Abstract

Ulumul Qur'an studies Aqsamul Qur'an as one of the branches of science. Aqsamul Qur'an itself is a science that studies or studies the oaths contained in the Qur'an that Allah uses to strengthen or confirm the information in it. Al-Qur'an is the last revelation that Allah sent down to the last Prophet Muhammad SAW as guidance for all humankind. It contains prohibitions and commands to worship and contains all aspects of human life, one of which is about work affairs. Islam provides clear guidelines; the motivation for worship is the main driving force in work and wants to get an award (reward). In the Qur'an itself, Allah has explained a lot that as Muslims, we must work hard and try our best to actualize ourselves as servants of Allah, which produces the best and most practical work, not only for himself but also for the benefit of others. As Muslims, they must have ethics to achieve success both in this world and in the hereafter. In several verses of the Qur'an, Allah often mentions sentences that contain qasam to emphasize something that is an essential indication in Islamic Human Resources (SDI) management, which can affect the attitudes, behaviour, performance, and work ethic of a human being.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an al-Karim is the book of Allah SWT. which is a guide for humans. Humans will not be able to use the Qur'an as a guide if they do not understand the content and meaning of the Qur'an. The first step to understanding the Qur'an is to study the Qur'an. However, in reality, today's students are still many who have not been able to read the Qur'an properly. Based on the results of the BAQI STAI test in 2018/2019, students who have not been able to read the Qur'an are still 77.55%. This condition is very concerning with many students who have not been able to read the Qur'an, let alone make the Qur'an a guide in their lives. One of the reasons is the lack of love for the Qur'an. Researchers conducted research in an educational institution, namely Al-Amin Superior Middle School, which focused on the al-Qur’an Love Movement Program to overcome this condition. This study aims to determine how the al-Qur’an Love Movement Program results can optimize Islamic religious education in schools. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This data is analyzed by reducing, presenting, triangulation, and concluding. The results of this study found that the Qur'an Love Movement Program The al-Qur’an Love Movement has a series of activities: murojaah al-Qur’an, tadarus Al-Qur’an, tahsin al-Qur’an, tahfidz al-Qur’an, tafhim Al-Qur’an, lectures, comprehensive session, and graduation tahfidz. Furthermore, in the operationalization of each activity, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, it is considered good and quite good when viewed from Permendiknas Number 47 of 2007 concerning Standards for Management of Education by Non-formal Education Units. This al-Qur’an Love Movement program produces students who can read the Qur'an well, hafidz Qur'an 1-2 Juz, and students have good manners, are honest, and are accustomed to doing good in their daily lives as a practice of the Qur'an. Thus the al-Qur’an Love Movement program can optimize Islamic Religious Education in schools.

Abstract

Adultery is forbidden in Islam. Allah SWT. Give harsh punishments for the perpetrators, both unmarried and married. The punishment for those not married is to be lashed a hundred times and exiled. In contrast, the punishment for married people is stoning to death. With such a severe punishment, people who believe they can take care of themselves and stay away from all things that lead to adultery; however, with the massive development of technology and information and the proliferation of pornographic content easily accessible to young people today. In associations far from Islamic religious values, parental supervision is not complete because they are busy with their respective jobs and have disproportionate education about reproduction. Free Promiscuity has become an inevitable plague in today's modern life. It is proven by the number of young women who commit adultery until finally, many are pregnant out of wedlock. Dilemma hit the couple's family until many families from both sides agreed to hold marriage between the two. Pros and cons related to the law of marrying Pregnant women due to adultery are constantly repeated in society; the question that often arises is whether the marriage is legal or not? Abu Hanifah and Ibn Hazm were two well-known Islamic law thinkers in their time who also paid attention to this.

Abstract

There are various methods and approaches to understanding religion in producing knowledge of its teachings (knowing), with various riyadhah (practices) that produce skills in performing rituals (doing), and finally realizing the teachings of religious doctrines in daily behavior (being). Unfortunately, in understanding religion, there are still many who use partial methods and approaches; as a result, we can still encounter disputes and contradictions in society. So, by understanding the method used, it is hoped that a sense of tasamuh will arise among the people. Because the experience of religious rites is subjective, involves personal emotions, and is influenced by the goals and backgrounds. Because the methodology for understanding Islamic teachings can be quantitative and qualitative, the truth can differ depending on the approach used. So, we must respect these two truths, through husnudhan (kindness), tasamuh (tolerance), and salāmatu al-shudūr (open-mindedness), accepting the necessity of differences.
