In teaching learning process, teacher has a good role, but media is also very important. Because not all of material can be explained by delivering speech or discussion. And not all students can easily understand the material. Pictures, cards, films usually help teachers in teaching learning process. Media that we used is almost never related to the religion, especially Islam, even though muslim has Qur’an as a holy book. And of course it is a very extraordinary media for teaching and it will make the students smart and religious.

Human rights are natural rights. The right of every person and can't be revoked. All countries and people should be able to accept the concepts of human rights, because the formulation has been enhanced by adopting a different cultural and religious diverse nation. Islamic Shari'a itself has a purpose that is consistent with the principles of human rightsThe purpose of Islamic law or maqashid al-syari'ah contains the five most fundamental rights which is a primary need -dhoruriyat al-khoms- namely the right to live, reasonable maintenance, guard the descendants, the recognition of property rights and freedom of religion. The Prophet himself in leading the people of Medina had applyed the principles of these rights. Gender discourse is interesting in the melee of Islamic thought. Islamic literatures have different views about gender. Classical Islamic literature generally arranged in the perspective of culture androcentric --- man became the measure of all things (man is the measure of all things) --- if measured in modern, many of which can be assessed gender-biased due to the strengthening system of patriarchal culture that developed in the community. The culture of patriarchy (male dominated) has put women in a subordinate position of men. Male superiority that is contained in almost all the patriarchal system often curb the norms of justice and egalitarianism offered by women for the sake of male power. The patriarchal culture system has been presenting the practices of anti-emancipation of women in society. Indeed, women are ideologically still assumed to serve as a "friend behind". Women seemed only to know the problems of the kitchen so many of them, to say nothing of the whole, less direct role in the public sectors. In contrast to the classical Islamic literature which is dominated by patriarchal culture system, in Islamic literature modern / contemporary women are no longer in subordinated position to men. Women have equal status and equal (the same) with men. From this came the bearers of feminism whose occurrence is not solely concerned about issues of ladies, but also began to fly the flag of the women's movement, although only the early signals. Feminists struggling to find the root cause of a strong patriarchal system embedded in society and making women alienated and oppressed.

Legal values that live in the community, including customs are having very big influence on the formation of the formulation of joint property as stipulated in article 85 to article 97 Compilation of Islamic Law. The formulation of joint property was carried out through the approach path syirkah Abdan rules and customs. The formulation of joint property or the more viscous is also called the treasure-rich mixed-rajakaya that can occur when a person is bound by marriage. With matrimony, then the income will be shifted according to attach obligations and rights as husband and wife. Wife’s Income unanimously regarded as the property of origin, because the wife is not burdened with providing for her husband. However, upon mutual agreement, especially the wife sincerity and husband’s permit, the wife can be a partner/companion in making a living. While the husband’s income is a capital property to make a living for his family, because the husband obligated to provide including for his wife. Thus, the formalization of joint property arrangements in marriage law in Indonesia was essentially aims to provide a balanced appreciation (proportional) to the conjugal cooperation in building and maintaining the household. If the judges in deciding section treasure together for the widower and divorcee living using Abdan syirkah rules and customary law, as well as methods of discretion, or ijtihad with the approach of the rules istinmbat al Ahkam, not a violation of law, it can even be appreciated as a progressive legal invention. Indonesia is a very diverse country. Its diversity can be seen from the many islands, ethnicity, culture, language and religion. Plurality is then led to the motto Unity in Diversity. Indonesia is a country of multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-religious. This diversity, on the one hand is a blessing, because it actually reflects the diversity of the wealth of cultural treasures. No wonder if Satjipto Raharjo finds that Indonesia is a very complete laboratory and promising to investigate in the field of social sciences and humanities. But on the other hand, diversity is also great potential for growing proliferation of conflicts, particularly if diversity is not able to run properly. To build a society that recognizes and appreciates differences is required an education process. Herein lies the importance of multicultural education. Multicultural education is becoming very strategic to be able to manage diversity creatively. Multicultural education should be a process of internalization of the values of multiculturalism itself in educational institutions.

In early 2016 the Indonesian enters the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). It has become the demands of the changing times as part of a global community. Interaction between these nations require global communications. Everything and all levels of society will take part in the international market, so it will be left behind and unable to compete if we do not master the English language. It was a common knowledge, to improve competitiveness is the ability to speak English. In the era of AEC Indonesia will compete with foreign workers and the rise of economic competition will be more stringent. This inevitably raises the need for the Indonesian to English language skills in order to master communication. Methods of teaching English until now do not reflect the preparation of human resources to take part in the global community. Learning and understanding the English language becomes a necessity that cannot be avoided. Can our English teaching methods answer the demands of the Islamic global community? This is what needs to be formulated in the content of curriculum materials in English lessons at formal schools, especially Islamic schools, such as: MI, MTs, MA, and Islamic University.
