Abstract

Digital marketing has been proven as an effective way to expand brand reach and increase sales figures. In the digital era like today, marketing trends continue to grow along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology with the presence of the internet. In Indonesia, digital marketing has developed greatly considering that internet users in Indonesia are increasing. Currently, the high number of social media users in Indonesia has had quite an effective impact on boosting exposure to digital marketing campaigns in Indonesia. This certainly attracts the attention of business people. Now, almost all business people do not hesitate to market their products or services via social media. Digital marketing increased during the 2019 Covid pandemic. One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is a downturn in the world of business and the economy. Thus marketers and entrepreneurs must find alternative solutions to be able to market their products or services to consumers. Business people optimize digital marketing and branding as a means of communication with their target consumers. This is certainly a very effective choice during this pandemic. The results of the research in this article are twofold. 1) Digital marketing and digital branding analysis. 2) Describe digital marketing and digital branding in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Compensation and work discipline are factors that influence employee performance. Facts in the field the company still has not provided proper compensation to its employees and employees have not complied with company rules so that it can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of outsourced employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok. This study uses quantitative research methods with sampling techniques using saturated samples, data obtained by distributing questionnaires to outsourced employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok, Respondents in this study totaled 47 Outsourcing employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that (1) employee compensation have a significant effect on the performance of outsourced (2) employee work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of outsourced (3) Simultaneously compensation and employee work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of outsourced Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.

Abstract

Mortgage rights are collateral rights over land, including objects that are an integral part of the land, both above and below the ground which are used as collateral for debt repayment. If there is a default between the creditor and the debtor, an auction for the execution of mortgage rights will be carried out which is part of the law enforcement of guarantees as a last resort taken by the creditor in terms of repaying the debt. Execution of the mortgage right if indeed there is no peaceful path to resolve the problem between the creditor and the debtor. The execution of the mortgage right is carried out after the subpoena given is also ignored by the debtor.

Abstract

The company's decision to distribute dividends is an important decision, because it can affect investors in investing their capital into the company. This research aims to inform companies empirically and partially or simultaneously about profitability, liquidity and company size on dividend policy in companies that are members of the 2020 high dividend index for the period 2018-2020. The causal relationship of two or more variables can be determined by using comparative causality. Obtained 10 companies that match the criteria of the research sample using purposive sampling method. Thus, 30 samples of financial statements were obtained for companies in the 2020 high dividend index for the period 2018-2020. This research method uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variables of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR) and company size (FS) partially have a positive and significant effect on policy. dividends (DPR). And simultaneously profitability, liquidity and firm size affect dividend policy.

Abstract

In ju-jitsu martial arts, there are techniques for slamming, hitting, kicking and locking and these various techniques are widely used in matches starting from these various techniques, the researcher wants to see the slamming technique, namely how the right leg position is to do a slamming moote seo- nage in terms of posture, research "Accuracy of Foot Positioning of Ju-Jitsu Martial Athletes When Doing Morote Sion-nage Slams Judging from body posture" As a sample in this study were the 15th senior men's Ju-jitsu martial art at Unesa Open 15th year 2021 totaling 30 people. In the data collection method, interviews and direct observation were used using camcorders to take pictures during the competition with a total of 30 senior male athletes. The conclusion in this study is that the morote sio-noge slam, in terms of body posture, is for the respondent's body posture that is taller and heavier, then the appropriate slam is A slam (the position of both feet enters between the opponent's legs with the two positions knees touch the mat). For the respondent's posture which is taller and lighter body mass, the appropriate throw is type B throw (the position of the two legs is slightly in between the two opponent's legs with both knees bent). And for the same body posture as the respondent's opponent, the appropriate type of slam is type C slam (Position of both feet entering between the opponent's two legs with both knees touching the mat). Throws that are widely used during competition by athletes are type A throws (cross leg position in front of the opponent's feet) with 4 throws from different classes.

Abstract

This study examines how profitability affects capital structure during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population of this study is all firms that are members of the primary consumer goods industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, and a total of 87 firms were obtained. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, so it can be concluded that the pecking order theory is proven and applies to firmss in managing their capital structure.

Abstract

Business development is one of the most sought-after types of work by companies today. Companies need a business development for the continuity of the company itself so that it still exists, is relevant and profitable. Occupying a position as business development is how to help companies develop their business for the long term. BD is responsible for creating long-term corporate value through customers, markets and business relationships by creating opportunities for the company to continue to grow. With the increasing number of small businesses and startup companies in Indonesia, career opportunities as business development have also increased rapidly. This is because the company continues to compete with its competitors in order to stay ahead, both in terms of profits and brand awareness. one of the supporters of the process of establishing a long-term corporate valuation. This business development also plays a role as a creator of opportunities for the development of the company by way of optimizing the tasks of these components or factors.

Abstract

The use of book lending applications in the library is a useful tool to make it easier for borrowers to borrow books, which are usually obtained manually through notes. Library managers can simplify the collection of books and borrowers by utilizing this system. ensure that book lending access is managed properly, the admin can manage it. In addition to knowing what might happen when the system is running, the white box testing method is used to find out how the system works structurally. Similar to Cyclomatic Complexity, the system worked well during white box testing on the user login page. White Box Testing, which is a test method that uses a control structure and procedural design, is one of many testing methods. The findings of this study are useful for understanding the application system after the implementation stage. White Box Testing is one such testing method. White Box testing has evolved into system testing that can provide specifics about programming source code, algorithm paths, and paths. After passing this white box method, the second testing stage is carried out because the program will not run if the logic or algorithm flow is wrong. Applications that have been developed so that they can be presented in a perfect system level according to how they work and can be useful for users are tested using the findings of this study.

Abstract

Tutoring is a process of providing learning assistance to individuals which is carried out continuously to produce a change in the individual. This is of course done to help increase students' interest in learning by creating learning patterns that are made more efficient and fun so that they are more easily accepted by tutoring students. Tutoring Institutions are non-formal educational institutions that are intended to help improve students' knowledge and skills regarding subjects received at formal educational institutions, or supplement them with lessons and specializations that are not studied at formal educational institutions. Planning for a tutoring project establishment is certainly not a type of business that can be carried out by anyone, because it requires high competence and integrity in order to educate the life of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari modal kerja, jam kerja, dan teknologi internet terhadap pendapatan usaha skala industri mikro dan kecil kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung. Metode dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah Pendapatan dan variabel bebas meliputi modal kerja, jam kerja dan teknologi internet. Model terbaik yang diperoleh adalah Common Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja dan teknologi internet berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha skala mikro dan kecil kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung sedangkan jam kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha industri skala mikro dan kecil kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Modal Kerja, Jam Kerja, Teknologi Internet
