Abstract

Supporting kids' intellectual, social, and emotional growth requires guidance and counseling services. These services at SMA Negeri Jumapolo face challenges, particularly with regard to the manual recording of counseling outcomes and the storage of student data. Manual procedures may lead to data loss, delays, and stakeholder access restrictions. This project aims to design and develop a web-based guidance and counseling information system to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of counseling services. The system is developed using the waterfall approach, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, with PHP and MySQL serving as the technical stack. Black box testing ensures that user demands are met by system features. The results demonstrate that counselors may utilizethe system to manage student data and offer counseling services in an orderly and regulated manner.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement the user interface of the Lapis Satu (Integrated Complaint and Statistical Dissemination Service) application using Flutter at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Madiun Regency. The application was developed to integrate multiple public services, including complaints, data requests, consultations, internships, and infographic galleries, into a single digital platform. The development process adopted the Agile Development methodology, consisting of three main stages: Planning, Design, and Development. The design phase utilized Figma to create an interface aligned with BPS’s visual identity, while the implementation phase used Flutter to build an interactive front-end prototype. The results indicate that applying the Agile approach is effective for iterative and flexible system development. The prototype successfully presents all major public service features and runs stably on an Android emulator. Therefore, this project provides a foundational framework for further development, including backend integration and full system deployment within BPS Madiun Regency.

Abstract

PT. Sekurindo Duta Utama Perkasa is a security services company committed to providing the best security services for various sectors, including offices, industry, banking, shopping centers, and residential areas. However, PT. Sekurindo Duta Utama Perkasa faces challenges in efficiently monitoring and evaluating employee discipline levels. The manual monitoring process makes it difficult for management to identify employees who demonstrate good performance and those who frequently violate regulations. Along with technological developments, the use of data mining methods such as K-Means Clustering can be an effective solution in grouping employees based on their discipline levels. By implementing this method in a monitoring application, companies can easily identify employee behavior patterns, increase evaluation transparency, and provide appropriate actions for employees who need further coaching. The application of the K-Means method has proven effective in supporting more targeted analysis and increasing operational efficiency and strengthening the basis for management decision-making regarding rewards and punishments, training, or other HR strategies.

Abstract

The process of assessing kindergarten students' readiness for elementary school at Nurul Jannah Kindergarten is still done manually, resulting in subjective and inconsistent results. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help teachers assess student readiness objectively and measurably. The system was developed using Extreme Programming (XP). This system uses five assessment criteria, which are then calculated through a process of normalization, weighting, and ranking. Implementation results indicate that the developed DSS produces more accurate, faster, and easier-to-understand assessments than manual methods, and assists teachers in determining student eligibility recommendations for elementary school entry

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction and user experience of the Bappedasmartservice application at the Madiun Regency Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) and Fire Department. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was used, using a quantitative descriptive approach through observation and questionnaires distributed to six active users of the application. The measurement results showed an average SUS score of 73.3, which falls into the "Good" category, indicating that the application has a good level of usability and is acceptable to users. However, several aspects still need improvement, particularly access speed, system stability, and data security, so that the application can provide a more optimal user experience and support the effective and efficient digitalization of government services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce adoption on the sales performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. E- commerce adoption factors are measured through the dimensions of platform usage, technology integration, and digital marketing activities. Sales performance is assessed based on sales growth, market expansion, and increase in customer numbers. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 250 MSME owners in five major cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Makassar) who have used at least one e-commerce platform (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, or a standalone website) for at least one year. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results show that e-commerce adoption has a significant positive effect on the sales performance of MSMEs. Specifically, technology integration (such as the use of inventory management and digital payment tools) and digital marketing activities (advertising and promotions on social media) are the most dominant factors. These findings provide practical implications for MSME owners and policymakers to further encourage digitalization by providing training and supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to determine the busiest shopping days at Toko Baju Spring using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The background of this research is the difficulty faced by store owners in predicting busy days due to the many criteria and supplier alternatives considered. The manual selection process, which is still subjective and based on estimates, often leads to errors in decision-making, affecting stock availability, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. The SAW method is applied to provide a more systematic, objective, and accurate approach in ranking days based on predetermined criteria. The research stages include data collection through observation, literature study, and interviews, followed by system design and implementation using web programming (PHP) and MySQL database. The results show that the SAW-based DSS can effectively assist store owners in identifying the busiest days, thereby optimizing stock preparation and minimizing the risk of loss. This study contributes to the practical application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in small retail business management and provides a reference for similar implementations

Abstract

The feeding process for pets is generally performed manually. However, not all pet owners have sufficient time to feed their pets due to their busy daily activities. This study discusses the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the development of an automatic pet feeding system, specifically designed for cats. The proposed system utilizes a microcontroller integrated with several components, including sensors, a servo motor, and an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module for internet connectivity. The collected data are transmitted to a server via the ESP8266 module and displayed through the Blynk application as part of the monitoring system. By using the Blynk platform on a mobile device, users can remotely monitor the food stock and control the feeding process. Furthermore, the system enables feeding schedules to be managed in real time according to the pet’s specific needs.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry in the Pondok Pinang area is growing rapidly, providing many choices but also challenges for consumers in choosing a place that suits their preferences. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to objectively determine the best coffee shop. The research methodology includes observation, literature study, and web-based software design. The system evaluates alternatives based on five main criteria: price, menu variety, service, cleanliness, and facilities. The results show that the SAW method is effective in providing accurate recommendations, helping users make more efficient decisions in choosing the best cafe in Pondok Pinang.

Abstract

The property industry has experienced rapid growth along with the increasing demand for housing and investment, driven by urbanization and changes in lifestyle. However, the provision of property information to prospective buyers still faces several challenges, particularly in terms of recommendation personalization, service response speed, and accuracy in matching customer needs with available property products. PT Spinindo Mitradaya, as one of the property developers, seeks to improve the quality of information services through the utilization of intelligent information technology systems. This study aims to develop a property recommendation system capable of providing automatic housing suggestions based on the initial preferences of prospective buyers. The system is developed using a knowledge-based system approach by applying the rule-based reasoning method and the forward chaining inference mechanism. User preference data are collected through a digital form containing information related to budget, preferred location, property type, and financing scheme. The data are then processed using logical rules in the form of if–then rules designed based on the characteristics of the projects and property types offered by the company. The implementation results show that the system is able to generate property recommendations, credit tenors, and installment estimations that match the needs of prospective buyers more quickly and accurately. The implementation of this system helps improve the efficiency of property information delivery and supports the initial decision-making process for the marketing team.
