Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix, both collectively and partially, on purchasing decisions for Hydro Coco isotonic drinks in Berlian Makmur Village. This study used 100 samples, using a non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This study was associative, with primary data and a questionnaire as the data collection technique. The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the marketing mix had a collective effect on purchasing decisions for Hydro Coco isotonic drinks in Berlian Makmur Village. Partially, 1) product (X1) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 2) price (X2) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 3) distribution channels (X3) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 4) promotion (X4) significantly influenced purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of online customer reviews (electronic word-of-mouth eWOM) on repurchase intention through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The main objectives are (1) to identify the mechanisms by which online reviews influence repurchase intention, (2) to summarize empirical findings and meta-analyses related to review attributes (valence, volume, quality, credibility, helpfulness), (3) to map mediators (e.g., trust, satisfaction, perceived usefulness) and moderators (e.g., product type, platform, culture), and (4) to identify research gaps and managerial implications. The SLR results consistently demonstrate that online reviews have a significant impact on purchase decisions and repurchase intentionthe effect is mediated primarily by customer trust and satisfaction, and moderated by product type (search vs. experience), platform, and review attributes (text quality, helpfulness, and review variance). Theoretical implications and practical recommendations are presented for researchers and digital marketers.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative research approach because it aims to measure the relationship between two variables, namely variable (X1) intensity of use, (X2) purpose of use and (Y) learning productivity. The population in this study were active students of Makassar State University and Hasanuddin University in the 2023-2024 academic year with a total population of 75554 and 100 samples. The data analysis method used in this study was validity and reliability testing. Followed by multiple correlation tests, hypotheses (t-test), and multiple linear regression. The results of the multiple correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between variables (X1 and X2) to variable (Y) simultaneously as shown by the sig. F Change value of 0.011 <0.05. Furthermore, the hypothesis test (t-test) X1 has a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and X2 has a value of 0.013 < 0.05, both of which have an influence on variable Y. A linear regression test is used to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence of the independent variables (X1 and X2) on the dependent variable (Y), with X1 having a positive value of 0.379 and X2 having a negative value of -0.274.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan Pengaruh Jenjang Karir, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan PT. PLN (persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Rivai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian assosiatif. Sampel pada penclitian ini sebanyak 107 Responden. Tcknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penclitian menggunakan kualitatif yang kemudian dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan kocfisien determinasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statistic Program For Special Sience (SPSS) 26 Version. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh signfikan secara simultan dan parsial Pengaruh Jenjang Karir, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan PT. PLN (persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Rivai.
