Abstract

At this time many teenagers are at risk of diabetes, according to data from IDAI (Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia) which states that the number of diabetes that occurs in children and adolescents in Indonesia in the age range 0-18 years has increased by 700% in a period of 10 years. From September 2009 to September 2018 there were 1213 cases of diabetes in children and adolescents. To overcome this problem, an Expert System is needed to identify diabetes based on a website using the fuzzy method as a source of information and as an alternative to consult so that the risk of diabetes can be known from an early age so that can reduce the number of diabetics. The Tsukamoto fuzzy method was chosen because it has a fairly high level of accuracy and is easy to apply. In his inference, the Tsukamoto method has several stages, namely: fuzzification, formation of a knowledge base or rules, inference engine, and defuzzification. In determining the identification of diabetes risk, it is determined based on 4 input variables, namely: medical history, diet, lifestyle, and understanding and health checks. Each variable has several questions, each question has several choices where each choice has a weighted value. The data was obtained from interviews with doctors and based on related literature studies. This research can make it easier to determine the results of diabetes risk decisions in adolescents and get solutions for handling and preventing them with an accuracy rate of 81.5%.

Abstract

The computer lab door finishing system is an important component in maintaining security and managing access to the computer lab room in schools. Automatic door locking has become a technology that is increasingly popular in various environments, such as homes, offices and public facilities. To increase the security and convenience of using automatic doors, the use of fingerprint recognition has become an interesting approach. This study aims to develop and implement an automatic door locking system using fingerprint technology. In this abstract, we introduce a solution that combines fingerprint technology (fingerprint) and the NodeMCU ESP8266 module to create a secure, efficient and easy-to-use door display system. This system utilizes the NodeMCU ESP8266 module as a microcontroller platform to control the door management mechanism automatically. This module is equipped with WiFi capability, so it can be connected to a local network or the internet. Fingerprint is used as a user authentication method which is integrated with the fingerprint sensor connected to the NodeMCU ESP8266. In its implementation, this system has several advantages. First, the use of fingerprint technology provides a high level of security, because a fingerprint is a unique identity that is difficult to fake. Second, integration with the NodeMCU ESP8266 module allows the system to be connected to a local network or the internet, so that it can be controlled remotely and allows administrators to easily manage user access. Third, these systems can be implemented at relatively low cost and using commercially available hardware. In this study, we tested the computer lab door delivery system using a fingerprint and the NodeMCU ESP8266 module. The test results show that the system can recognize fingerprints with high accuracy and provides a fast response when opening or locking the door. Thus, the proposed computer lab door construction system has great potential to improve security and manage access to computer lab rooms in schools efficiently. Further development can be done to extend the functionality of the system, such as integration with more complex access management systems.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of security guards at PT. Reska Multi Usaha. The company faces challenges in determining criteria and objectively choosing the best security guards. An effective and efficient selection process is crucial to ensure that only high-quality candidates are chosen. In this study, software is developed using the Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method as an approach to decision-making. The TOPSIS method enables the evaluation of potential security guards based on criteria such as physical abilities, security knowledge, work experience, and psychological test results. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the security guard selection process at PT. Reska Multi Usaha. This system assists management in evaluating potential security guards based on relevant criteria, facilitating objective and accurate decision-making. With this Decision Support System, it is hoped that only the best security guard candidates will join the company, enhancing security, the reliability of security services, and providing satisfaction to clients and customers.

Abstract

Jurangmangu Barat sub-district is a sub-district in the Pondok Aren district of South Tangerang City, Banten Province. Currently, in its implementation, Jurangmangu Barat sub-district still uses conventional services to serve the residents, and for obtaining information, the sub-district relies on information from the district administration, which is still quite rigid. Therefore, Jurangmangu Barat sub-district needs a website-based information system that encompasses the overall profile of the sub-district, sub-district monographs, and public services that can be accessed through a single website. This information system aims to obtain and provide information that is not too rigid. With the implementation of this public service information system, the sub-district can manage services and obtain information through just one website. The purpose of developing this information system is to facilitate both the sub-district administration and the residents in obtaining information and streamlining the service process.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology causes the need for the use of internet access is getting higher, both for looking for the latest information, articles, and knowledge. Many boarding places that have integrated the internet network which becomes a facility in a boarding house. One of them is Sakinah Kos which is in West Jakarta, which is a boarding house that is located near with offices, as well as the average enthusiast is an employe and during a pandemic like these ALL-work processes are done in Work From Home (WFH) which causes the use of internet connection in Sakinah Kos to be overloaded and unstable due to too much I have a high internet connection. Because there are many complaints about unstable internet connection. So that way Sakinah Kos provides a solution to use tho ISPs and then use the load balancing method as internet network stability the mechanism is that the load balancer will mark the package that wants to access the internet, and then choose which ISP path will cross and equalize the load on both ISPs.

Abstract

Toko Amar is one type of business that utilizes the development of this technology especially in the sales transaction section and stock management. Previously the sales transaction process and management of existing stock items at Toko Amar still using a manual system, therefore an information system in the form of a website-based point of sale system was created, where the transaction process and management of stock items will be computerized and well recorded. In the process of designing POS system at Toko Amar using Extreme Programming method, because this Extreme Programming method is considered quite simple and very compatible with the POS system that has been created. The result of this research is a Point of Sale system whose usefulness is in accordance with transaction needs and stock management at Toko Amar, that is a more efficient transaction process and more well-recorded stock items.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mobile-based document file search application that can help overcome the challenges faced by teachers and staff at MTs Darussalam Cisoka in searching for and retrieving stored documents on their smartphones. In the educational environment, the use of document files plays a vital role as a learning media and to fulfill various daily operational needs. However, teachers and staff often encounter difficulties in searching for or accessing these documents. Therefore, an Information Retrieval System (IRS) is implemented in the document file search application using the Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) method. The LSI method is chosen because it can index documents based on the context and meaning contained within them, making the document search process more effective and not limited to specific keywords. By utilizing this application, teachers and staff at MTs Darussalam Cisoka can easily and efficiently search for and retrieve their stored documents on their smartphones, allowing for faster access and retrieval

Abstract

In company administration, recording attendance is an important thing to do. A decent attendance system is needed to overcome various problems in the world of work. Recording attendance in a conventional way is no longer considered effective, which requires paper for media and a place for archiving. In addition, various fraud in conducting attendance is also very likely to occur in the conventional attendance system. One company called Trilogiz Printing still uses the system. With problems as mentioned, a feasible and effective attendance system must be created and run in order to solve the above problems. By conducting research using a case study approach, this research is targeted to produce a presence system that can overcome these problems. The software development method chosen is the Waterfall method. One type of attendance that is currently popular is KTP-based RFID, where KTP is a personal identity card which is a medium for attendance with better security than other types of attendance media.

Abstract

School is a form of educational institution in which teaching and learning activities take place, as well as various other activities carried out in the teaching and learning process. These teaching and learning activities are interrelated with several elements such as teachers, students, and subject matter that are connected in a school curriculum. This researcher examines the development of information system at Junior High School. Researchers want to design an information system using the PHP and Mysql programming languages and testing this application using the Black Box method. This system is expected to simplify and speed up the processing of data or information, as well as support the implementation of teaching and learning activities in schools. It is hoped that this system can be developed by registering new year admissions and conducting regular maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome problems in filing letters at the East Ciputat District Office. The filing process that is done manually causes misplacement and search of letters, disrupts employee productivity, and requires a lot of time and effort. The waterfall method will be used in developing web-based mail archiving applications. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of filing letters by reducing errors and speeding up letter search. In addition, the goal is to prevent loss or damage to mail data, improve employee performance, and create a transparent mail filing system with minimal data processing errors. This research will use data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, unit testing, and overall system testing. It is hoped that the results of this study can make a significant contribution in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of letter filing, improving employee performance, and reducing data processing errors at the East Ciputat Sub-District Office. The use of a web-based mail filing application is also expected to speed up access and search for mail, thereby increasing work efficiency in the office. In addition to direct benefits for offices and employees, this research also provides benefits for writers in increasing knowledge and graduation, as well as benefits for agencies and universities in increasing the effectiveness of letter filing and the quality of writing.
