Abstract

Production is a human activity to produce goods and services which is then used by consumers. While Islamic business management is idea about how to regulate, manage, and run a business or convenient business with Islamic sharia.The Production process of packed rice that happened to UD Albas Jaya through several processes, start from the search for raw materials to packaging.In passing all these stages should be done properly and correctly as taught by the Islamic religion. This study intends to determine (1) the production process of packed rice at UD Albas Jaya Putih Village, Gampengrejo District, Kediri Regency, (2) knowing the process of packed rice production at UD Albas Jaya Putih Village, Gampengrejo District, Kediri Regency, in terms of Islamic business management. This study used qualitative approach to the type of case study research in the field and descriptive research design. The informants in this study arePacked rice producers, employees and surrounding communities and agents. The method of data collection in collecting data used observation and interview. As for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are several production processes at UD Albas Jaya, including; First, preparation of raw materials (grain) that prioritizes good quality rice, by way of business owners going down to the field to make the selection of raw materials, then if the price of raw materials rises the producers do not increase the prices of their products. Second, the process of breaking the skin, does not cause environmental pollution because the waste can be resold. Third, the process of polishing rice, in addition to polishing rice which is still new, UD Albas Jaya also polishes rice that has not been sold for a long time to appear white again. Fourth, the packaging process, mixing old rice with new rice, as well as imperfect in weighing.fifth, the storage process.See from the production process, the production process of UD Albas Jaya is not in accordance with Islamic business management, because there are still production behaviors that are not in accordance with Islamic business management principles such as; polish old rice to make it look white again, mix new rice with old rice, and less to perfect the scales.

Abstract

The concept of justice in Islam is different from the concept of justice in islamicteachings. Teaching justice in various aspects of life, justice does not mean thesame between one person with another, between one group with another group or between one region to another.In Islamic concept, justice means everyone gets based on their rights. In Al Quran verses also explain about justice concept, either justice in distribution matters, consumption or others. In Economics, justice also has to establish that including eliminating inequality in income. The principle of justice in Islamic economic system is contrary to the capitalist concept which develops the trickle-down effect principle, besides the characteristic of the capitalist economy is private ownership. Whereas in Islam the principles of justice enforcement are ukhuwah (brotherhood), mahabbah (mutual love), takaful (help each other) and ta'awun (mutual help). In Islam the ultimate goal of the concept of justice is welfare (falah) and not the accumulation of wealth.

Abstract

Public relation is a communication activity that aims to build good image of company. Furthermore public relation is a planning that uses persuasive communication to influence society perception and a planning to influence society perception through the implementation of social responsibility program based on interrelationship communication to achieve the goodness between each other. As communication instrument with public, company social responsibility to society or well known as corporate social responsibility (CSR) is used to share positive effect of company for local society environment, environmental conservation activity and the result to the public. Respond and view to the company responsibility from several parts, costumer and society are used to be feedback to change company approach in managing environment and to improve company image that will influence on company profit improvement.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibilityis a concept that a company has various forms of responsibility to all stakeholders including consumers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of the company's operations that include economic, social, and environmental aspects. Therefore CSR is closely related to "sustainable development", in which a company, in carrying out its activities must base its decisions not only on the impact on economic aspects, such as the level of profits or dividends (profits), but also must consider the social and environmental impacts that arise from that decision, both for the short term and the longer term.Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG), in managing its Productive Waqf by establishing business units which mostly involve workers from the local society around PMDG. They are employed according to their skills. This is a form of implementing CSR in order to help advance and improve the welfare of the local society. The existence of these various business units is one of the educational facilities and as a form of CSR application which is actually intended to educate in the fields of independence, entrepreneurship, sincerity and sacrifice.PMDG involvement in social activities that are useful for the local society such as infrastructure development and village facilities, regeneration of students who are from around PMDG to be able to get higher education with funding from the PMDG, doing guidance to the local society through various religious activities, educational and economic activities is a form of PMDG responsibility to the local society environment and also to all stakeholders such as students, Ustadz, employees, so as to provide social and environmental impacts for the short term and the longer term.

Abstract

This community service program is a form of campus academic activities to help overcome the economic problems of rural communities, especially village women who in fact in terms of the economy are less productive. The main aim of this program is to increase the economic potential of village women based on Majlis Ta'lim. This is done to face the challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) to increase competitiveness through increasing productivity and quality of products according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), especially for rural home industries, especially women farm laborers to use their time optimally to improve family welfare. They not only rely on rice fields (tandur) and the harvest period, which is approximately three months' waiting period. They not only depend on the natural and environmental conditions that exist, but also are able to take advantage of the existing potential to make a more economic contribution to the household. With the ABCD method, the companion made a change of mindset while conducting marketing strategy training on the production of crackers which had been carried out by several members of the Ta'lim Assembly, by providing training in marketing strategies with product targets, distribution, pricing, and promotion strategies that had followed developments ( on line marketing), so that the selling power increases. Paying attention to the SWOT analysis, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats can generally be overcome because the people in Bakalan Village, Grogol Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, especially Majlis Ta'lim Muslimah have a strong and maintained network of friendship through routine recitation, so that this economic activity remains can be done.

Abstract

In the implementation of promotions in order to increase sales volume at the Pangkat - Kediri tile company, an analysis result of 6.00 was obtained which states that the relationship between promotion and sales volume is strong. Because promotion is one of the determining factors for the success of every company in producing to selling their products to consumers.Because the promotion includes many things starting from product strategy to product marketing / sales. However, companies certainly cannot only focus on promotional activities, because the four elements of marketing strategy (price, promotion, distribution and production) cannot be separated. So companies should be able to combine marketing strategies appropriately, so that the company is able to achieve the desired targets, namely achieving maximum profit. In order to introduce its company products to the public with advertising media is very important. Because with this advertising effort, society knows advantages that accompanied these products, so that the company's expectations for sales to increase will be even greater and its profits will also increase.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan virtual menjadi terobosan baru dalam mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas kepemimpinan di tengah ekonomi yang lesu karena wabah covid 19. Kepemimpinan virtual juga menitikberatkan pada pencapaian hubungan baik dan maksimal dalam komunikasi karyawan secara jarak jauh. Inovasi kepemimpinan virtual membentuk tim virtual dalam menjalankan pekerjaan di sebuah organisasi. Penelitian kepemimpinan virtual dilakukan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian dengan mendeskripskan hasilnya dalam bentuk uraian atas fenomena yang terjadi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis sesuai tahapan. Hasil penelitian yang dideskripsikan adalah adanya efek positif atas Inovasi manajemen pada kepemimpinan virtual yang dirasakan oleh pimpinan, karyawan dan feedback nasabah. Sehingga eksistensi bisnis pada Bank Muamalat dapat tercapai dan mendapat kepercayaan masyarakat dalam memudahkan transaksi di tengah kebijakan lockdown pada masa corona yang terjadi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tarekat and Sufism are often used as scapegoats for the Islam declining issue. The concepts of zuhud, fakir, and tawakal are considered to alienate the activities of tarekat from worldly life, so that life is a way of fatalist life and away from the world. This fatalistic teaching adopted by Sufism is considered as the prior cause of cultural poverty among Muslims. The followers of tarekat and Sufism are identified with poverty and slum life. However, it is different from the Tarekat Shiddiqiyah in Jombang Regency which is engaged in business and many members do business and become entrepreneurs. This research is literature research using qualitative descriptive method. The primary data source of this study is murshid’s writings of the tarekat Shiddiqiyah, published books of the tarekat and the official page of the Shiddiqiyah. The focus of this research is: 1). how is the economic culture of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah and 2). What is the economic framework of the Sufi perspective of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah. The location of this study is in the tarekat Shiddiqiyah Jombang in East Java. The results of this study are: 1) The fundamental of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah economic culture is as follows: understanding of zuhud which does not have to stay away from the worldly life , Religion cannot be separated from humanitarian activities, business obligations, disgrace of lazy people and begging, suggestions for helping another human beings and business activities are Jihad fi sabilillah. 2). Shiddiqiyyah's economic activities include business activities and social activities in the form of charity and community economic empowerment. 3). The Sufi economic framework of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah perspective is: 1). Tawhid is the basis and purpose of economic activity, which includes tauhid al-mashdar and tauhid al-ghayah. 2). Sharia as an instrument of economic activity; and 3). Zuhud as a spirit of economic activity. Zuhud will lead to economic independence, and the charity. Charity in Sufi view will lead to a blessed economy.

Abstract

Revenue sharing is the mechanism of the profit sharing principle that is now the concern of many people about the existence of Islamic banking which is something new after the Prophet's death, so that a problem arises, is revenue sharing in accordance with maqashid sharia ?. Whereas maqashid sharia is an important basis in formulating Islamic economics which includes Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) / Islamic Banking. Responding to these questions DSN MUI issued a fatwa number 15 in the year 2000 concerning the principle of distribution of business results in Islamic financial institutions. By using this descriptive-interpretive method, it is intended to find out how revenue sharing is in the maqashid sharia perspective, by giving a whole and systematic picture as a whole. So that, it can be seen that revenue sharing with the issuance of the DSN MUI fatwa on the ability to run a revenue sharing system in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) / Islamic Banking is based on several verses of Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and Fiqhiyah Rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To know mudharabah mutlaqah contract implementation on Haji BRI Syariah Savings product at Bank BRI Syariah Branch of Kediri. (2) To find out the system and procedure of Tabungan Haji BRI Syariah iB product at Bank BRI Syariah Kediri Branch Office. (3) To find out what are the constraints of Tabungan Haji BRI Syariah iB products at Bank BRI Syariah Kediri Branch Office. The approach of this research uses descriptive qualitative research. The informant is an employee of Bank Syariah Branch Office of Kediri and the savings account of Haji BRI Syariah iB with data collection technique using documentation and interview. The conclusion of the research result is the product of Tabungan Haji BRI Syariah iB Kediri Branch Office using mudharabah mutlaqah contract and its enforcement is in accordance with the prevailing regulations. The system and procedures of the Savings Haji product of BRI Syariah iB are easy to apply, although there are still constraints from SISKOHAT which are sometimes offline.
