Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology, especially social media, have significantly changed the pattern of political communication in the digital era. Social media such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube are now important tools in political campaigns. This research aims to analyze the digital campaign strategy implemented by young cadres of the Indonesian Unity Party (Perindo) in the 2024 elections. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews and descriptive data analysis from various sources such as books, articles, and documents. The results showed that Perindo Party's digital campaign strategy in utilizing social media proved effective in increasing public interaction and awareness of their political agenda.

Abstract

The freedom of the people to participate in the democratic party is almost limitless. Likewise, political party cadres who run for the legislature, where almost all groups can run as legislative candidates. Not apart from celebrities, approaching the political year there are many celebrities who plunge into the world of politics. Regardless of the lack of jobs or just a sensation behind. Here researchers try to find the problem of celebrity trends entering into the cadres of the National Mandate Party. The author speculates that the participation of celebrities is one of the political communication strategies carried out by the National Mandate Party.celebrities is one of the political communication strategies carried out by PAN. In finding the results of this study, researchers used a qualitative approach by prioritizing literature studies sourced from articles, journals, and other media. Researchers in this case tried to find the problem of political communication strategies in one of the parties in Indonesia. And it was found that celebrity involvement is one of the strategies owned by PAN in increasing public participation in the upcoming elections.upcoming elections. Against the background of the declining level of vote acquisition each year of PAN.

Abstract

Abstract Illegal wildlife trade has become an issue that threatens biodiversity and animal welfare in Indonesia. This activity not only harms the environment but also has the potential to disrupt the overall balance of ecosystems. As one of the most widely used social media platforms in Indonesia, Facebook has great potential in shaping public opinion and raising public awareness on various issues, including this one. This study aims to analyze the role of Facebook in influencing public opinion regarding the illegal wildlife trade. The study uses a case study method. Data for this study was collected through observation, content analysis, and interviews with several Facebook users in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach. The findings of this study indicate that the role of Facebook in shaping public opinion regarding the illegal wildlife trade in Indonesia has not been effectively carried out. While Facebook posts can present informative visual evidence and facts, audience responses tend to be passive, limited to likes or shares without substantial discussion or comments. Recommendations from this study suggest that there is a need to improve the strategy for disseminating information regarding the wildlife trade in Indonesia, both from society and the government, so that the message about illegal wildlife trade can reach a wider public and encourage more active engagement.

Abstract

In this research analysis, it analyzes the role of the media in shaping public opinion regarding the issue of infidelity between celebrities. In this research, we take the issue of infidelity that previously occurred between celebrities Azizah Salsha and Salim Nauderer. This study aims to explore the impact of news coverage on public opinion. Using agenda-setting and framing theories, this study examines how media outlets present issues, influencing societal perspectives and public morality. The methodology combines content analysis of news reports and thematic analysis of in-depth interviews with selected respondents. Results highlight the significant role of the media in shaping perceptions and polarizing public opinions on sensitive issues. The existing news tends to be sensationalized so that public stereotypes become strong, influencing, and social media users who follow the news about celebgrams also influence the developing narrative.

Abstract

Online-Based Services on the Service Management Information System (SIMPEL) Application at the Riau Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office experienced problems, namely openness in the follow-up process where the public often does not receive clear information, indicating a lack of coordination. between field units, there are indications of technical problems with online services. The purpose of this study is to find out online-based services on the service management information system application (SIMPEL) at the Riau Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques use library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and verification. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of online-based licensing services in general has not run optimally considering that the online-based licensing service program is an innovation program that has just been implemented at DPMPTSP.  Efforts made to face obstacles include optimizing systems and information, effective communication, ongoing evaluation, close collaboration with the IT Team and periodic evaluation and adjustments. Maximize service delivery both in terms of process and service output and the Department must be able to accommodate complaints from each applicant and improve service performance at the Riau Province One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service.

Abstract

This research has the title Management Parking Retribution of Tanjungpinang City. Various policy packages implemented by the government and Tanjungpinang City Parking UPTD to achieve the target of parking retribution realization in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). However, parking fees always experience fluctuating percentages and do not always reach the targets set by the government. Tanjungpinang City parking retribution management is regulated by Tanjungpinang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2016 concerning Parking Implementation and Retribution. Parking implementation includes planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. The purpose of this research is to find out the Management of Tanjungpinang City Parking Levy. The type of research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample collection technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sources and types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques and tools through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the management of Tanjungpinang City parking retribution has been running in accordance with applicable provisions but there are still some shortcomings in the field of mobilization and supervision carried out. The implementation of parking retribution collection carried out by parking attendants is not going well. There are still parking attendants who do things like not giving parking tickets to the public. The supervision carried out by the Transportation Agency, especially the Parking UPTD, is running well, but with the limited number of personnel, the supervision carried out is not optimal.

Abstract

Since 2021, SMP Negeri 2 Bintan has accepted students with special needs, although SMP Negeri 2 Bintan has not yet become a school with inclusive education. With inclusive education, it is hoped that it will become a strategy to equalize opportunities to obtain good educational services. The type of research used in this research is qualitative exploratory. Based on the research results, it can be seen that in order to provide good educational services at SMP Negeri 2 Bintan, there is still a lot that needs to be improved, starting from the acceptance of new students, the socio-economic conditions of parents of students with special needs, administrative requirements for inclusive teachers, facilities and infrastructure, program financing, competency of inclusive teachers, school exam results, social attitudes and evaluation finclusive education outcomes and those that have approached optimal educational services, namely the inclusive education curriculum, teachers' interest in teaching in inclusive classes, and the learning process ininclusive classes. Inconclusion, inefforts to accept students with special needs and payattention to inclusive education, there are still many aspects that need to be improved and improved.

Abstract

The Climate Village Program aims to create villages or neighborhoods that are sustainable in terms of the environment and economy, while also reducing the impacts of climate change by increasing community participation in tangible actions to address climate challenges. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Kampung Bugis Village. Its implementation is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.84/MENLHK-SETJEN/KUM.1/11/2016 concerning the Climate Village Program. This study applies the program implementation theory by Van Meter and Van Horn, which examines various factors influencing the success of a program. The population in this study consists of the Climate Village Implementing Group in Kampung Bugis Village, with a total of 74 members. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving six individuals from two different groups to obtain representative data. This study employs aqualitative method. Thestudy concludes that the implementation of the Climate Village Program in Kampung Bugis Village aligns with its intended objectives, although some aspects still need improvement to achieve more optimal results. The researcher suggests that the government enhance support and facilities for the Climate Village Implementing Group and encourage active community participation. Continuous training and education should be improved to strengthen the group's capacity in addressing climate change challenges. Additionally, a sustainable evaluation and monitoring mechanism is needed to periodically assess the program's performance and ensure it runs as planned and achieves its desired goals.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses natural beauty that rivals that of many other countries, making the current trend of utilizing natural potential as a foundation for tourism highly relevant. Ecotourism represents a fusion between industrial interests and environmental conservation, with the hope of promoting economic growth based on environmental sustainability. However, caution is necessary—when economic interests intersect with nature, there is a risk of fostering an anthropocentric mindset. Through the diverse natural and environmental resources found across Indonesia, it is hoped that more tourists will be attracted to visit, thereby contributing to the development of local economies. The tourism industry is one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing sectors today. It goes beyond mere travel, offering rich social and cultural experiences gained during the journey. The urgency of this research lies in its effort to develop a formulation for managing and harnessing ecotourism potential to enhance regional tourism. The goal of this study is to establish an effective management formulation and identify the potential of ecotourism in supporting regional tourism development. This research adopts a qualitative method, covering the process from problem formulation to data processing related to the management and potential of ecotourism. A literature review serves as the initial foundation for data collection in this study. The data analysis is conducted using the analytical tool VOSviewer, aimed at transforming data into visual representations or visual analyses. The research results show that there is an influence between the maintenance and management of ecotourism through various existing methods.

Abstract

Abstract In Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) have become one of the strategic instruments in rural economic development in Indonesia. However, its implementation has some challenges, especially related to accountability. This study aims to analyze the accountability of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) innovation in improving the capacity and participation of the community in the village of Panggungharjo, Yogyakarta. The research methods used are case studies and literature from various journals and government sites relevant to BUMDes, especially Panggungharjo Village. The results showed that Panggungharjo village successfully implemented the principle of accountability through formal mechanisms such as the BUMDes accounting application system (SAAB) and the village Consultative forum, which had a significant impact on capacity building and community participation to enable village development in a transparent, independent, and sustainable manner. Keywords: Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), Accountability, Capacity, Transparency Abstrak Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi salah satu instrumen strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi desa di Indonesia. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya, terutama terkait akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akuntabilitas inovasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Panggungharjo, Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dan literatur dari berbagai jurnal dan situs pemerintahan yang relevan dengan BUMDes, khususnya Desa Panggungharjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Panggungharjo berhasil menerapkan prinsip akuntabilitas melalui mekanisme formal seperti Sistem Aplikasi Akuntansi BUMDes (SAAB) dan forum musyawarah desa yang berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas dan partisipasi masyarakat sehingga memungkinkan pembangunan desa secara transparan, mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
