Abstract

Village is the smallest political unit in the Indonesian government system, Village also has a very strategic position as a pillar of national development. In the management of Village-Owned Enterprises, community participation is needed, the competence of managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and reliable leaders. In conducting research, what is done by researchers is by using qualitative research. In sharpening research, qualitative research must establish focus. The informant determination technique carried out by the compiler in this preparation is a purposive sampling technique, and in determining data, researchers use triangulation techniques. From the results of research in Jedong Village in carrying out clean water management activities, the village government has efforts to invite the community to carry out clean water management activities, by providing understanding to the community and jointly carrying out clean water management activities, but in clean water management, there are still obstacles, namely lack of community participation

Abstract

Public service is an activity or series of activities in order to meet the needs of services in accordance with laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, and administrative services provided by the government. The purpose of this study is (a) to be able to describe the standard of administrative services of the village government of Pendem, Junrejo District, Batu City. (b) to be able to identify factors that affect the standard of administrative services of the government of Pendem Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that administrative service standards have been running in accordance with service operational standards or (SOP), and are in accordance with applicable regulations. However, in fact, based on the results of initial observations at the research location, data was obtained that public service information at the Pendem Village office had not been fully achieved, there were inhibiting factors in services, such as low human resources, namely there were still some people who did not understand the requirements in managing correspondence

Abstract

One of the religious based educational institutions in Indonesia is Batu Bible School, where people who want to become Servants of God and want to join spiritual ministry can be trained and knowing more about Biblical Doctrine. The author found there were various intrapersonal communication experiences that experienced by the students. Students who have higher educational level and good career achievements before joining the Bible School, tend to go through a very intense intrapersonal communication process, with various inner situations. This is due to the cognitive dissonance or discomfort that arises because of differences in actions taken with thoughts that tend to lead to other actions. This research aims to understand about the intrapersonal communication process that occurs in decision making to take education in the Batu Bible School. The subjects of this study were students of the Batu Bible School in the 64-66 generation range, and who had previously worked but then decided to take education in the Bible School. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the type of phenomenological approach. The result showed that the intrapersonal communication process in decision making is a very long process, unlimited, and impressed overlapping.

Abstract

Tinder is one of the most popular dating applications in Indonesia which is often used to find a partner because of the large number of users. However, there are several other motives for using Tinder by its users. This study aims to determine how the virtual self-concept is formed by users of the Tinder Application in finding a partner. The type of research carried out by the researcher is qualitative with interviews and observations in previous studies. This study was analyzed using the self-concept theory by William H. Fitts to examine the dimensions of the virtual self-concept by Tinder users. The results of the research obtained are that the virtual self-concept presented by male and female users is that they feel they do not want to overestimating themselves, but also not too low as self-esteem. Second, users provide a self-concept that seems friendly and open in order to get to know each other more closely with other people.

Abstract

An organizational communication pattern is a relationship between two or more people in the process of sending and receiving the right way so that the intended message can be understood. The fact that occurs in the Communication and Informatics Service is that differences in the quality of human resources such as less responsiveness and less effective communication flows result in differences in perception between leaders and employees, therefore organizational communication patterns are needed to coordinate management in order to produce a good communication process so that the goals of the Communication and Information Department can be achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the communication patterns used, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the communication process that occurs at the Tanah Datar Regency Communication and Information Service. This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research were the Head of the Communication and Information Service, the Head of Public Communication Information, and the Tanah Datar Tv YouTube Channel Team who were selected using a purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. Whereas. The results of this research show that organizational communication patterns in improving service quality at Diskominfo use the Wheel pattern, Y pattern and pattern.
