Abstract

Zakat is the property that must be set aside by a Muslim or body owned by a religion in accordance with the provisions to be given to those who deserve it. As Allah SWT. Meaning: “Those who believe do righteous deeds, to establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, they mendaoat Tuhanya rewarded. And there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve “(Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 277). Zakat also has the function of a very high socioeconomic, relating to the prohibition of usury, zakat directed us not to accumulate treasures-stacked. Zakat is a means of educating for human possessions or material that is not the purpose of life and not a right of absolute property of the man who has it, but it is a surrogate of God, which should be used as a tool to control yourself to God and as a human being to run the commands of God in all aspects. If the potential of the Muslims in the empowerment of zakat are properly managed in an integrated and optimized, then the zakat funds can overcome the problems of poverty and reduce social disparities akam certainly capable of reducing poverty. However, this is no different than fire as far roast. Not according to what most people expected. In practice for the management of zakat is done individually but only a few institutions, the management of zakat implemantasinya not well ordered based on the principle of pilgrims, so that its collection is relatively small due to scattered everywhere without good management.

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital, every aspect of life adapts to today's digital habits. The music world is no exception, where digital sales of musicians' works are one of their most significant income sources. Created to help musicians conduct their work in the form of music, Insan Music Store continues to strive to meet every need of the music industry, especially indie music. With the more straightforward process of joining the Insan Music Store application, it is hoped that it will attract the interest of musicians to join the Insan Music Store as a means of promotion for their work. This development is based on a questionnaire distributed to musicians and customers who have registered with the Insan Music Store regarding their problems and experiences while using the Insan Music Store application. The application development process itself uses the Python programming language using the framework from Django, with a database using PostgreSQL. As of the development tools used by developers is Visual Studio Code.

Abstract

PT. Selago Makmur Plantation (SMP) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan dan pengolahan kelapa sawit, yang didirikan pada tahun 1990 yang berada di Sumatera Barat. Perusahaan semakin lama semakin berkembang dan hingga saat ini memiliki luas area perkebunan 6.065 Ha, dan mempunyai pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit dengan kapasitas olah TBS (Tandan Buah Sawit Segar) 80 Ton/Jam. PT. SMP dihadapkan pada masalah kurangnya pengontrolan fisik dan kemampuan penggunaan teknologi menjadi tuntutan manajemen dan perusahaan untuk terus memperbaiki kinerja karyawan karena kinerja karyawan adalah hal penting yang mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi penelitian sebanyak 150 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 109 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Selago Makmur Plantation.

Abstract

This research is entitled An Analysis of Code Mixing Found in Deddy Corbuzier Podcast. The data source of this research was taken from one of Deddy Corbuzier’s Podcast with Reza Arap and Arief Muhammad. The purpose of this research is to find out the types of code mixing used in Deddy Corbuzier’s Podcast with Reza Arap and Arief Muhammad by using the theory of code mixing from Muysken (2000) and to analyze the factors that influence the use of code mixing by using theory from Eunhee (2006). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study found 88 data of insertion, 1 data of alternation and 1 data of congruent lexicalization.. Abstract

In this study, the varieties of figurative language will be identified and analyzed in the lyrics of Michel Jackson songs. In this study, were analyzed using Davis (2016) theory to determine the types of figurative languages. This study employed a qualitative methodology. This research led to the discovery of 3 differentforms of most figurative language in song lyrics for the study. They consist of Metaphor (3), Simile (5), Hyperbole (3). In this result found most types figurative language that is simile. And the writer hope that this article could help readers to understand the classification of types figurative language.

Abstract

Patuh adalah Sikap positif individu yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya perubahan secara berarti sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. kepatuhan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti usia, pengetahuan, motivasi dan faktor eksternal seperti pendidikan dan masa kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan triase di IGD Rumah Sakit Umum H. Sahudin Kutacane Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 20 orang perawat yang bertugas di IGD Rumah Sakit Umum H. Sahudin Kutacane Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Hasil penelitian tentang kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan triase ditinjau dari faktor usia berada pada kategori baik (55.0%), pengetahuan berada pada kategori baik (50.0%), motivasi berada pada kategori kurang (65.0%), masa kerja berada pada kategori baik (70.0%) pendidikan berada pada kategori baik (55.0%). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan triase berada pada kategori baik. Kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan triase maka perlu diberikan dukungan motivasi kepada perawat agar mampu untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di IGD Rumah Sakit Umum H. Sahudin Kutacane Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara

Abstract

Cashless transactions are a practical way of buying and selling goods. Cashless transactions are used when people are carrying out consumption activities for goods and services. Cashless transactions are expected to affect economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of cashless transactions on economic growth. The independent variables used in this study were the volume of debit card transactions, credit cards, e-money, and population growth. The dependent variable is GDP. Data obtained from Bank Indonesia and BPS. This study used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method with Eviews 10. The results of this study show that the debit card variable has a positive significant effect, the credit card variable has a positive but not significant effect, the e-money variable has a positive but not significant effect, and the population growth variable has a significant but negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The entitled this study is “Analysis Types of Slang and Process Word Formation in Song Lyric by Bruno Mars of the Doo-Wops & Hooligans Album”. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of slang and the word formation process found on Doo-Wops & Hooligans albums, including Somewhere in Brooklyn, Count on Me, The Other Side, The Lazy Song, Talking to the Moon, Our First Time, Just the Way You Are (Remix), Runaway Baby, Just the Way You Are, Grenade, Liquor Store Blues, and Marry You. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative and uses observation techniques. This analysis uses the theory from Kipfer and Chapman (2007: 8) to identify types of slang and Mattiello theory (2008: 72-154) to analyze the process of word formation in 12 song in the album there are many slang words in the lyrics of this song, so this research uses the song by Bruno Mars as its research.

Abstract

This research aims to realize an effective learning approach in supporting students in the learning process so that students are able to develop their abilities and competencies in the field they are currently practicing. This study uses a method based on the acquisition of research data by way of observation, tests to determine ratings, and documentation and analysis using a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study it was concluded that the application of the TAI learning model can help in improving student learning outcomes in the subjects of chassis maintenance and light vehicle power transfer. It can be seen that the value of student learning outcomes after taking action or applying the TAI learning model has increased the class average score with a 100% pass rate.

Abstract

Research on this observation was conducted to see how effective the use of teaching aids to improve student activity and learning outcomes in mathematics learning. The learning activity referred to here is how students can involve all psychophysical aspects, both physical and spiritual so that the acceleration of changes in their behavior can occur quickly, precisely, easily, and correctly, both related to cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The type of research used is Class Action Research (PTK). Observation was carried out as many as 2 cycles by giving essay questions as many as 5 numbers, with each cycle consisting of 2x30 minutes In general, each cycle starts from the stage of action planning, action execution, observation, and also reflection. Based on the results of this study, it shows that before using props, namely in cycle 1, student results were completed with an average percentage of 68.3% with KKM 78, while in cycle 2, props have been applied so that they were obtained with a completeness of 90.5% so that they experienced an increase of 22.2% with a moderate category in cycle 1 to a high category after being implemented in cycle 2. From these results, it can be seen that teaching aids are able to improve student learning outcomes which previously in cycle 1 student results had not reached the KKM score and after applying props in cycle 2 were able to improve student abilities effectively. The conclusion of the observations in this study is that the effectiveness of using teaching aids can improve student learning outcomes.
