Abstract

The increase in the need for housing in the city of Pamulang is in line with the progress of all fields in Indonesia, be it in terms of economy, education, tourism, culture, and telecommunications. So that a boarding house rental business opportunity emerged. To be able to realize the boarding house business in the pamulang area, good project management planning and governance is needed, which is used regularly to complete small or large and complex projects. Project management is the main key to success in implementing and completing a project to be worked on. The main focus of project management is the application of all project goals with all existing constraints, time, price and available budget. The POAC management model (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) is a management model that is commonly used, especially in management that requires more supervision. By using this management model, it can be seen that this business house construction project takes 1 year of work with an investment fund requirement of IDR 574,784.00. Return on Investment 9.8% per year.

Abstract

Wood is the main raw material or element, each of which has different qualities in the manufacture of furniture products. Edogawa Furniture Depok is the maker craft furniture, the absence of the system recommendations to consumers as well many kinds of woodwork and the price of furniture coused consumers had difficulty in determining kinds of wood for furniture, so it is with a lack of knowledge or information to consumers of the type wood so consumers it should prompt about detail kinds of wood for furniture and the price as a result, the process of determining the eat a long time. This Research applies the methods of TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution), applies the methods of TOPSIS as recommendations and faciliate the consumers in the selection of kinds wood for furniture, and with increase knowledge or information make buyers is more rapidly in determining the wood for furniture. Excess method TOPSIS the concept simple and understandable, computations efficient, and has the ability to measuring performance relative of alternative decision in mathematical from simple (Suhada, 2013). In research applies a methods of TOPSIS can add recommendations consumers in the determination of kinds wood for furniture, facilitate consumers in determining of kinds wood for furniture, and the process of the determination of the type wood for furniture was faster.

Abstract

Every Foreigner who will enter, cross in and out of the Indonesian Territory, as well as be and have activities in Indonesia, must follow and comply with all laws and regulations of the State of Indonesia. PT. Puri Jaya is a company engaged in providing immigration document licensing services for foreign nationals who need legal documents to stay in Indonesia. At this time PT. Puri Jaya is not widely known by foreigners, because it does not yet have an information system in the form of a website. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based information system for permitting foreigners to stay in Indonesia in order to provide better services. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and structured analysis modeling, this system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the system can provide convenience in order to find out the requirements for residence permits for foreign citizens, input foreigner data, upload passports, verify foreigner data by admin, visit stay permits, limited stay permits quickly and effectively.

Abstract

So far, the learning process at SMP EXCELLENT 1 is still conventional, in other words that a teaching and learning process between students and teachers can only be carried out on the condition that there are meetings between students and teachers in the classroom. If the meeting between students and teachers does not occur or the teacher in question is not present and learning time is limited by the school, then indirectly the learning process will be hampered. Various new concepts and techniques in teaching have been developed to replace traditional methods which only rely on a one-way teaching method in the classroom. One of the teaching methods that is currently being developed in the present is e-learning. E-learning can help teachers distribute their various teaching materials without having to be in class using the internet, this can maximize the limited learning time in class. The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly and all human activities depend on the sophistication of technology. Some schools and courses have partly used E-Learning in the teaching and learning process. SMP Excellent 1 has a computer laboratory with internet access but does not have supporting facilities such as E-Learning.

Abstract

Bedink Mattress Store is a company engaged in trading business. Bedink Mattress Store sells room equipment such as spring beds, rolled mattresses, sofas and pillows. In carrying out product sales activities, the company still uses manual data processing and has not yet used one of the web-based technology software, namely e-commerce. The research conducted by the author aims to create a website-based application for selling household equipment at the Bedink Mattress Store. This information system was created using the Waterfall method and was built using HTML, Javascript, Node.js, Express.js, React.jc and mongoDB languages. The results of developing this sales application can be used practically and effectively in the sales process and can be used as promotional media.

Abstract

E-Menu's application is an application created to make it easier for customers to order food, so they can monitor the status of orders and queues. Before this application is used by the customer, testing is needed to anticipate system failure or the system does not run according to the flow that has been made, therefore testing is carried out using the method chosen, namely Black Box Testing. The object of testing this application uses the web, the number of modules tested is 2, namely the Menu Module for ordering and the Kitchen Module for processing orders, where each module is tested using the equivalence partitions technique, namely testing based on input data from each form in the application. Each input menu is tested and grouped according to its behavior, regardless of whether the results match or not. After examining all the features contained in the application, it can be concluded that the E-Menu application did not find any functional errors. So that the EMenu's application can run well and is ready to be used by customers and the kitchen.

Abstract

One way to educate the community is to build a library. However, services at libraries cannot reach all levels of society as well as TBMs that are very close to the community and the development of community reading parks that continue to grow in the South Tangerang area. Based on the results obtained, South Tangerang City, which is expected by the city government to become a Smart, Modern and Religious City, has spread and distributed TBMs in various parts and areas of South Tangerang City. All of these TBMs are programs of the South Tangerang City Library and Archives Department. TBMs have been advertised as very close to community libraries as they target community members, especially in areas where public libraries are difficult to reach. TBMs have organized various activities that arouse children's interest in reading, as well as activities that broaden their horizons. Common obstacles include minor issues such as the location of the building and desynchronization time between TBM service opening hours and children's learning, where most of their schools continue to implement Full Day School teaching.

Abstract

Website Based Inventory Applicatin at Akmal Store is an application that assists Akmal Store in providing website based product stock record storage media. With the Akmal Store Inventory application, hoped that it can assist Akmal Stores in providing storage media for product stock records using a database. As well as helping Akmal Stores in recording product stocks to be easier, accurate and modern so, when reporting the stock of products it will be even better in the future. Before using the web-based Inventory application at the Akmal Store, it is necessary to test the application to find out errors in the function of each menu on the web-based Inventory application at the Akmal Store. Testing on the web-based Inventory application at Toko Akmal is carried out on the menu function using the black box method based on Equivalents Partitions. Black box testing is quality testing that focuses on software functionality. The purpose of black box testing is to find function errors, interface errors, data structure errors, performance errors, initialization errors and termination errors. Equivalents Partitions is a test based on data entry in the form contained in the web-based Inventory application at the Akmal Store. Each input field will be tested and grouped based on its function. After completing nine test cases, it can be concluded that in the web-based Inventory application at the Akmal Store, no errors were found in the function of each menu.

Abstract

PT. Kreatif Mantani is a construction service company in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing which was founded in 2002. Over time, the Company developed in the Trading sector. Installation of IP (Trend Honeywell) based Building Automatic System (BAS) equipment and equipment. CCTV (Samsung & Focus), and has collaborated with leading electronics manufacturers from South Korea in the CCTV field. PT Kreatif Mantani is a company that continues to grow because it has a clear vision and a good work culture. The research conducted by the author is aimed at making a warehousing inventory application at PT. Kreatif Mantani. This application is made using the Waterfall method with a series of processes in the design. The system uses the PHP programming language and MySql database is used as a framework for making the system. The result of the goods inventory information system is that the system can manage goods data, distribute incoming and outgoing goods systematically, making it easier for system users or users to process report printing, export reports and produce appropriate information for the company.
