In the current laundry business services, there are various obstacles that are often experienced by consumers experiencing problems in ordering laundry, namely customers who have ordered cannot know what laundry status is currently in the process. So if you want to know the status of your order, you usually have to use a phone or SMS. And if there are new customers who have never ordered these consumers, they must come to the place or call this laundry place to ask for information about the laundry service. To improve services in this laundry business in order to provide comfort and convenience in transactions. Then an android-based online laundry ordering application was designed which is expected to make it easier and provide convenience for Laila Laundry consumers.

Management of salaries and wages of employees is important in the management of human data sources in the company. In the digital era, the use of technology can help simplify and speed up the payroll process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based employee payroll application that helps in managing employee salaries and wages more efficiently and effectively. This web-based employee payroll application features employee data management, employee salary and wage data management, and payroll reports. This application is built using web technology so that it can be accessed through a web browser without the need to install additional software. Waterfall software development method and PHP programming language and MySQL database are used in the development process of this application. Testing and validation of the application is done by the method of black box testing and user acceptance testing. The results of this study show that the developed web-based employee payroll application can help companies in managing employee payroll more effectively and efficiently.

This study aims to reduce the efficiency of the manual attendance system used at Sirajul Falah Vocational School by creating a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner. The research methods used include planning, data collection, system design, implementation, system testing, and report writing. The previous attendance system at SMK Sirajul Falah had deficiencies in efficiency and accuracy. In this study a web-based attendance system was implemented using a QR Code scanner to increase efficiency and accuracy in recording student and teacher attendance. The main findings of this study are that a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner can reduce fraud and increase the efficiency of the attendance process. This system allows students and teachers to record attendance quickly and accurately by scanning a unique QR Code. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more efficient and accurate attendance system at Sirajul Falah Vocational School. With the existence of a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner, it is hoped that it can improve the management of student and teacher attendance and reduce errors and fraud in recording attendance.

The high mobility of society and changing lifestyles have driven the adoption of online transactions in the world of commerce. In this context, mobile commerce applications have become a solution to provide various products, including fruits, vegetables, and other kitchen necessities, with easy search and payment processes. The development of such applications can be managed using the Scrum framework and visualization tools such as UML (Use Case and Activity Diagram) to improve efficiency and structure. Thus, mobile commerce applications offer a practical solution for people to fulfill their daily needs through digital platforms.

Human facial expressions can describe a person's emotions, by knowing human facial expressions, the process of recognizing human emotions will be helped. For example is to recognize individual satisfaction of a service. One method that is well-known today for facial expression recognition systems is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In this study, a CNN architecture will be built which has 8 convolution layers, with a depth of 32 layers. Almost all research on facial expression recognition has used datasets of non-Indonesian races. Therefore, the authors conducted an analysis of the non-Indonesian racial dataset with the Indonesian race dataset using the cross dataset technique. In this system the self- built CNN is compared with other popular CNN architectures. The results obtained from this study are the accuracy of the test data by 91.29%, sensitivity or recall or True Positive Rate (TPR) by 91.29%, precision or Positive Predictive Value (PPV) by 91,29%, and overall accuracy by 97.51%. Therefore, with a high recall value and precision, it means that the classes in the test data are handled perfectly by the model built.

n every shop, sales are very important so that the store can continue to operate and get income to be rolled back to buy materials or goods needed to be sold. Each store will compete through product quality and quality so that sales can continue to rise as expected. Store owners will usually use predictions on sales to find out how many products will be sold in the coming month. Data mining is a process that uses statistics, mathematics, artificial intelligence and machine learning to extract and identify useful information. Based on activity, data mining is collected into description, estimation, prediction, classification, clustering and association. The process in the data mining stage consists of three main steps, namely data preparation. In this step, data is selected, cleaned, and preprocessed following the guidelines and knowledge from domain experts who capture and integrate internal and external data into an overall organizational review. the information that has been generated after the data mining process must be displayed in a form that can be easily understood by the parties concerned. To predict sales of best-selling products, researchers use data mining calculations, which use classification techniques and the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, from the 10 products sold, the prediction results are obtained from RapidMiner Sales, which sell by Confusion Matrix testing, namely monitor burgers and chicken casio pao with accuracy values 85.00% and cross validation testing, namely monitoring burgers and girl pao dolls with an accuracy value of 87.00%.

Keyword matching methods are still used by today's question answering software to find answers. A system that automatically searches for appropriate answers to user questions is known as an automatic question answering system. To help and make it easier to answer questions about software engineering, questions can be created. For word processing systems, this application uses the Cosine Similarity approach, which can help us get the necessary information. The information sought by the asker can be found with automatic debriefing by designating the answer with the highest weight as the most appropriate answer. According to specialists and system evaluations, the first response, or the one with the most weight, is the most correct. The original response or the response with the highest weight produced by the system, according to system evaluation, expert assessment, and Kappa testing, is the correct response. The first answer that has the largest weight has the best Kappa value according to test results using Kappa statistics. This value shows that this system is able to compare use cases of questions and responses using the system that has been developed.

The payroll system is a system that can help companies manage matters relating to employee salaries, as well as to record and store employee salary payment data within an organization or company. A payroll system is needed in a company to manage the salaries or wages of employees in that company. The system currently in use at PT. Nusantara Bona Pasogit 12 still uses conventional systems or Microsoft Excel so that payroll data is not archived optimally. To handle this, a special application is made that is used to manage and record various employee payroll transactions that will be paid. Payroll information system application that can generate or manage employee salary data, employee absences and overtime. This application was created using the waterfall method. The results of this payroll system application design indicate that the role of computer applications in information systems is very important as a support in improving the quality of data processing activities, collecting employee salaries in a company. To increase work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately, this application was built with the PHP programming language and MySql as a database, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools.
