Abstract

The work environment is a place for a number of groups in which there are several supporting facilities to achieve company goals in accordance with the company's vision and mission. The work environment is divided into 2, namely the physical work environment and non-physical work environment. The physical work environment is all physical conditions that exist around the workplace that can affect employees either directly or indirectly. While the Non-Physical Work Environment is all conditions that occur related to work relations, both relations with superiors and relationships among co-workers, or relationships with subordinates. Good working conditions are expected to provide stimulation for employees, so as to encourage employees to be more productive and able to increase work effectiveness. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on the effectiveness of employees at PT. Tabalong Drinking Water Shines (Perseroda) Tabalong Regency. (2) Knowing how much influence the non-physical work environment has on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Tabalong Drinking Water Shines (Perseroda) Tabalong Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative approach, using the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) analysis tool. This study used a population of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, so that the sample in this study was 68 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an influence of the non-physical work environment on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Tabalong Drinking Water Shines (Perseroda) Tabalong Regency. 2) The magnitude of the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on the Work Effectiveness of employees at PT. Drinking Water Tabalong Shines (Perseroda) Tabalong Regency, namely 44.3% and the remaining 55.7% can be influenced by other variables. Abstract

Working capital functions to finance all processes of operational activities and all forms of corporate procurement. Working capital in every company must be in a state of rotation, this is what is commonly referred to as working capital turnover. Working capital turnover can show the relationship between sales and working capital. Working capital is one of the factors that can affect profitability. The aims of the research are 1) to find out whether there is an effect of working capital turnover on profitability, 2) to find out how much influence working capital turnover has on profitability in property and real estate companies in LQ45 for the 2014-2021 period. This type of research approach is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses documentation techniques. With a population of all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) until 2021, namely 35 companies. The number of samples is four companies from 2014 to 2021. The location of this study is the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using simple linear regression analysis as data analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of turnover working capital on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on LQ45 for the 2014-2021 period and the magnitude of the effect of working capital turnover on profitability in property and real estate companies on LQ45 for the 2014-2021 period is 52.1%, while the other 47.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (Bpnt) From a Communication Aspect in Suput Village, Haruai Sub-district, Tabalong Regency. Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is a program that aims to reduce the expenditure burden of KPM (Beneficiary Families) through fulfilling food needs, providing more balanced nutrition to KPM (Beneficiary Families), increasing target accuracy and timing of receiving food assistance for KPM (Beneficiary Families), giving more choices and control to KPM (Beneficiary Families) in meeting food needs and encouraging the achievement of sustainable development goals (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) from a Communication Aspect in Suput Village, Haruai District, Tabalong Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Hubberman model. The results showed that the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) seen from the communication aspect on the transmission indicator was categorized as highly implemented, on aspects categorized as quite implemented, and on the consistency indicator it was categorized as quite implemented so that the conclusion of the research was the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) seen from the aspect of communication in the village of Suput it is categorized as implemented. Abstract

Research on the Implementation of the Rice for the Poor (Raskin) Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Overcoming Poverty Due to Covid 19 in Banyu Tajun Village, Tanjung sub-district, Tabalong Regency, is important to do, because there are still problems related to the Rice for the Poor Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program (Raskin). ) In Overcoming Poverty Due to Covid 19 in Banyu Tajun Village, Tanjung sub-district, Tabalong Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Implementation of the Rice for the Poor (Raskin) Direct Cash Assistance Program in Overcoming Poverty Due to Covid 19 in Banyu Tajun Village, Tanjung sub-district, Tabalong Regency. Types and approaches to research using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques carried out include the collection of observational data, interviews and documentation. The informants used in this study amounted to 5 people. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using techniques including data reduction, presentation of data, and verification or drawing conclusions. The data is then tested for data credibility to assess the truth of the qualitative research findings. Based on the results of the discussion above, it shows that regarding the Implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT), seen from the communication aspect, the transmission indicator is categorized as sufficiently implemented, from the clarity indicator it is categorized as sufficiently implemented, and from the consistency indicator it is categorized as sufficiently implemented. From these results it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) seen from the communication aspect in Banyu Tajun Village, Tanjung sub-district, Tabalong Regency is categorized as implemented Keywords: Implementation, Program, Direct Cash Assistance (BLT)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head as a motivator in enforcing apparatus time discipline at the Agung Village office. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is part of the explanation or writing of each variable, by describing the situation or events that occur in the object of research. While the qualitative approach is research that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior who become informants in the research. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation data collection techniques, interview data collection techniques, and documentation data collection techniques. The conclusion results from the Recapitulation of the Role of the village head as a Motivator in Enforcing Time Discipline of Apparatuses at the Agung Village Office, Tanjung sub-district, Tabalong Regency on the Motivator of Spirit Indicator is Role play, the conclusion results on the Fostering Indicator are Role play and the conclusion results on the Indicator of Giving Influence are Role Enough. Then the results obtained from the research on the Role of the village head as a Motivator in Enforcing Time Discipline of Apparatuses at the Agung village Office, Tanjung Sub-district, Tabalong Regency, can be concluded that they have a role, this can be seen from the results of the interview recapitulation of 5 village officials conducted by researchers at the Agung village Office. Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company for the achievements that have been made by employees because they can work beyond the standards set by the company. This reward is expected to motivate and increase the level of job satisfaction of each employee. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the effect of rewards on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandir, Tabalong Regency and 2) To find out how much influence the reward has on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandiri, Tabalong Regency. This research is included in quantitative research, the sampling technique used in this research is using a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 42 respondents assisted by the GSCA analysis tool. The results of the study concluded that 1) Reward has an effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandiri, Tabalong Regency 2) The magnitude of the reward effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandiri Tabalong Regency by 56.6% and 43.4% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Reward, Job Satisfaction, GSCA

Abstract

The influence of employee performance is important to do, because there are still some employees who are less enthusiastic at work, such as work that is not completed on time, lack of discipline in attendance, employees sitting casually chatting during working hours, and procrastinating work. so that units that should be completed in one working day, were completed within 2 days, the impact of the delay resulted in the workshop looking full. The purpose of the research was to find out and analyze the influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT Senamas Energindo Mineral Unit Maintenance Division, East Barito Regency. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach, in which all information is presented in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, display of the results and analysis based on statistical analysis. This study aims to describe the circumstances or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The research data analysis method uses the SPSS application. The results of the study show that there is an influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT Senamas Energindo Mineral, Unit Maintenance Division, East Barito Regency. The magnitude of the influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT Senamas Energindo Mineral Unit Maintenance Division of East Barito Regency is 75.90%, while the remaining 24.10% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied Keywords: Competence, Employee Performance

Abstract

Dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesejahteraan ini maka Pemerintah Pusat pada tahun 2007 merencanakan atau membuat satu program yang bernama Program Keluarga Harapan, program ini merupakan program bantuan tunai bersyarat yang diberikan kepada masyarakat katagori Keluarga Sangat Miskin yang memiliki beberapa persyaratan,yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan kesehatan. Program ini diimplementasikan oleh daerah-daerah yang dianggap membutuhkan bantuan dari program ini dan memenuhi dengan persyaratan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pembuat kebijakan dari program ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Efektivitas Program keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tanta Hulu Kecamatan Tanta kabupaten Tabalong serta mengetahui dan menganalisis ketentuan Penerimaan Program keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tanta Hulu Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong.Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kuantitatif. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh keluarga penerima manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner/angket, dokumentasi, dan Observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan dibantu dengan softwere statistik SPSS.kesimpulan, bahwa efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan di desa Tanta Hulu Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong dikategorikan Efektif. Kata kunci : Efektivitas , Program Keluarga Harapan(PKH).

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui mengenai kualitas pelayanan masyarakat di Puskesmas Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong, karena Puskesmas dalam sistem JKN/BPJS memiliki peran yang besar kepada peserta KIS, apabila Puskesmas memberikan pelayanan dengan baik maka akan semakin terasa sangat bermanfaat Program KIS bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, bagaimanakah Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong (Studi Kasus Pada Program KIS Di Desa Pamarangan). Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu kualitas pelayanan masyarakat bagi pasien pengguna kartu KIS dilihat dari aspek Assurance (jaminan/kepastian). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dilakukan dengan cara Observasi, Kuesioner/angket, Dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini untuk keperluan analisis data, penulis tidak menggunakan teknik analisis data tidak terikat kepada skor dan skala. Tetapi hanya menggunakan teknik analisa statistik sederhana dengan menggunakan persentase dan kemudian data yang diperoleh dari responden di analisa atau deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong (Studi Kasus Pada Program KIS Di Desa Pamarangan), menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi masyarakat yaitu pada kategori cukup berkualitas dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 59,476% terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat pemegang kartu KIS yang ada di Puskesmas Tanjung. Abstract

Bantuan sosial berupa BLT-DD di Desa Barimbun ini di peruntukkan kepada warga yang memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dan sudah disepakati berdasarkan Musyawarah Desa Khusus (Musdesus). Jumlah KPM penerima BLT-DD di Desa Barimbun ini sebanyak 56 orang dengan besaran bantuan sebesar Rp. 300.000 Per bulan yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) dan dana desa yang diperuntukkan penanganan Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) Covid-19 Di Desa Barimbun Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data yaitu angket/kuisioner dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan pihak Perangkat desa serta masyarakat Desa Barimbun Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling, teknik analisis menggunakan tabulasi yang kemudian dipersentasi data yang di kemukakan oleh Muhammad Ali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) Covid-19 di Desa Barimbun Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong Cukup Terimplementasi dilihat dari indikator Standar Kebijakan dan Sasaran Program, Sumber Daya, Komunikasi, Karakteristik, Keterlibatan Antara Lingkungan Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Politik, serta Sikap atau Disposisi.
