Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of capital production factors in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm. The research method employed is descriptive. To analyze the effectiveness of capital production factor utilization in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm, effectiveness and efficiency analyses were conducted. The research results indicate that the utilization of capital production factors has a percentage of 90.8%, indicating effective capital usage. Meanwhile, the efficiency analysis results of capital production factor utilization in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm are below 60, indicating highly efficient utilization of production factors in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The research method used in this study is by using the associative method, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The researcher used path analysis to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The results of the study showed that Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer satisfaction. While Responsiveness and empathy did not affect customer satisfaction. Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer loyalty. While Responsiveness and empathy had no effect on customer loyalty. There was no effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. Tangibility, responsiveness, and empathy had no effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction. While Reliability and assurance had an effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main problems in this study are (1) How is the contribution of arisan in increasing business capital in the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency? (2) What is the Islamic Economic Perspective on arisan activities in the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency? This type of research is qualitative research with the approach used is the (Field Research) approach. The sample of respondents in this study were 6 people consisting of one arisan leader and five arisan members. The data collection methods used were interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out to answer the existing questions. The data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the arisan carried out in the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency has a significant influence and contribution. This is because the funds obtained from the arisan activities are all used for productive needs or to increase business capital in order to make a profit. Then the arisan activity at the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency is one of the economic activities of the people that is institutionalized and popular. In the arisan system that is developing in society, especially traders, it is permitted in Islam. Because in the arisan carried out by traders there is no element of usury, fraud, because it is carried out fairly, transparently, witnessed by participants and no one is harmed. It is better in this study that traders who will participate in the arisan activity at the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency, are expected to pay attention to their ability to pay arisan contributions and to all arisan members at the Sambas morning market, Jagur Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency, so that they are consistent in carrying out the arisan activities. Don't let there be arisan members who after receiving the arisan no longer want to participate in the arisan activities.

Abstract

The background of this research is whether there is an effect of murabahah financing on increasing the income of micro business customers at BPRS LPN Taeh Baruh Payakumbuh District. The type of data used is primary data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. In taking samples using a random sampling method with a total of 76 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests and autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of research conducted using SPSS V 25 show that the murabahah financing variable has a significant influence on increasing income as evidenced by the results of t count (5.944) ≥ t table (1.995) and the significant value is smaller than 5%, namely (0.000) ≤ (0.05). And the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed an R Square value of 0.323 or 32.3%, so it can be concluded that the variables of murabahah financing and increasing income have a weak influence with little contribution. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.7% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze capital, length of business, choice of location and working hours on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist destination, Tanah Datar Regency. The data analysis method is a quantitative field research method. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique using judgment sampling from the total population by giving questionnaires directly to micro business actors. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that capital does not have a significant effect on the income of micro entrepreneurs in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. Length of business does not have a significant effect on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. The choice of location does not have a significant effect on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. Meanwhile, working hours have a significant effect on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. Simultaneously there is an influence between capital, length of business, choice of location and working hours on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination.
