Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase, making the need for houses as a place to live also increasing. The current large number of housing complexes with various criteria and their respective advantages makes prospective buyers quite confused about choosing the right and suitable housing for their residence. This research aims to provide recommendations for suitable housing for prospective buyers through a decision support system using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) Method based on calculations from Criteria Data, Sub-Criteria Data and Alternative Assessment Data. The recommendations given are in the form of a ranking where the housing alternative with the highest degree of utility value is the most recommended alternative. In this research, there are 5 (five) Data Criteria required by prospective buyers, namely Price, Location, Accessibility, Facilities and Environmental Safety. Then there are 5 (five) housing alternatives, namely Batara Parkview, Batara Village, Kota Batara, Triraksa Village 2 and Kota Cakra. The results of the decision support system calculations using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method produce (1) Kota Cakra as the most recommended housing, then (2) Triraksa Village 2, (3) Batara Parkview, (4) Batara Village and (5) Kota Batara.Keywords: Housing Selection, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) Method, Decision Support Systems

Abstract

Pengelolaan cuti pegawai di CV. Pratama Anugerah Jaya Abadi yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan sejumlah kendala, seperti proses pengajuan yang lambat, pencatatan data yang kurang akurat, serta minimnya transparansi antara karyawan dan pihak manajemen. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi administrasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi e-cuti berbasis web guna mendigitalisasi proses pengajuan cuti agar lebih terstruktur, cepat, dan tepat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta dimodelkan melalui Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang mencakup diagram use case, activity, sequence, dan class. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi login multi-role, pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti secara daring, pemantauan status cuti, serta pembuatan laporan dalam format PDF. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam hal kecepatan, akurasi data, serta kemudahan akses informasi. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem ini, perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sekaligus menjadi langkah awal menuju transformasi digital di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Tangerang City plays a strategic role as an administrative and economic hub in Banten Province. This position has contributed to increasing traffic volumes, particularly along Daan Mogot Road, which functions as a primary urban corridor with high mobility intensity. This study aims to evaluate and compare traffic performance and road service levels under two scenarios: the existing two-way traffic system and the implementation of a one-way system on Daan Mogot Road and its alternative route, Bouraq Road. Traffic data collected include traffic volume, roadway geometry, and vehicle speed, which were used to calculate the degree of saturation (DJ), free-flow speed, travel speed, and level of service. The traffic performance analysis was conducted based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI, 2023), while service level classification refers to the Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. PM 96 of 2015. The results indicate that the implementation of the one-way system significantly improved traffic performance. On Daan Mogot Road, the DS decreased from 0.75 (eastbound) and 0.60 (westbound) to 0.43 (westbound). Similarly, on Bouraq Road, the (DJ) reduced from 0.60 (westbound) and 0.56 (eastbound) to 0.25 (eastbound). Vehicle speeds also showed a marked increase, rising from 35–55 km/h under the two-way configuration to 51–65 km/h after the one-way system was applied. In conclusion, the implementation of one-way traffic management on the study corridor proved effective in enhancing traffic performance, decrease (Dj) as evidenced by 47.92%.

Abstract

Drainage is a crucial aspect of road construction, as without drainage, runoff from the road surface will remain stagnant for a long time, leading to rapid damage to the surface. Knowledge of road drainage systems will significantly increase the road's lifespan. Considering the importance of road drainage, a calculation of the road drainage system for the North Ring Road in Subang Regency is required. The flood discharge used for the road drainage system design is calculated using the rational equation. The two main components of this method are the time of concentration and the intensity of rainfall. Therefore, in this calculation, the planned flood discharge for the drainage channel is calculated using the rational equation. The channel is designed to have sufficient dimensions to accommodate the planned discharge from the hydrological calculations, with a certain base slope to ensure smooth water flow without causing sedimentation or erosion. This results in a typical road drainage image that illustrates the shape and main components of the planned channel system to efficiently drain surface water from the road to the final drainage channel.

Abstract

Biaya pengemasan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam struktur biaya produksi industri makanan, khususnya pada sektor fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) dengan volume produksi tinggi. Penggunaan panjang plastik kemasan yang melebihi kebutuhan aktual produk berpotensi menimbulkan pemborosan material dan meningkatkan biaya pengemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi biaya pengemasan melalui optimasi panjang plastik pada industri makanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi kasus pada satu lini pengemasan dan satu jenis produk dengan volume produksi relatif konstan. Analisis distribusi panjang plastik dilakukan menggunakan histogram dan ukuran dispersi untuk mengidentifikasi variasi penggunaan plastik, sedangkan dampak finansial dievaluasi melalui cost comparison analysis dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah optimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi awal terdapat variasi panjang plastik yang cukup besar dengan dominasi penggunaan plastik di atas panjang kebutuhan produk. Setelah dilakukan optimasi, distribusi panjang plastik menjadi lebih terkonsentrasi di sekitar nilai kebutuhan produk dan variasi penggunaan plastik menurun. Optimasi panjang plastik tersebut menghasilkan penghematan biaya pengemasan sebesar Rp 2,86 juta per bulan atau lebih dari Rp 34 juta per tahun. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyesuaian spesifikasi panjang plastik berbasis data aktual dapat menjadi strategi efisiensi biaya pengemasan yang efektif, aplikatif, dan mudah diterapkan pada industri makanan.

Abstract

Waste banks are a form of waste management thataims to reduce environmental and household waste. This studyaims to design a waste bank system that can assist in the management ofwaste collection and the sale of waste. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and observation fordata collection. Thus, waste banks not only play a role inreducing waste but also encourage the community to be more concernedabout the environment. This program helps residents understand the types ofwaste and how to separate waste based on category. Waste banks can be an alternative solution in managing waste. The existence of waste banks makesthe community more concerned about sorting waste that can be recycled andhas economic value, thereby increasing community incomeand creativity in dealing with waste that can be recycled orreused. The result of creating this website is to prevent the accumulation ofwaste and minimize non-biodegradable waste.

Abstract

Road safety is a fundamental element of a safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation system. The high rate of traffic accidents in Indonesia, particularly those caused by physical road conditions and inadequate safety facilities, highlights the need for a proactive and data-driven prevention approach. This study aims to identify potential hazards, analyze accident risk levels, and formulate risk control recommendations on the Gatot Subroto – Serang Raya Road segment using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. The research was conducted through field surveys, collection of primary and secondary data, identification of road deficiencies, and risk assessment based on the likelihood and severity of impacts. The results show that moderate risk dominates at 56.7%, followed by high risk at 33.3% and low risk at 10%, with no extreme risk identified. The main hazards include pavement damage such as potholes, cracks, and uneven patches, differences in road surface elevation, and malfunctioning safety facilities such as traffic lights. These findings indicate that existing road conditions still pose significant safety risks if not promptly addressed. In conclusion, the application of the HIRA method is effective in systematically mapping risk levels and providing a decision-making basis for relevant authorities to improve road safety in a sustainable manner.
