Abstract

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

Abstract

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

Abstract

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

Abstract

The analysis of Traveloka.com's services in the tourism industry encompasses various aspects, including usability, service quality, customer loyalty, and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. The usability analysis of Traveloka.com's website revealed a high level of usability, as evidenced by efficiency, memorability, error rate, and user satisfaction. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

Abstract

Implementing innovative business models has been the key to success for many start-ups in the e-commerce industry. One example is the Bukalapak application which has achieved extraordinary success in a relatively short time. In this abstract, we will discuss the implementation of an innovative business model that is behind Bukalapak's success in facing fierce competition in the e-commerce industry. Bukalapak is an electronic trading platform that is one of the main players in the Indonesian market. In an effort to win competition in this tight industry, Bukalapak has implemented several innovative business models that differentiate itself from its competitors. This feature is different from other e-commerce platforms because it bridges gold trading directly between consumers without intermediaries. This provides additional flexibility and security for consumers who wish to invest or transact with gold. Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a web-based Computer Based Test (CBT) Application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Faqih Hasyim in Sidoarjo, East Java. This application aims to overcome conventional evaluation problems with paper and pen, such as cheating, scoring errors, and data management difficulties. Using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, the application integrates the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the order of questions, reducing the possibility of cheating during the exam. Equipped with session tokens, exam timing, and result reports, the app improves the overall efficiency of the evaluation process. This study refers to previous research and highlights the importance of adopting technology to simplify assessment and facilitate online data management. The Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, used to generate a unique sequence of questions for each student during the exam, minimizes the risk of cheating. The app implements a staged exam, ensuring students who meet the minimum criteria proceed to the next stage. In addition, the app achieves a degree of randomization of the exam content, eliminating patterns that may affect the exam results. The feasibility testing results show that the app is highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 92.4%. This conclusion signifies the app's success in achieving its development goals and making a positive contribution in easing the exam grading process. It is recommended to simplify the interface for senior users, improve the responsiveness of the website display for mobile access, and add a time limitation method in future research. Abstract

The lack of awareness from Resto visitors in the process of disposing of garbage in its place makes the environment around the Resto polluted at least the awareness of Resto visitors to dispose of garbage in its place is still low. The purpose of this research is to create an automation system for the trash can. The problem that arises for Resto S2 is the lack of effectiveness, especially in the tissue waste section, one of the solutions that can be done for these problems, namely by designing a device in the form of a smart trash can that can open and close automatically, so that Resto visitors do not need to make direct contact with the trash can. Researchers aim to realize the design of the tool, as for the method carried out in this study is to implement the design of a smart trash can in the form of a box that has an input in the form of an ultrasonic sensor, and an output in the form of a servo motor. The results of input and output testing show that the ultrasonic sensor can detect movement in front of the trash can and the servo motor can move the trash can cover, so it can be concluded that the smart trash can work system as a whole can function properly in accordance with the design that has been made.
