Abstract

Hydroponics is an alternative farming system from conventional agriculture, this system is quite easy to implement because it does not need to use a large area of land, meaning that this system can be applied to a narrow planting area, such as a house yard or rooftop. take advantage of the empty area around their residence, especially the Blok G3 Alam Parung Housing, Ciseeng - Bogor Regency, therefore this study will design an android-based application as an educational medium for the introduction of hydroponic systems using the RAD method. The purpose of designing this application is to design an application as an educational medium for information about hydroponic agriculture based on Android and make this application easy to use in learning hydroponic farming, the results of this study indicate that this application 30% of respondents agreed if this application educates them , and 10% stated strongly agree and 60% expressed doubt, and also 30% of respondents thought that this application makes it very easy for them to learn, besides this application there is also material in the form of video learning materials, while the other 30% think agree, 30% stated undecided and 10% disagree.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly in the field of information technology and the Internet, especially web-based information systems. Advances in information technology today have many benefits. Utilization of information technology can help all types of businesses improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, managerial decision making and teamwork. Improvements are really felt to occur in the development of information technology, for example, from information gathering, information processing, to information distribution. This occurs due to the desire to obtain fast and accurate information. The research method used is experimental, meaning that the research is conducted to conduct trials on certain problems with the use of certain theories so that the correct test results are obtained between the problems taken and the theory used. The development model used in this research is extreme programming. The purpose and objective of this research is to change the method of checking expired goods which were previously still manually and transferred using a web-based system. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the application of the extreme progriming method in building an information system on expired goods at the Alfamart Fatmawati branch can assist in handling expired goods more effectively and accurately.

Abstract

The number of internet users in the world is increasing rapidly, its use is usually applied to smartphones, laptops, computers and other information technologies that are used to work, find information, get entertainment, and so on. The problems that occur at Warkop Idol are as follows, when the internet bandwidth speed drops due to the large use of internet bandwidth by visitors, one of the causes is the occurrence of excessive bandwidth hogs on the one hand. With the increase in internet bandwidth speed, it affects the convenience of visitors who use free wi-fi access. In addition, some visitors only use wifi, only order 1 type of food or drink with a duration that exceeds the normal limit. Meanwhile, other visitors who just visited did not get a seat because the time was limited. To overcome this problem, a computer network design was made using the wireless distribution system (wds) method and a web-based network monitoring system that would later be able to maximize the internet network in the idol warkop. In this study using the PPDIOO implementation method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize) where the flow and stages used include analysis, network topology design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is in the form of a computer network monitoring system which is expected to facilitate the internet network processing process at Warkop Idols.

Abstract

The temperature and humidity control system is very helpful for farmers to maintain the stability of the temperature of the broiler chicken coop in order to achieve success for the breeders. In addition, the system can help both in terms of time efficiency and human labor because the system works automatically. The microcontroller will give instructions to turn off or turn on the humidity sensor where the sensor will read the room temperature of the broiler chicken coop then instruct Arduino to turn on the switch and turn on the lights. The fan that will be installed automatically in the chicken coop has an increase in air humidity. The method proposed to develop a temperature and humidity monitoring system is the observation method. Data collection was carried out directly on the object of the problem at Mr. Halimi's chicken farm. The author made direct observations when the farm manager was monitoring the chicks. Design of automatic control and monitoring of chicken coop temperature by utilizing Internet Of Things (IoT) technology using the Blynk application which is integrated with the NodeMCU ESP8266 module which is equipped with a DHT11 temperature sensor which functions as a temperature detector in the cage. In addition, this tool is equipped with a 16x2 LDC to display the results of temperature detection, as well as a relay that functions to control the fan and turn on the lights in the chicken coop.

Abstract

Sari Asih Sanghiang Hospital is a company engaged in the health sector. This hospital has been operating since 1994 as a mother and child hospital which was later upgraded to a general hospital in 2009. Based on current observations and observations, the scheduling system for employees working in the hospital has not implemented a computerized system, the current scheduling system input using Microsoft Excel by the head of the room, and distributed to employees in the form of paper through the hospital information board, then taking pictures to be shared with WhatsApp groups, so that each employee can download and view their respective work schedules. Where the system often causes several technical problems, such as loss of schedule data due to the deletion of files from mobile phones or groups, as well as ineffective file management. In overcoming these problems, the author conducted research to create a web-based work shift scheduling system with push notifications to help the head of the Sari Asih Sanghiang Hospital in scheduling each employee's work shift more quickly and easily. In this writing, the author uses a programming language, namely PHP and Visual Studio as a text editor, as well as a MySQL database as data storage and the Waterfall Model as a design flow. It is hoped that this work shift scheduling can simplify the scheduling process and deliver real time information that can assist the Head of the Room in processing Scheduling data, and can provide information to employees so that the information conveyed is more effective.

Abstract

Hepatitis is a disease that affects the liver. The liver is an important organ that processes nutrients, filters blood, and fights infections. Medical diagnosis has important implications for improving patient care, research, and policy. For medical diagnosis, healthcare professionals use different types of pathological methods to make decisions based on medical reports in terms of a patient's medical condition. The use of artificial intelligence and machine learning combined with clinical findings has further improved disease detection. Machine learning algorithms based on specific problems can help one make decisions. Machine learning (ML) and data-driven algorithms can be used to validate existing methods and help researchers make potential new decisions. There are many techniques used in machine learning, one of which is the decision tree algorithm used in this study. A decision tree is a method for approximating discrete-valued target functions, where the learned functions are represented by decision trees. This study presents the resulting data visualization by building a machine learning program to collect the parameters required for modeling and visualizing the data that demonstrates problem solving.

Abstract

The development of the food and beverage culinary industry is growing rapidly. Make food and beverage business owners, especially restaurants. Having to make the right decisions to survive in the competition in the era of digital market development, restaurant owners must always be ready to innovate while still being able to meet consumer needs through products that can attract customers that can boost sales. Stored transaction data has information that can be extracted using data mining techniques, for example, by knowing the pattern of sales in purchases by consumers. Information about sales patterns can be used by Lampoh Coffee to create more potential promotional strategies to increase sales by referring to items (menus) that are often purchased together. The method used is the a priori algorithm method, which produces association rules in the form of patterns that occur in transaction data so that consumers can find out what items or products are purchased simultaneously by consumers. The purpose of this research is a website-based application to analyze the buying pattern (association rule) by consumers. Where the buying pattern can be used as a recommendation in determining the promotion development strategy.

Abstract

A virtual tour is a variety of 360-degree simulations that consist of multiple shapes of 3D models of buildings and objects shaped to look realistic. The presentation of the 3D model involves creating a 3D model of the object required in this case. Guilde Tour allows users to access information without having to be physically present. In addition, VR media allows you to introduce the Pamulang University building. 3D media must also be supported with appropriate details for projecting because this media is the main purpose of intermediaries in the digital information transmission process. Application testing is carried out using usability testing with respondents taken based on purposive side-by-side techniques and using a questionnaire. The results obtained based on usability testing can be concluded that the application is easy to use.

Abstract

In human life, sunlight is very necessary as well as the condition of the night which is very necessary for rest time in the place of residence, namely the house. Inside the house there are curtains and lights where every human being in the morning will turn off the lights, open the curtains so that sunlight can enter the house. That way it becomes natural lighting, as well as at night people will generally turn on the lights as lighting around the house and close the curtains so that they can protect the privacy of the house and can also rest. However, we are often worried when the house is empty or when we travel for a long time, no one controls the curtains and lights in the morning and at night, and when the lights are left on continuously, of course it will waste electricity, be unsightly, and also invite someone's intentions. which is not good when you know the condition of the house is empty. The purpose of making this tool is to help residents of the house when they are sick or for elderly parents in controlling curtains and lights automatically using the LDR light sensor and can also use applications. In this research method using the IOT method using an LDR light sensor and a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller.

Abstract

E-commerce or can be called electronic commerce is the buying, selling, marketing, and services via the internet or computer networks. The rapid development of the internet is a driving factor for the development of e-commerce. The Internet is a global network that can access all computers in the world. The use this time is the extreme programming method, which is a suitable method for e-commerce applications because it is based on the planning stage that requires an understanding of the application, then at the design stage of the system design, the coding stage is the writing process, and the testing stage. The system or application that has been created is tested by trying all the features in the application to make sure that there are no features that have errors. Success in running an e-commerce business greatly affects consumer factors. From the observations that have been made, as well as the results of data processing, it can be found that there are several internet trust users, both of which influence the success of running e-commerce. The test results contained in the BlackBox can produce a conclusion that the e-commerce application gets very satisfactory results in testing features and functionality.
