Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. increasingly showing its sophistication through a system designed by humans to facilitate activities in daily life. Especially IoT (Internet of Things) we often find homeowners who forget to turn off the lights or turn on the lights when leaving the house or when they are at home. This results in a waste of electrical energy. Homeowners desire where the control system becomes an automatic control system using Telegram Messenger bot and Board esp. By meeting the needs of system development, the development method used is a prototype where this development method uses an approach with the user so that it is faster and gradual so it can be evaluated by the user.Based on the analysis and testing of the system as a whole, it can be concluded that with the construction of an IoT-based lamp control controller using Telegram Messenger bot and Board esp that utilizes smartphones and internet network connections, it can assist users in controlling lights remotely, anywhere, and anytime, without having to to the switch source.

Abstract

The employee performance information system is a system designed for information purposes regarding the duties of employees at PT GETS. PT GETS is one of the companies engaged in IT services and solutions that does not yet have an employee performance information system. As a result, employees experience difficulties in reporting tasks and reviewing tasks after having to wait for confirmation from their superiors or leaders at the office. In addition, it is difficult for leaders to monitor the results of work reports every time. Therefore, an employee performance information system was designed using the extreme programming method. This employee performance information system is designed to make it easier for leaders to control employee performance, for employees are easier to report work, and easier to receive information about assigned tasks. So that the admin is easier recap the job report data. So it is hoped that the final design of this employee performance information system can be used more efficiently and effectively in management tasks, and job reports at PT GETS.

Abstract

In this era of very rapid technological development, many tools can help humans work automatically. The results of technological developments include the application of IoT for the manufacture of automatic plant sprinklers. Watering plants is something that must be done in plant care activities. Plant care generally consists of watering and fertilizing,this must be done regularly. If not done regularly, it can cause the plant to wither, not grow, and then die. The most important thing is to keep the water content in the plant not reduced or excessive. The purpose of this automatic plant watering device is to help maintain plant water content. This study uses the RnD method. While the components used include Soil Mousture for soil moisture. In addition, it also uses the Blynk application installed on a smartphone as monitoring soil moisture values and watering notifications. The results of watering indicate the categories of plants that need to be watered, including; a lot, moderate, little, and not water. This research produces a tool that can water plants automatically according to the soil moisture sensor with notifications on smartphones.

Abstract

Motorized vehicles are a means of transportation that are widely used so that it is not uncommon for many enthusiasts such as the convenience obtained in shortening travel time. In addition, the uniqueness of the form of motorized vehicles that have a small shape that makes it easier when driving on narrow and jammed roads. However, in addition to the convenience obtained from motorized vehicles, damage often occurs due to continuous use without paying attention to the vehicle, therefore vehicle owners are required to service the motorized vehicle. Repair errors still often occur because the submission of complaints is different from the damage on the motor, causing the motor vehicle to be damaged again a few days later and result in losses to the customer. The occurrence of this error makes the technician have to check twice to ensure the damage to the motor which takes quite a long time. customers also feel confused in determining which damage many of the customers are unfamiliar with motorcycle engines. This makes the customer feel worried that the damage to the motorbike will be exaggerated. The methods used in obtaining data are observation, insight and literature study and in system development using an expert system with the forward chaining method, the expert syste is composed of two main parts, namely the development environment and consulting environment and also helps mechanics in solving the problem of motorcycle engine damage. From the results of the study, it is hoped that the expert system can help solve problems in detecting motor damage.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the performance of the team working on a particular project Software development with the Scrum framework is necessary. This is related with the increasing needs of the Team to make it easier and faster occupation. Scum framework has many components in it such as actors who play a role, events or activities that need to be done and artifacts that need to befulfilled. The Scrum Teamwork Management Information System was created to meet the needs and apply the Scrum framework in a system that computerized. The system is made using the prototyping method, and performs testing of multiple users who are already using the Scrum framework on his place of work. The results of the system test show the average percentage score.

Abstract

The beautiful safari complex is a complex which is located at Jalan Kenari Raya, West Mangu Gorge, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City. Currently the beautiful safari complex has problems with extreme rainfall, flooding from rivers, and flooding due to clogged sewers, because floods always bring loss of property and loss of life, there are many ways to deal with flooding, but if certain parameters cannot be changed, it will still happen, such as lowlands and unadjusted rainfall. The method used the design of monitoring and early detection of floods using ultrasonik sensors based on nodemcu esp8266 with telegram control. This method is carried out by means of observation, interviews, library research and system design. The concept of this method is that this research is more focused and produces a very short cycle of development in informasimation retrieval until a flood detection tool is made. The results of the design of monitoring and early detection of floods using ultrasonik sensors based on nodemcu esp8266 with telegram control are designed to provide convenience in the process of disseminating informasimation related to flooding to residents.

Abstract

In this era, information technology is an integral part of our lives. In almost every sector in any area have all used information technology. The same is true of sales information systems that business leaders have widely used for time efficiency. The purpose of the system's existence is to solve some of the problems at lacobucci's which is the data archiving that still manually so that gives an increased risk for human error and of course takes a lot of time because it has to create a report by manually checking the sales data one by one. The system is web based and uses the waterfall method. A convenient method for software development with unchanging specifications. As for the software used in the manufacture of this system is mysql as the data storage and the programming language used is PHP and javascript. It is hoped that this new sales information system will make it easier to sales transactions data processing and be able to solve existing problems.

Abstract

To increase the use of technology and information in terms of managing citizen administration, making citizen complaint tickets, managing data on residents' contributions to making monthly dues reports on a housing estate have an important role. Bumi Mentari housing Depok Bojongsari. Currently, we do not have a system that can manage citizen data, administrative data, and contribution data. All data still uses the manual method, which is recorded on paper or in a special book that is vulnerable to loss or damage and still causes many problems such as data on residents who have not paid dues in the previous month are lost or not stored properly so that the data and needs received by The head of the RT are not fulfilled every month, the grouping of citizen data is still recorded manually, which takes time to group it. In designing the RT level information system using the Extreme Programming model, this Extreme Programming model was chosen because in its implementation it is very flexible and fast in making the application, the stages themselves include planning, design, coding which includes refactoring in it and finally testing. The design of this RT Level citizen information system is website-based and built with the PHP programming language and assisted by the MYSQL database.

Abstract

When determining the number of hours of overtime PT Bonju still uses the manual method by only looking at the information on the number of goods obtained (results). This causes the number of hours of overtime that is out of sync, the number of items that are not stable in the warehouse and also causes ineffective production data management. Therefore, the process of determining the amount of overtime is reassessed by the method of calculating the number of requests from buyers, inventory and also the number of goods obtained (results). These 3 variables are used to determine the number of hours of overtime that must be done to cover requests from buyers on one working day. The procedure used in this system is by using the fuzzy tsukamoto method. This method was selected because it has a rule in the form of IF-THEN which is presented on a fuzzy set using a continuous membership function. As a result, the inferred output of each condition is given based on the predicate. Output which is interpreted is the number of hours of overtime that must be done to cover requests from buyers in one day. The application to determine the number of overtime hours by using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method that the author made turns out not only to be able to calculate the number of overtime hours that will be carried out by the production department but also the amount of inventory needed for the next day and support the running of production.

Abstract

PT. Pelangi Indah Canindo, Tbk is a company that produces Steel Drum (packaging for oil, oil, paint, and other liquid materials). This company is already computerized based, but the work process is still not optimal because the recording of test results and the making of test reports carried out by quality control staff is still done manually by recording the test results on checksit paper then transferred to a ledger and submitting the test results the quality control manager so that the recording of the test results takes a long time and errors can occur in recording the test results. To solve this problem, a web-based quality control information system was designed which was created using the PHP programming language and using Mysql as a DBMS (Database Management System). To find out the internal and external strengths of the company, researchers use the Unified Modeling language (UML) to analyze the system design that will be made. The test method that will be carried out is black box testing. With the system that will be created, it can help staff quality control and simplify and speed up the process of submitting the data to the quality control manager.a
