Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Berbantukan Media Animasi Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Pada Materi Asam Basa di SMA Negeri 2 Tilamuta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 40 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tilamuta. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data tes kemampuan kognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data tes kemampuan kognitif kelas eksperimen yakni kelas XI IPA 1 rata-rata sebesar 79.75 dan kelas kontrol yakni kelas XI IPA 2 rata-rata sebesar 74.75. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil analisis kemampuan kognitif thitung > ttabel (-0.94 >1.69) sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Berbantukan Media Animasi Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Pada Materi Asam Basa di SMA Negeri 2 Tilamuta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of teachers at SMKN Pertanian Kota Serang. This study uses motivation and compensation variables to analyze the effect of teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers at Serang City Agricultural Vocational School. This population amounted to 54 teachers. This study used the census method by giving questionnaires to the entire population of 54 teachers. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis which was operated through the Smart PLS program. The results showed that the variables of motivation and compensation had a significant positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan yang diharapkan akan berdampak kepada keputusan karyawan Madrasah Aliyah Al-aqsa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Madrasah Aliyah Al-aqsa dengan responden penelitian ini yaitu 45 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi kurang berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan karyawan sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dari variabel kompensasi kurang berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan karyawan dan kedua variabel motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how leadership and organizational culture affect teacher performance. This study uses quantitative research methods with a causality approach. The population in this study was 32 teachers, while the sample used was 32, where the sampling technique used saturated samples, which means that the entire population was sampled. The results of this study are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, simultaneously leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance have a positive and significant influence.
