This research aims to see the effect of insurance premium income, claims, investment and operating cost on the growth of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia. Research method ini this research, used the multiple linear regression using the SPSS 22 program. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the population being sharia life insurance companies in Indonesia which are listed in the OJK in 2015-2019. The results showed that insurance premium income has a positive and significant effect on asset growth, while claims and operating cost have a negative and significant effect, so it can be concluded that the greater the insurance premium higher growth of the company's assets , while the claims and operating expenses apply the opposite. Investment in its effect on asset growth shows insignificant results.

The purpose of the research is to see the implementation of Good Corporate Governance as a corporate strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research conducted is field research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used interviews and observations, with data reduction analysis and data triangulation. The results showed that PNM Mekaar sharia Brebes district and BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Bumiayu Brebes district applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) well in the form of the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Where the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a company strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic has a positive impact on the company by increasing customers and members who need financing

The development of the capital market is currently followed by the development of the stock market is increasingly in demand by investors as well, seen from data on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which shows that the stocks included in the sharia has increased. An investor will do the analysis to make an investment decision. The analysis is technical and fundamental. One of the fundamental analysis is profitability ratio analysis issued by the company. Good financial performance will be the information used as a positive signal by investors, because companies that have good financial performance will provide more benefits for investors. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze profitability variables on stock returns in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2012-2016. Population of this research is a company included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research using sample criteria, we obtained a sample of 21 companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period of 2012-2016 and published annual financial report data on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) required during the study. The variables used in this research are earning per share (EPS), return on equity (ROE), return on asset (ROA), return on sales (ROS), return on investment (ROI), size as control variable, and stock return as the dependent variable. Result of this research show that investor on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) see simultaneously the profitability ratio as a signal for investment decision making. Variable size can be used as control variable in that used in this research. Profitability ratios that are taken by investors are return on assets (ROA), earnings per share (EPS), and return on investment (ROI). So that should be a special attention for companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to increase investor interest to invest in the company. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of service quality, product quality, company image and promotion on saving interest both partially and simultaneously. This research includes a type of quantitative research. The data used is primary data with a sample of 82 samples. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The study used multiple linear regression analysis and test methods with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that the quality of service variables had a significant effect on saving interest, product quality had no significant effect on saving interest, company image had a significant effect on saving interest and promotion had a significant effect on saving interest. In addition, the results of the study also explained that the quality of service, product quality, company image and promotion together affect the interest in saving members

The purpose of this research is to find how the superiority of the mobile bank or bank titil in the community and how it is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. This research is a field research conducted using a qualitative approach. The snowball sampling technique was used to obtain the informants who use the services of a bank titil. Data from the key informants are then analyzed using three steps that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation (display), and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of this research is that superiority of a mobile bank or bank titil in the community is related to the convenience in transaction provided by a mobile bank or bank titil. First, it is simple requirements. The second is fast disbursement. Third, there is no collateral or guarantee must be given to the titil bank as an official bank institutions are required. However, with the facilities provided by a mobile bank or bank titil, its practice basically contains harms which makes residents remain in a circle of poverty because of their dependence on the services of the mobile bank or bank titil.

The purpose this research is to determine influence between solvability and tabarru’ fund on profitability in the life Insurance of Sharia in Indonesia. This research using data analysis test detailed statistics with multiple linier regression by statistical program E-view. Research found that investment by companies it can affect the financial performance or profitability. The ability of the sharia insurance company in Indonesia adequate to repay short-term not influenced on the ability of the company to pay the debt through the ratio of DER. So it is possible that the results obtained the ratio of DER cannot affect ROA. Tabarru’ fund can influence to profit generated by the company.

Making of decision and process in operational companies could not be separated or closely related by shareholders such as the Board of Commissioners and Directors. The Existence of Women Directors Towards Color of nuance in Companies, Several studies determined the existance of Women Directors in Companies tend to change the dynamics in the Companies. The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate value and to determine the relationship between female directors in moderating between CSR reporting on company value on Islamic shares in Indonesia. The results showed that coporate social responsibility (CSR) had a positive and significant effect on the price earnings ratio (PER) and return on equity (ROE), and the Women Directors could not moderate the influence of CSR on company value.

Pekalongan City is known for its creative city and religious people, which can be a competitive advantage in developing halal tourism destinations. However, having that alone is insufficient; infrastructure readiness is also crucial. This paper seeks to describe public perceptions of Pekalongan City’s readiness to become a halal tourism destination in terms of its infrastructure. Primary data was collected through the random distribution of questionnaires. Using the accidental sampling method, a total of 65 people were selected as a sample. Data was also gathered through interviews with key informants, who were selected using a purposive random sampling method. The criterion is that the informants have visited tourist attractions in Pekalongan City. The secondary data was gathered through a review of books, journal articles, research reports, websites, and other sources pertinent to the research topic. This study reveals that the community has a favorable view of Pekalongan City’s tourism infrastructure in terms of attractions, access, environment, and amenities. From this perception, it is concluded that Pekalongan City deserves to be a halal tourism destination. Although a positive impression is made, there is still room for development in areas like worship facilities, public restrooms, tourist attractions’ safety and comfort, and more. This study recommends that the local government invest in infrastructure to improve tourism services. A successful regional halal tourism industry will produce a tourist-attractive halal industry. Thus, establishing a good halal tourism destination begins with ensuring the location has the necessary infrastructure in place.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Persepsi tentang Infrastruktur Pariwisata Halal di Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Kota Pekalongan dikenal dengan kota kreatif dan masyarakatnya yang agamis yang dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif dalam membangunan destinasi wisata halal. Akan tetapi, tidak cukup hanya itu, kesiapan infrastruktur juga menjadi bagian yang sangat penting. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat tentang kesiapan Kota Pekalongan menjadi destinasi wisata halal, terutama infrastrukturnya. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara acak kepada 65 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria pernah berkunjung ke objek wisata di Kota Pekalongan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui telaah buku, artikel jurnal, laporan penelitian, website, dan sumber lainnya yang mendukung tema penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap infrastruktur pariwisata Kota Pekalongan, baik pada komponen atraksi, akses, lingkungan, maupun amenitas. Dari persepsi ini diperoleh deskripsi bahwa Kota Pekalongan layak menjadi destinasi pariwisata halal. Meskipun demikian, masih ada ruang perbaikan yang diperlukan, seperti kelayakan fasilitas ibadah, kebersihan toilet, keamanan dan kenyamanan destinasi wisata, dan sebagainya. Kajian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah daerah berinvestasi dalam infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan layanan pariwisata. Industri wisata halal daerah yang berhasil akan menghasilkan industri halal yang menarik bagi wisatawan. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan destinasi wisata halal yang baik harus dimulai dengan memastikan adanya infrastruktur yang memadai di lokasi dimaksud.

Investment essentially investing capital with the hope of getting a profit in the future. One of the investment instruments is the capital market. Financial inclusion index data shows that the capital market literacy index in Indonesia is quite low compared to other financial literacy indexes such as banking, insurance, financing institutions and pawnshops. In fact, investing in the capital market is one investment that is quite easy and profitable. In terms of the age of investors, the age range of 15-17 years, which is the age of teenagers, still has a minimal level of capital market investment literacy. This is also experienced by students of SMA Negeri 2 Pemalang who are still new to capital market investment. The New Investor Literacy Program is expected to be able to increase investment understanding so that students can prepare for financial well-being in the future. The method used in this activity is education and training, where SMA Negeri 2 Pemalang students will be given education in advance about the concept of capital market investment, then continue with training on how to practice investing in capital market products in Indonesia. In general, this activity ran smoothly and conducively with the enthusiasm and curiosity of SMA Negeri 2 Pemalang students who were so great in terms of capital market investment.
