Abstract

An Abstract Watering here still uses plastic gembor to water the plants one by one directly so that in this way the watering is late and irregular, also the water needed for the plant is sometimes too much or even a shortage so that the plant becomes dry even until the plant dies and in this way too a lot of energy draining gardeners. This problem can be overcome by a microcontroller based automatic watering system where watering takes place only when the plant requires intense water. An indicator to find out whether the water needed by plants is in accordance with their needs is by measuring the level of soil moisture. The method that will be used in this research is descriptive method or development research. Analysis is to analyze the software and hardware requirements needed in the process of making the system. The design includes the design of software (software) and hardware (hardware). Implementation is to implement the tool by making and assembling this problem can be overcome with a microcontroller based automatic watering system. With this tool can save time and energy in watering plants. This tool is able to measure the portion of water needed for watering plants.

Abstract

Steganography is the art and science of writing hidden messages or hiding messages in a way so that apart from the sender and the recipient, no one knows or realizes that there is a secret message. The most important part of steganography is the level of security of the information it hides, which refers to the inability of third parties to reveal the existence of hidden information. The goal is to hide or obscure the existence of hidden messages or information. The Least Significant Bit algorithm became the most popular method in steganography. With the Least Significant Bit method, Steganography can be done by inserting messages into images and audio. This method is the simplest and most effective technique when compared to other methods. This study succeeded in displaying the secret messages in the image as well as the audio, and there was no significant change in both the quality (cover and stego) and the text and audio.

Abstract

The provision of fertilizer on katsuba plants carried out by katsuba plant farmers on average is still carried out directly, where katsuba plant farmers must bring a container that already contains fertilizer and then pour it on the plants one by one. This may not be a problem for farmers who have free time, but for katsuba plant farmers who have other activities or are far away, this becomes a problem for plant owners because when a katsuba plant is not given the required fertilizer, it causes the plant can not develop properly. Therefore, we need a tool that can provide liquid fertilizer in order to help plant owners in the process of giving liquid fertilizer to katsuba flower plants. The liquid fertilizer application that will be made can be used for automatic fertilization of plants. The method used is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is serial in nature starting from the planning, analysis, design, and implementation processes on the system. This automatic liquid fertilizer application for katsuba flower plants functions to provide liquid fertilizer to katsuba plants automatically using the ESP8266 nodemcu and can be accessed remotely using the Blynk application which functions to set the schedule for fertilizer application. This tool is also equipped with the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) which will be connected to each other so that it is easy to use and can monitor directly by opening a web server/application that is already connected with internet access about the timing of fertilizer application in the plant area.

Abstract

The development of knowledge and technology today encourages people to continue to think more creatively, not only exploring new discoveries, but also maximizing the performance of existing technology and continuing to innovate to ease human work in everyday life. The field of knowledge and technology is developing very rapidly, therefore we must be able to compete and master technology. Cultivating ornamental plants and fruit trees is a promising business. However, it is not easy to maintain. Like humans, plants need water for growth and development. Plants should not lack or excess water, soil that lacks water makes plants grow slowly and in ornamental plants makes plants look not fresh and wilted and vice versa, plants that have too much water also make plants unhealthy and can even cause plants to die. In watering plants, the owner usually does not pay attention to the conditions and needs of the plant. This causes plants not to get water intake that is in accordance with the needs of the plant itself. For this reason, this final project aims to make a plant watering device automatically by paying attention to soil moisture levels. By using a soil moisture sensor that functions as a reader of soil moisture levels. Then use a relay that functions to turn off and turn on the water pump. The ESP8266 module is also used as a data sender to the web which produces a display of sensor reading data results.

One of the emerging technologies in the multimedia field is Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality is a technology that is applied to Android mobile device applications because the system in Augmented Reality analyzes objects captured by the camera in real time. With the development of technology, children's interest in learning also tends to decrease, and children are more familiar with technology, such as the daily use of cellphones, which are used to play games or watch YouTube, which has the effect of making children addicted. to learn knowledge or reading decreased interest. One of them is learning about various fruits and their benefits that are less attractive to children, and learning media introduces daily fruits and their benefits, namely according to books or posters that can make it difficult for children to know the benefits. in fruit. However, with the development of technology, children are more interested in the world of technology. With that, the author is interested in making an Augmented Reality application as a learning medium for the introduction of fruits and their benefits based on Android with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method for children aged 7-10 years, so that they can increase children's knowledge in recognizing fruit and its benefits.

Abstract

Employee selection is the process of selecting the right employees according to the needs expected by the company so that these employees can work optimally so that they can increase company productivity and can survive in the company for a long time. Therefore, the selection process for recruiting new employees is very important for companies to get qualified employees with special skills that suit the company's needs. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used as a method in the selection system for new employees. The purpose of this research is to build a new employee recruitment selection system at PT. Dalang Digital Studio and applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The use of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the new employee recruitment selection system so that the new employee recruitment selection process becomes more objective, and to minimize errors in the decision-making process.Because compared to other decision-making models, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is based on the criteria value and preference weights directly from the company, resulting in a more accurate assessment and ranking process after determining the weight value for each attribute can choose the best alternative from a set of alternatives. there is. Based on the implementation and testing of applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to the selection system for the acceptance of new employees. The selection system for new employee candidates becomes more objective and can help personnel to minimize errors in the decision-making process.

Abstract

Object is a conceptual form or object that exists in our environment, object tracking aims to detect and follow the position of a desired moving object, object tracking is needed by various kinds of vision based applications such as human computer interfaces, video compression/communication and security systems. Template matching is a method used to measure the similarity of an image with a template image, by searching for certain features of both. The similarity of two images can be calculated by calculating the correlation value. The researcher identified that the problems faced were: there was no research that applied a method to detect multi-object objects. The purpose of this study is to apply the template matching method to detect multi-object objects, namely character objects, faces and objects in the form of animals. The results of this study prove that template matching can detect multi-object objects.

Abstract

In January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus outbreak a global health emergency of unknown cause. China identified that this case was caused by a new coronavirus called COVID-19. The Naive Bayes method is a way to deal with data uncertainty with a simple probabilistic classification method based on Bayes' theorem through training data from a number of data efficiently. A method that applies rules related to probability or likelihood values to produce a decision and the right information based on the causes that occur. This application can help doctors and medical staff work in terms of speed and accuracy in diagnosing diseases and their solutions by designing a website-based application that can diagnose COVID-19 early using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This website uses the naïve Bayes method as a calculation by taking data from the symptoms experienced by the user and the weight value of each symptom for the disease filled in by the expert. This application can help experts in early diagnosing COVID-19 and similar diseases with almost the same symptoms as influenza, dengue fever and the common cold.

Abstract

To carry out the process of diagnosing pneumonia requires a fast and accurate process. The problem that occurs is that the diagnosis of pneumonia is still done manually. This causes a long time to wait for the availability of specialists, so technology is needed that can help pulmonary specialists to analyze early X-rays quickly and accurately with the use of computer-based information technology and data. It is hoped that this research will provide a solution to the problem and also help speed up the initial diagnosis using the CNN method. The CNN method was chosen because it has a high introduction to the deep learning process. In the CNN method there are various kinds of architectures that are generated through the experimental process that has been carried out by previous researchers. The problem that occurs is that the diagnosis of pneumonia is still done manually. This causes a long time to wait for the availability of specialists, so technology is needed that can help pulmonary specialists to analyze early X-rays quickly and accurately with the use of computer based information technology and data. This Pneumonia Detection System which is made using Python and uses the Convolutional Neural Network method can predict Pneumonia Disease using X-ray images with an Accuracy Rate of 91%, which can recommend to expert doctors and help the public recognize pneumonia.

Abstract

Foodmart Supermarket Semanggi is one of the retail companies located in South Jakarta, with increasingly fierce business competition forcing companies to look for new breakthroughs to determine the right strategy in their business operations. The placement of products that are not in accordance with consumer behavior in buying goods at one time can affect the level of sales, over time sales transaction data will continue to grow and only be stored as an archive without being used properly, where basically data is a collection of useful information. Based on these problems, a system is needed to manage sales transaction data, where sales transaction data can be used by company management to analyze consumer spending patterns using a priori algorithm data mining techniques. The application of a priori algorithm aims to find shopping patterns for products that are often purchased simultaneously in an adjacent area as well as to develop the right sales strategy to generate maximum profit in accordance with the company's goals. The result of this study is in the form of a consumer shopping pattern finder system with an a priori algorithm method that can be used as an alternative to decision making in the placement of goods that are close to each other according to consumer shopping behavior.
