Sampling.Populasipenelitianiniadalah Karyawan DLH432 respondendenganjumlahsampelsebanyak100responden.Data dianalisismenggunakan statisticberupauji validitas,reliabilitas,uji asumsiklasik,analisisregresiberganda,serta pengujiandanpengolahanhipotesis denganSPSS.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwa pelatihan kerja,kompensasidan disiplin kerjaberpengaruhsecaraparsialdansignifikanterhadapprestasi kerja.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi, sangat penting untuk memahami bagaimana komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Disiplin tempat kerja sangat membantu dalam membentuk kepribadian karyawan sehingga mereka dapat bekerja dengan baik, dan tingkat dedikasi setiap karyawan terhadap bisnis menentukan keberhasilannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Paseban Sena Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan di sini. Metode sampel diterapkan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 orang karyawan Paseban Sena di Kota Probolinggo. Observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi tradisional (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis parsial dan pengujian simultan (uji t dan uji f) semuanya digunakan dalam analisis data kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variable disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. secara simutan disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 47,5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted on DKUMP Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational culture, workload, job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of KUMP Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative, through independent variables (free) Organizational Culture, Workload and Job Satisfaction as well as the dependent variable (tied) Employee performance. The population in this study were DKUMP employees from Probolinggo City (non ASN). The samples taken were 82 employees. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study come from primary and secondary data. data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and processed with data analysis methods in the form of validation tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organizational culture (X1), workload (X2), job satisfaction (X3) simultaneously on performance (Y) where the calculated f value was 51.649. Then from the test it shows that organizational culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 3.675, workload variable (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 2.852 and job satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) with t count 2.921. The dominant test shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a dominant influence on performance (Y) with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.321.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City with research objectives to be achieved is to determine the effect of Product Innovation, Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions partially on CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City. The population in this study were consumers who visited using estimated purchase in the previous few months, namely: February to April 2023 as many as 192 consumers. While the researcher was conducting the research, the samples taken were as many as 64 respondents using the incidental sampling technique. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, the variables used include Product Innovation, Product Quality, Price and Purchase Decision. The method of data analiysis from the results of this study is a quantitative descriptive method using statistics in the from of instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, cofficients of determination and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the study are shown by the results of the partial hypothetical test that has been carried out with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded that 1) Product Innovation with a tcount value of 2.201 is greater than a ttable of 1.670. 2) Product Quality with tcount value is 3.514 greater than ttable 1.670. 3) Prices with a tcount value are 3.408 greater than the 1.670 ttable.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah City of Probolinggo with the aim of the research to be achieved is to determine the effect of shop atmosphere, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions partially at PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah, City of Probolinggo. The population in this study are all consumers of PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah, City of Probolinggo, with a sample taken of 49 respondents with a sampling technique that is saturated sample. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, the variables used are Store Atmosphere, Promotion, Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions. The method of data analysis from the results of this study is a quantitative descriptive method using statistics in the form of instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation hypothesis , and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are shown by the results of simultaneous hypothetical tests Fcount > Ftable (23.315 > 2.81) (sig. 0.00 <0.05) then H0 is rejected. That is, there is a significant influence between Store Atmosphere (X1), Promotion (X2) and Quality of Service (X3) simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of Emotional intelligence, Work discipline and Job satisfaction has a simultaneous and partial effect on employee organizational commitment DPKPP probolinggo city. And also among these three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable (organizational commitment). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, with the variables emotional intelligence,work discipline and job satisfaction, the number of samples in this study were 59 respondents. The test results show that it partially affects the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP probolinggo city. The partial test results show that emotional intelligence (X1), work discipline (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) of the three variables have significant values. Thus the results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of variable emotional intelligence, work discipline and job satisfaction on the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP, City of Probolinggo. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Rejional 3 Subregional Jawa Tanjung Tembaga Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Rejional 3 Subregional Jawa Tanjung Tembaga Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasinya adalah semua PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Rejional 3 Subregional Jawa Tanjung Tembaga Probolinggo dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) dari hasil uji secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (4,706 > 2,98) dan hasil signifikansi 0,017 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) dari hasil uji secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel motivasi diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,396 > 1,705) dan hasil signifikansi 0,014 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) dari hasil uji secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,128 > 1,705) dan hasil signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) dari hasil uji secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel lingkungan kerja diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,247 > 1,705) dan hasil signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. 5) dari hasil uji dominan untuk variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai standardized cofizients beta sebesar 0,523. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja dari hasil uji secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,128 > 1,705) dan hasil signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Rejional 3 Subregional Jawa Tanjung Tembaga Probolinggo.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Kebonsari Kulon I with the aim of examining the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers and employees at SDN Kebonsari Kulon I. Quantitative research with causal associative relationships is the type of research used. The population in this study was 32 teachers and employees. The sample used in this research was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique, totaling 32 people. The results of this research show that: (1) leadership influences the performance of teachers and employees (2) motivation influences the performance of teachers and employees (3) work discipline influences the performance of teachers and employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on partial employee performance at CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach, with a sample size of 32 respondents who are CV employees. Pia Forta Probolinggo City using saturated sampling techniques. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and also the T test are data analysis methods. In this way, from the results of the T Test it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of CV employees. Pia Forta Probolinggo City.

Abstract

This research was conducted on MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo Members with the aim of this research being to examine Perceived Price, Public Relations, and WOM on Decisions to Use Fitness Center Services among MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo Members. The population in this study were members of the MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo. The sample in this study used the technique used in this research, namely the slovin technique, totaling 60 members of the MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo. Analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this research show that: (1). Perceived Price has a positive and significant influence on the Perceived Price variable on Service Use Decisions, (2). The Public Relations variable has a positive and significant effect on the Public Relations variable on Service Use Decisions, (3). WOM has a positive and significant influence on the WOM variable on service use decisions.
