Abstract− The application for scheduling teaching and learning activities using a genetic algorithm was designed and built due to problems that occurred during the process of making schedules at the Al Istiqomah Islamic Middle School, Depok. for approximately three days, apart from that the schedule that has been made is also prone to errors, namely the formation of a clashing condition when a predetermined limit or obstacle is violated. The genetic algorithm applied to the designed and built application is expected to make it easier to overcome these problems by shortening the schedule creation process and minimizing the occurrence of conflicting conditions on the schedule. This application is web-based, using the programming language HTML, PHP and MySQL database. The system development method wartefall). Based on the test results at the same iteration involving different Crossover Probability (????????) and Mutation Probability (????????) values, this application can shorten the manufacturing schedule process and minimize the number of conflicts that occur. The feature for Schedule Swap in the application makes it possible to further minimize conflicting conditions that occur.

PT Bintang Aneka Karya is a service company that provides residence permit services to foreigners who need legal documents to live in Indonesia. The licensing process still uses paper documents and the paper is transferred to Excel. The current system is considered inadequate because it can lead to duplicate data and slow retrieval of data when needed. The purpose of this letter is to help foreigners know what the conditions are for applying for residency in Indonesia.The author made direct observations in her PT Bintang Aneka Karya, as HRD she interviewed Mr. Windu Pranoto directly to explore the issues related to residence permits for foreigners. Results of implementations and tests performed on applications designed for PT Bintang Aneka Karya uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. It helps foreigners to access the information created and facilitate their application and PT Bintang Aneka Karya can store your residency application report data securely as it is stored directly in the database.

Pet owners, especially cat owners, often face difficulties in providing regular feeding due to their daily busy schedules. Irregular feeding can have serious impacts on the physical and behavioral condition of animals, such as malnutrition, stress, and depression. The solution to this problem is the utilization of IoT-based smart cages that enable effective monitoring of pet conditions. These smart cages are equipped with an IoT system that facilitates pet owners in monitoring their animals' well-being. To maintain an ideal temperature within the cage, a DHT22 sensor is used to automatically control the temperature. Additionally, the availability of food and water in the cage is monitored through an ultrasonic sensor integrated with the Blynk application. Prior to implementation, testing and calibration are conducted on each sensor. The test results indicate high levels of accuracy: 98.53% for the temperature sensor (DHT22), 98.82% for the ultrasonic sensor, and 98.89% for the water level sensor. This signifies the good quality and performance of the developed system. Apart from cage condition monitoring, this system also allows pet owners to directly view live video streaming from the cage through the Blynk application. The monitoring process involves the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller, which transmits data to the Blynk application over the internet.

Developing an online new student registration system in schools is expected to make the implementation of new student registration easier and faster and because of that the participants and parents of participants do not have to bother coming to school to just see announcements and or information. relating to the implementation of using the new student registration system. SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok Sepatan is a private school which currently still uses a manual new student registration system, where prospective students have to come directly to school to register and there are many problems such as writing about new student candidates that cannot be read which causes data errors and missing documents. important documents for student registration at school because they are not well documented. The author examines the new student registration system for SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok can assist in registering prospective students so that it can be competent, accurate, effective and the data becomes more regular. Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok High School has also provided database-based data storage which can make it easier for the new student registration committee to assist in preparing information system reports. So that it can make it easier for prospective students to register without having to come to school.

Communication between humans is very important in everyday life. In communication, a communication model is needed. In social communication, humans always use language to communicate. But not everyone in this world can communicate perfectly, one of them is a person with special needs. One that can be used is sign language. Sign language itself has a limited range of uses. In contrast to the Special Schools (SLB) environment, where the use of sign language has always been a priority language, in the life of the community itself each sign language is foreign, even though there are several deaf people around them, so there are still many people who do not know or understand the sign language conveyed by interlocutor. This raises the need for learning facilities to learn this sign language easily. Because sign language is a means of communication for deaf people with the people around them. Because there is still a lack of sign language learning media that is easily accessible to all people, this application was made to help people who want to learn sign language. This application is designed using the agile extreme programming method to increase client satisfaction and make the system development faster.

This study aims to develop a blind walker using an Arduino-based ultrasonic sensor. This tool is designed to assist the mobility of the blind in carrying out daily activities and increase awareness of obstacles or objects in front of them. This research uses the method of literature study, observation, and Rapid Application Development (RAD) in system development. This system uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect objects or obstacles that reflect ultrasonic waves, and is equipped with a buzzer that sounds as a warning sign. Mamdani's fuzzy logic method for controlling the intensity of the buzzer sound based on the distance detected by the ultrasonic sensor has the potential to increase accuracy in providing information about the presence of obstacles or obstacles for blind walker users.

Sushi Tei is a restaurant that serves authentic Japanese food using fresh and high quality ingredients. In improving the quality of its business, Sushi Tei must follow developments, namely technological developments. Because when a customer comes to the restaurant, then the customer will make an order and wait for the ordered food. However, when the restaurant is busy being visited by customers, the restaurant waiter is overwhelmed because they have to give a menu list book and record the food and beverage menu ordered by the customer, after that to the kitchen to deliver the customer's order and there are other problems. Based on these problems, a system was created that can make it easier to order food and drink menus at Sushi Tei without the need to call the waiter to ask for a menu list book or record the menu to be ordered. In order to minimize the occurrence of ordering errors, save time, save paper. The system is in the form of a website that will prepare menus online. This website can be done to order menus by scanning the QR Code listed on the table where the customer is occupying, then the restaurant waiter only needs to wait from the admin data which will display any orders ordered by the customer. The method used is by using a website based on a database that is connected from the customer to the server. So that this system can be used to view and order menus at the restaurant, customers can also find out the total price they have to pay.

Student exchange will be a routine activity every month. The student exchange process which is carried out manually takes quite a long time due to the increasing number of students. In addition, mistakes and errors often occur. The purpose of this research is to build an application that can register student exchange quickly and accurately. Designing an application certainly requires a special method to help during the process. Based on the needs of the method development becomes one of the important elements in the development of information needs. The method used in designing this application is Extreme Programming which is a method that has four stages in its implementation, namely planning, designing, coding and testing. By going through these four stages, it is hoped that the results obtained will be maximized and can be more helpful in the required process. The results of this study are student exchange applications that can provide convenience in obtaining information quickly and accurately, and can reduce errors in the course calculation process.

Posyandu Mawar Merah has the duty to carry out health service activities for pregnant women, children and the elderly. In carrying out data processing, Posyandu cadres often experience difficulties in the process of writing reports and searching for data because the data is still handwritten, making it difficult for other cadres to find the data. The Mawar Merah Posyandu does not yet have a web-based Posyandu Information System, so it is still experiencing difficulties in searching Posyandu participant data, and the large number of applicants also makes it difficult to process and re-access data because a lot of the same data must be recorded repeatedly into different forms. -different, causing the occurrence of similarity of data. This study aims to facilitate the task of Posyandu cadres in processing Posyandu participant data. The method used in the research is Waterfall. In building this system the tools used are PHP as a programming language. XAMPP as a web server and MySQL as a database. The results of this research are in the form of a Web-Based Posyandu Information System. This system has been tested with a 100% success rate so that it can make it easier for users to search and process data on Posyandu participants.

Parung Men's Football School which is located on Jl. Pan Gas No. 7, Pemagarsari, Kec. Parung, Bogor Regency, West Java 16330 is a football school service business that carries out its business processes in a conventional way where prospective students must come to the Parung Men's Soccer School to register and take a student acceptance test. In addition, the processing of student data and test data is also done manually, so that data loss often occurs which will complicate the preparation of student admission reports at the end of the period. Under these conditions, of course, the Parung Men's Football School has not yet used internet media which can help satisfy registrants who will register other than as a promotional medium for Parung Men's Football School. The system development method used in this research is web engineering, which is a software engineering model used for developing web-based applications. With a web-based computerized system that can help make it easier for staff and owners to control registrants on a daily basis, the registration information system for the Parung Men's Soccer School is urgently needed because it can be used as a promotional medium.
