Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the dimensions of motivation affect employee performance at the plaza hotel located in the city of probolinggo both simultaneously and partially. this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with five variables contained in the dimensions of motivation. the number of samples in this study were 39 employees registered at the Tampiarto plaza probolinggo hotel, the researchers used the entire number of employees using the sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. the data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and validity and reliability testing. data processing using the SPSS version 22 program as a multiple linear analysis test tool, F test, and T test. the results of the study prove that the dimensions of motivation affect the performance of employees of the tampiarto plaza probolinggo hotel both simultaneously and partially. partially physiological needs affect employee performance, a sense of security affects employee performance, social needs affect employee performance, self-esteem or recognition affects employee performance, and self-actualization affects employee performance. while simultaneously proving that five variables in the dimensions of motivation affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of Emotional intelligence, Work discipline and Job satisfaction has a simultaneous and partial effect on employee organizational commitment DPKPP probolinggo city. And also among these three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable (organizational commitment). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, with the variables emotional intelligence,work discipline and job satisfaction, the number of samples in this study were 59 respondents. The test results show that it partially affects the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP probolinggo city. The partial test results show that emotional intelligence (X1), work discipline (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) of the three variables have significant values. Thus the results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of variable emotional intelligence, work discipline and job satisfaction on the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP, City of Probolinggo. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pencapaian pungutan Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo tahun 2018 – 2022, dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi pencapaian pungutan Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo tahun 2018 – 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, variabel yang digunakan terdiri atas pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, data berupa laporan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022. Metode analisis data yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio efektifitas penerimaan pajak daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mengalami angka yang fluktuatif tetapi dalam kurun waktu tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Rata-rata tingkat efektifitas penerimaan retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 sebesar 94% dalam kategori efektif. Rata-rata rasio efisiensi biaya pemungutan atas pajak daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mencapai 2,25% dengan kategori sangat efisien. Rata-rata rasio efisiensi biaya pemungutan atas retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mencapai 0,56% dengan kategori sangat efisien.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Department of Education and Culture in the City of Probolinggo with the aim of finding out the significant influence of Recruitment, Career Development and Compensation simultaneously on Performance at the Department of Education and Culture in the City of Probolinggo. The independent variables in this research are Recruitment, Career Development and Compensation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The population referred to in this research is all employees at the Probolinggo City Education and Culture Office. Sample determination was carried out using non-probability sampling which resulted in a sample of 60 respondents. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that Recruitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Career Development has a significant effect on Performance. Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing, Company Image and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely Experiential Marketing, Company Image and Product Quality and the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study were all consumers at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents based on certain criteria, namely consumers who have made transactions at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data, with the help of the PLS 3 application. The results showed that the Experiential Marketing variable (X1) had no effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) of (-0.015) with t statistic (1.107 < 1.96) or p value (0.457 > 0.05) and the Company Image Variable (X2) had no effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) of (0.250) with t statistic (3.786 > 1.96) or p value (0.216 < 0.05). While the Product Quality Variable (X3) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) of (0.864) with t statistic (2.801> 1.96) or p value (0.003 <0.05), it is proven that the hypothesis is accepted on the Product Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which competency, leadership and communication variables partially influence employee performance at DP3AP2KB Probolinggo Regency. A type of quantitative research that utilizes a causal associative approach is used in this research, where Competence, Leadership and Communication are the independent variables and Performance is the dependent variable. The population is all DP3AP2KB Probolinggo Regency employees with a sample of 41 respondents and a saturated sampling technique. The quantitative descriptive method using the SmartPLS program was used to analyze this data, which includes convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, normality test, R square test, Q square test and hypothesis test. The test results show: 1) competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee.

Abstract

The research aims to determine to what extent the variables of workload, job stress and work environment partially influence the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Commerce of Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The variables studied were workload, work stress, work environment and employee performance of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Commerce of Probolinggo City, with a total of 58 employees interviewed . The method of data analysis from the research results is a quantitative descriptive method using the help of the SmartPLS program in the form of a convergent validity test, a discriminant validity test, a test of reliability, an R square test, a Q square test and a hypothesis test. Test results show that 1) workload (X1) has no significant influence on employee performance of (0.161) with t-statistics (0.884 < 1.96) and p-value of (0.189 > 0.05), 2) job stress (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance of (0.274) with t statistics (2272 <1.96) and P value of (0.012 > 0, 05) and 3) Work environment (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance of (0.254) with t statistics (1.985 < 1.96) and p value of (0.049 > 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine to what extent the variables of service quality, promotion and price partially influence customer satisfaction at the Violet Bakery Bakery, Pobolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The variables studied were service quality, promotion and price and customer satisfaction at Violet Bakery, Probolinggo City, with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis method from the research results is a quantitative descriptive method using the SmartPLS program in the form of a convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, adjusted R square test, Q square test and hypothesis test. The test results show that 1) service quality (X1) does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. 2) promotion (X2) has a significant and negative influence on customer satisfaction. 3) price (X3) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan hubungan asosiasif kausal ialah jenis penelitian yang dipakai. Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas (X2) dan Harga (X3) ialah variabel independen. Sedangkan kepuasan konsumen (Y) ialah variabel dependen yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini. Sampel didalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 40 konsumen. Penetapan sampel yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini ialah sampling insidental. Uji dugaan sementara (Hipotesis) bisa diambil kesimpulan yaitu varaibel kualitas pelayanan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,178 > 2,028) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan Kepuasan Konsumen, variabel fasilitas diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,278 > 2,028) menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan variabel harga diperoleh nilai thitung > (2,692 > 2,028). menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City The research method used is a quantitative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely Leadership Style, Workload and Work Motivation and the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. The population in this study was 104 employees and the sample used was 44 employees based on a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has no effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Workload Variable (X2) has no effect on Employee Performance (Y), while the Work Motivation Variable (X3) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y), so it is proven if the hypothesis is accepted, the Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City.
