Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of Digital Marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to increase business income and get convenience in identifying consumer needs and desires, There are still many business actors who have not implemented marketing strategies with digital marketing. Including small-scale food and beverage MSMEs in the Tigaraksa area. Therefore, the implementation of this digital marketing is intended to help business actors achieve maximum results in implementing marketing strategies, and increase branding of business actors to achieve a large scale that can be recognized by the wider community, from within and outside the area in Tigaraksa-Tangerang. The methods used are direct discussions and training for business actors in Tigaraksa with small-scale criteria. The results of the discussion and training can improve the quality of MSMEs in the knowledge of digital marketing strategies, which are applied to small-scale MSMEs to brand their businesses in order to achieve maximum profits and make their businesses large-scale.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is a way out to solve the debt problem that presses a debtor, where the debtor does not have the ability or good faith to pay these debts to his creditors and the rights of creditors can still be protected. This study aims to explain the legal efforts made by creditors so that their legal interests are protected and a form of legal protection for creditors due to the debtor's being declared bankrupt in the study of Decision Number No. 31/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2023/PN Niaga Jkt. Pst.. This research uses normative juridical research and library research by conducting an assessment of the Laws and Regulations and books related to the title of this thesis. The results showed that the Decision of the Commercial Court decided the bankruptcy of PT. Multi Inti Karya. The legality of filing for bankruptcy by PT. Citra Harda Mandiri which is based on part of the receivables from PT.Multi Inti Karya which have met the elements of bankruptcy, namely Article 2 paragraph (1) UUK-PKPU because it is known that the legality made by PT. Multi Inti Karya. with another party, namely Cv. Dwi Sinergy Engineering on the implementation of the agreement, transferred a number of its receivables, so that the bankruptcy status received by PT. Multi Inti Karya caused the loss of its rights in the field of assets.

Abstract

Abstract:  The problems observed in this research are lack of incentives or unfair compensation, decreased employee work motivation, and decreased work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. The research method used was quantitative, sampling 50 people using saturated samples. The research results are explained by the regression equation Y = 16.664+0.393 Which means that there is a partial positive and significant influence between Compensation on Employee Performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. From the results of research based on analysis of research data, the relationship between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency can be explained. This can be explained by the regression equation Y = 16.664+0.393 X1 + 0.303X2 +e and tcount > ttable or (2.256>2.01174) H02 is rejected and H2 is accepted with a Sig value of 0.029 < 0.05. Which means that there is a partial positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. From the results of research based on analysis of research data, the relationship between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency can be explained. This can be explained by the regression equation Y = 16.664+0.393 X1 + 0.303X2+e and Fcount value >F table (16,755 >3.20) H03 is rejected and H3 is accepted with a Sig value of 0.029<0.05. Which means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency

Abstract

This research intends to test, study and analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Suji Suan Cai-Yu Restaurant. The hypothesis tested is Democratic Leadership Style and Work Motivation on the Performance of Suji Suan Cai-Yu Restaurant Employees. The population of this research is all employees who work at Restaurant Suji Suan Cai Yu Pondok Indah Mall. The sample that will be used by researchers is 48 respondents. (a) Based on the calculation results, Democratic Leadership Style (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) at Suji Suan Cai-Yu Restaurant. This is proven by the hypothesis test value tcount > ttable or (2.261 > 2.014) with a significant level of (0.029 < 0.05). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. (b) Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Suji Suan Cai-Yu Restaurant. This is proven by the hypothesis test tcount > ttable or (2.947 > 2.014), this is confirmed by <sig.0.05 or (0.005 <0.05). Thus, Ho1 is rejected, Ha2 is accepted. (c) Democratic Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) at Restaurant Suji Suan Cai-Yu. This is proven by hypothesis testing, the value Fcount > Ftable or (31.049 > 2.81). With a significant value level of 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination R² is 0.561 or a simultaneous influence contribution of 56.1%. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value for companies listed on the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The LQ45 Index comprises 45 selected companies representing high liquidity and large market capitalization on the IDX. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 27 companies as the sample during the period from 2020 to 2024. The sample selection criteria are based on the completeness of financial data and the consistency of the companies on the LQ45 Index throughout the study period. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to illustrate the relationship between the examined variables. The data is analyzed using EViews version 13. The analysis results indicate that profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β1 = 2.401250 and a p-value of 0.000, meaning an increase in profitability by 1 unit can enhance firm value by 2.401250. Conversely, leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β2 = 2.692045 and a p-value of 0.49, suggesting that the level of leverage does not play a significant role in determining firm value during the analyzed period. The R-squared value of 0.83 indicates that 83% of the independent variables have a high influence on firm value. This study provides important insights for financial managers and investors in making decisions related to company strategies

Abstract

Umi Saidah, 2024 This study aims to analyze the influence of Inflation and Interest Rates on the Stock Price of Technology Sector companies, specifically the Software & IT Services subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2023 period. This research is motivated by fluctuations in Stock Prices influenced by various macroeconomic factors, including Inflation and Interest Rates. Considering the importance of stocks as an investment instrument and as an indicator of a company’s health, a deep understanding, of the factors affecting Stock Price is crucial. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from company financial statements, Inflation data and Interest Rate data during the period under study. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests and classical regression assumption tests before performing regression analysis. The results of the study show that Inflation has a significant negative impact on Stocvk Prices, while Interest Rates do not have a significant effect on Stock Prices. These findings indicate the investors are more responsive to changes in Inflation compared to changes in Interest Rates in the context of Technology Sector Stoks in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to investors and policymakers in understanding stock market dynamics and the impact of macroeconomic factors on Stock Prices.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to analyze the influence of the variables Price (X1), Brand Image (X2), Promotion (X3), and Product Quality (X4) on the decision to purchase Bang Dudung goat soup in Cimone, Tangerang City via GoFood. Using quantitative methods with 97 respondents and purposive sampling, this research analyzes data using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS 20. The research results show that each independent variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, the Price variable (T count = 4.048) has a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Brand Image (T count = 12,442), Promotion (T count = 4,709), and Product Quality (T count = 3,416) also show a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous F test shows that the variables Price, Brand Image, Promotion and Product Quality together have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, with calculated F = 36.969 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, this research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence of all variables on the decision to purchase Bang Dudung Kambing Sop at GoFood.

Abstract

This study aims to test, review and analyze the relationship between the success of various activities in the company to achieve its goals not only depends on the superiority of the existing technology system or facilities owned, but is also greatly determined by the role of human resources in the company in the application of Work Discipline and Work Environment to Employee Performance at PT. KMK Global Sport. This study involved 70 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20, with statistical tests in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously (F Test), the F-count value of 44.690> F-table 3.13, it can be concluded that simultaneously it has a signiϔicant effect on the dependent variable and the t-test results in the study also show that two independent variables, namely work discipline and work environment, have a positive and signiϔicant effect on the dependent variable. For the work discipline variable, the signiϔicance value is 0.000 <0.05, and the t-count value is 6.518> t-table 1.997. Likewise with the work environment variable, the signiϔicance value is 0.000 < 0.05, with a t-count value of 9.391 > 1.997. This supports the hypothesis that both variables have a signiϔicant impact on the results measured in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principal management and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at SMK Bina Mandiri, Tangerang Regency. The population in this study is the teachers of SMK Bina Mandiri. The sample size was 45 respondents. The research method uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence between school principal management and teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.002 < 0.05 and t-value = 3.393. There is a significant influence between teacher professionalism and teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-value = 11.122. And there is a significant influence between school principal management and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F = 120.059.

Abstract

The study explores the role of organizational culture and innovation in branding for UMKM. In the context of modern business, branding is the key to UMKM to distinguish themselves from competitors, increase consumer confidence, and expand their market share. This article aims to investigate how organizational culture and innovation collaborate to create a strong brand identity for UMKM. Organizational culture has a significant impact on the way UMKM operates and interacts with customers and employees. Innovation in this context involves the innovation of products, processes, and business models that enable UMKM to adapt to changing markets and meet consumer needs effectively. This article also discusses practical strategies that UMKM can adopt to strengthen the culture of organizations that support innovation. This research will use a qualitative approach. The aim of the selection of this approach is to gain a comprehensive and contextual understanding of the dynamics that occur within UMKM organizations as well as how organizational culture and innovation influence the process of branding creation. Research results show that UMKMs who successfully integrate a strong organizational culture with sustained innovation are able to build a consistent branding that attracts consumers. This research provides insights for UMKM owners and business practitioners in understanding the importance of organizational culture and innovation in creating andining competitive advantage through branding.
