Abstract

The quality of service certainly affects the satisfaction of members who save at KSP CU Keling Kumang BO Siantan Pontianak. After being analyzed and researched, the results of the study show that there is a close relationship and dependence between service quality and member satisfaction. The higher the quality of service provided by the employees of KSP CU Keling Kumang BO Siantan Pontianak, the better for members who save. The compatibility between expectations and the reality expected by members of KSP CU Keling Kumang of course must be maintained and services must continue to improve, so that the expectations of members are the same as the reality they receive or receive. This research examines three variables regarding service quality, which consist of Technical Quality (X1), Functional Quality (X2), Corporate Image (X3). Of the three variables, it is very influential and has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of members who save at KSP CU Keling Kumang BO Siantan Pontianak.

Abstract

This article is a new study carried out regarding the nyengkolan’t ritual practiced among the Kerabat tribe in Sekadau, West Kalimantan. It is a linguistic anthropology research using the qualitative method. The aim of this study is to document the oral tradition in nyengkolan’t ritual among the Kerabat tribe and analyse the use of language in the ritual. The study has documented the procedures, prohibitions and mantras in the nyengkolan’t ritual. From the discussion, it is found that the use of language in the nyengkolan’t rites also include several Malay words such as ‘enam’, ‘kaki’, ‘sial’, ‘sungai’ and many more. The materials used are mostly the same as those used in the rituals of other tribes in Sekadau.

Abstract

The bank’s health level is the ability of a bank to conduct banking operations normally and is able to meet all obligations well in ways that comply with banking regulations that apply. It is generally used to measure the health of a bank which is reflected in CAMEL, can be measured as the decision letter of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia Number 6/10/PBI date 12 April 2004 and Circulars BI Number 7/23/DPNP on 31 May 2004, about How the assessment of the level of health of public Bank. To help the process calculation analysis of the health of the bank will be made a decision support system of bank health analysis calculations. With the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the result of research that has been carried out that the results of testing by the method of AHP to merangking aspects assessment on variabel CAMEL show that this method can be used for these aspects merangking properly. From the results of the calculation of the AHP proves that the level of health at the BRI Branch PT Sekadau gets an average of 3.897699 so that the results of PT BRI Branch Sekadau declared healthy.

Abstract

Mustard (Brassica juncea L.) is one type of horticultural plant that has good prospects for development. The organic fertilizers used can be in the form of liquid organic fertilizers and solid organic fertilizers. Efforts to increase the productivity of mustard plants with organic fertilization have not been satisfactory. The use of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is considered to be able to quickly overcome nutrient deficiencies and be able to provide nutrients quickly for mustard plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of POC of bamboo shoots extract on the growth and yield of mustard plants, and to determine the frequency of POC of bamboo shoots extract on the growth and yield of mustard plants. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely the frequency of organic fertilizers (f) with 5 levels of treatment and each treatment consisted of 4 replications and each treatment unit consisted of 4 plants, so that in total there were 80 plants. Treatment frequency of liquid organic fertilizer for bamboo shoots (f) is: f1: frequency of 3 days, f2: frequency of 6 days, f3: frequency of 9 days, f4: frequency of 12 days, f5: frequency of 15 days. Observation variables were plant height (cm), leaf (strand), leaf width (cm) and plant fresh weight (g). The frequency of POC of bamboo shoots has an effect on the growth and yield of mustard plants. The frequency of presenting POC bamboo shoots once every 3 days gave high yields, namely 12.37 cm at plant height 2 WAP, and 13.58 cm at plant height 3 MST, at 2 MST leaf number was 10.13 strands, leaf number 3 MST was 12,31 strands, plant fresh weight was 25.81 g/plant and leaf area was 7.11 cm. presenting POC bamboo shoots once every 6 days was considered more effective because it gave the same results as the treatment that gave the highest yield on the variable.

Abstract

At this time, the development of information technology is growing very quickly, so the information needed is very easy to obtain via smartphones, laptops or computers connected to the internet. To support information technology, so that it can be used by the community or organization, a good computer network infrastructure is needed. The Keling Kumang Institute of Technology (ITKK) is a newly established university and will continue to grow, requiring computer network infrastructure that is in accordance with ITKK needs so that work in each field is more effective and efficient. In this study, using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method that can be used in designing computer network infrastructure that is in line with the organization's business processes. The application used for computer network infrastructure simulation in this study is GNS3.
