Abstract

This research article presents a review regarding the various techniques used for sensorless position and speed of estimation of permanent magnet synchronous motor drives. Permanent-magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) are widely used in high performance applications because of their compact size, high-power density, high efficiency, free maintenance etc. Mechanical sensors are normally required for speed control of PMSM in sensing rotor position and speed to achieve drive system. However, these sensors increases the overall system cost, size, weight, and wiring complexity thereby reducing the mechanical robustness and the reliability of the overall PMSM drive systems. Sensorless drives are becoming more and more important as they can eliminate speed sensors maintaining accurate response; hence sensoreless methods have gained much attention. This paper presents different sensorless position and speed estimation techniques of PMSM motor drives system and their corresponding advantages and disadvantages are described.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is for each writer to understand the principles and techniques of writing citations in scientific article manuscripts. Academic scientific articles are academic essays that use scientific principles presented scientifically and in scientific language. Making scientific publications is an activity that requires precision, including looking for references. In writing scientific articles, citations are very necessary and very useful, especially in matters relating to new topics that can support research results arguments. This research uses qualitative methods through literature review. In making scientific papers it is very important to include citations on each quote taken from the previous author. This is done so that quotes or references are used to enhance the work of other authors or to cite to credit individual work.

Abstract

Financial management is all activities related to the management of finances and financial assets. Currently, many students do not know how to manage finances, so this socialization is needed so that students can manage their finances properly. This article aims to provide an understanding of personal financial management to 10th grade akl students at gondang smk. This socialization method goes through four stages, namely the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation stages. The material was delivered by the author using a presentation method, question and answer session and a quiz related to the material presented. Based on the results of the service activities that have been carried out at SMK Gondang regarding the socialization of financial management to 10th grade Accounting students, it can be concluded that students can understand the material presented, but most students have not implemented financial management properly. This is based on the quiz answers regarding financial management, almost all of them are correct. This socialization was carried out in accordance with the plan that had been designed. Because all 10th grade Accounting students were directly involved in the activity, with a responsive and enthusiastic state following the activity from start to finish. The socialization of financial management is expected to increase students' knowledge of the importance of financial management. and students can utilize or maximize the money they have.

Abstract

The implementation of this empowerment aims to add insight to Al-Istiqomah madrasah female students regarding the sharia economy that is related to the ethics of consumption in Islam. The implementation technique starts from coordination, determining participants, preparing the necessary tools, and evaluating activities. The method used in this empowerment is the lecture method using powerpoint media, and a question and answer session. It can be concluded from the results of this empowerment implementation that the majority of female students of madrasah al-istiqomah have not been able to apply consumption ethics in accordance with Islamic teachings, including by buying food or beverage products that have not been halal certified, buying goods that do not meet their needs (hedonism), and have not been able to identify haram and halal income.

Abstract

Dissemination of disaster response at Cangkringan Muhammadiyah Vocational School located in Argomulyo Village, Kapanewon Cangkringan, Sleman Regency. The area is not far from the Mount Merapi area, so information is needed on how to respond to disaster issues related to prevention, mitigation and preparedness. This activity was carried out as a form of UMY KKN 2023 practice in community service, especially in Argomulyo Village. The goal to be achieved in the implementation of this activity is to be able to convey information related to how to prevent, mitigate, and be prepared for a disaster that occurs. Another goal is to instill awareness in the community about the importance of early vigilance and preparedness to reduce the risk of a disaster that causes loss to the community. The method used in this activity is the socialization method by first making direct observations with the Principal of SMK Muhammadiyah Cangkringan. The targets of this service program are students of the Cangkringan Muhammadiyah Vocational School and the organizations in the school. The result of this activity is the dissemination of information and disaster management steps that can raise student awareness so that they can form a disaster care group, an organization engaged in the field of disaster.

Abstract

The research results showed a high level of implementation of clinical risk management (MRK) (77.78%). Risk management is an effort to analyze existing systems for potential errors to prevent incidents from occurring. Risk management is an organized effort to identify, prioritize risks, analyze and reduce potential risks that may occur to patients, visitors, staff and organizational assets. Hospital risk management can implement a policy design to prevent Adverse Events that harm patients. Community service activities through knowledge updates on integrated risk management with health services to increase the knowledge of health workers. This service method uses 3 stages of preparation for implementation through training and evaluation, with 51 participants taking part. As a result of this service to the community, there are still many health workers who have never attended training or seminars on risk management, as many as 34 health workers. Health workers already know about patient safety targets, after carrying out community service activities. Health workers already understand risk management
