Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the operational performance and passenger satisfaction of PO Arimbi Bus on the Jakarta–Bandung route. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents at Kalideres Terminal, while secondary data were obtained from Arimbi Bus management. The analysis method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 22.0. The results show a route performance value of 19, which is classified as good, but passenger satisfaction is slightly below expectations with a conformity score of 96.7%. Overall, Arimbi Bus service is considered satisfactory and should be maintained. The study recommends improving safety and comfort aspects to better meet passenger expectations.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah, terutama praktik pembakaran terbuka, di RT 01 RW 08 Kelurahan Belendung, Kota Tangerang, menyebabkan polusi udara yang mengganggu kesehatan dan mencemari lingkungan. Wilayah padat penduduk ini memiliki keterbatasan fasilitas pengelolaan sampah terpusat, sehingga mayoritas warga membakar sampah rumah tangga di pekarangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi edukatif melalui Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Sampah dan edukasi sistem Incinerator Sederhana, sebagai upaya mentransformasi kebiasaan pembakaran terbuka menjadi metode yang lebih aman dan berwawasan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan presentasi yang dilaksanakan di Mushola RT 01 RW 08 pada November 2025, meliputi pemaparan materi pemilahan sampah, dampak polusi, dan cara kerja incinerator sederhana. Hasil PkM menunjukkan respons positif dengan partisipasi 20 warga dan 90% peserta memahami konsep dasar incinerator. Meskipun demikian, tantangan keberlanjutan berupa faktor kebiasaan dan ketiadaan infrastruktur fisik bersama masih menjadi kendala. Keberhasilan jangka panjang memerlukan tindak lanjut konkret dari pemerintah setempat, yaitu penyediaan lahan khusus untuk fasilitas pengelolaan sampah bersama.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini dilaksanakan di RT 01 RW 08 Kelurahan Belendung, Kecamatan Benda, Kota Tangerang, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan tanaman Mimba dan Zodia sebagai solusi alami pengendalian nyamuk. Topik ini dipilih karena tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat pada bahan kimia pengusir serangga serta kurangnya pemanfaatan tanaman herbal lokal. Metode pengabdian meliputi oservasi lapangan, penyuluhan manfaat tanaman, pelatihan teknik penanaman, implementasi penanaman, bibit, serta monitoring pertumbuhan tanaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai fungsi tanaman anti-nyamnuk dan partisipasi aktif dalam penanaman, dengan tingkat respon positif dari warga. Program ini terbukti membantu pengurangan penggunaan bahan kimia serta mendorong terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi herbal sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tangerang City plays a strategic role as an administrative and economic hub in Banten Province. This position has contributed to increasing traffic volumes, particularly along Daan Mogot Road, which functions as a primary urban corridor with high mobility intensity. This study aims to evaluate and compare traffic performance and road service levels under two scenarios: the existing two-way traffic system and the implementation of a one-way system on Daan Mogot Road and its alternative route, Bouraq Road. Traffic data collected include traffic volume, roadway geometry, and vehicle speed, which were used to calculate the degree of saturation (DJ), free-flow speed, travel speed, and level of service. The traffic performance analysis was conducted based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI, 2023), while service level classification refers to the Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. PM 96 of 2015. The results indicate that the implementation of the one-way system significantly improved traffic performance. On Daan Mogot Road, the DS decreased from 0.75 (eastbound) and 0.60 (westbound) to 0.43 (westbound). Similarly, on Bouraq Road, the (DJ) reduced from 0.60 (westbound) and 0.56 (eastbound) to 0.25 (eastbound). Vehicle speeds also showed a marked increase, rising from 35–55 km/h under the two-way configuration to 51–65 km/h after the one-way system was applied. In conclusion, the implementation of one-way traffic management on the study corridor proved effective in enhancing traffic performance, decrease (Dj) as evidenced by 47.92%.

Abstract

Road safety is a fundamental element of a safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation system. The high rate of traffic accidents in Indonesia, particularly those caused by physical road conditions and inadequate safety facilities, highlights the need for a proactive and data-driven prevention approach. This study aims to identify potential hazards, analyze accident risk levels, and formulate risk control recommendations on the Gatot Subroto – Serang Raya Road segment using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. The research was conducted through field surveys, collection of primary and secondary data, identification of road deficiencies, and risk assessment based on the likelihood and severity of impacts. The results show that moderate risk dominates at 56.7%, followed by high risk at 33.3% and low risk at 10%, with no extreme risk identified. The main hazards include pavement damage such as potholes, cracks, and uneven patches, differences in road surface elevation, and malfunctioning safety facilities such as traffic lights. These findings indicate that existing road conditions still pose significant safety risks if not promptly addressed. In conclusion, the application of the HIRA method is effective in systematically mapping risk levels and providing a decision-making basis for relevant authorities to improve road safety in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The Puncak area, particularly in Megamendung and Cisarua Subdistricts, is one of the main transportation corridors in Bogor Regency, serving both as a major tourist destination and as a regional connector. High traffic volumes, especially during weekends and holiday seasons, often result in severe congestion, leading to increased vehicle operating costs, excessive fuel consumption, longer travel times, and reduced user comfort. One potential solution is the widening of alternative roads; however, such an investment requires a comprehensive economic feasibility study to ensure that the benefits outweigh the costs. This study aims to evaluate the economic feasibility of widening alternative roads in the Puncak area using a cost–benefit analysis framework. The methods applied include the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The data analyzed cover construction investment costs, vehicle operating costs (VOC), travel time savings (value of time), and other potential economic benefits. The results indicate that the proposed project yields a positive NPV, a BCR greater than 1, and an IRR exceeding the reference interest rate, demonstrating that the road widening project is economically feasible. Nevertheless, social, environmental, and spatial planning aspects should also be considered to ensure sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Transportation mode choice is an essential aspect of transportation planning because it reflectstravelers' behavior and travel characteristics. This study aims to analyze the travel characteristics ofstudents at Universitas Tangerang Raya, identify the priority factors influencing transportation modechoice using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and examine the effects of these factorsthrough Binary Logistic Regression. A quantitative approach was employed by distributingquestionnaires to 98 active students selected using the Slovin sampling formula from a population of4,157 students. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel for the AHP method andIBM SPSS Statistics for Binary Logistic Regression analysis. The results indicate that motorcyclesare the most frequently used mode of transportation, accounting for 72.45% of students' travelchoices. The AHP analysis reveals that transportation mode availability is the most influential factor,with a priority weight of 19.42%, followed by safety (19.12%), accessibility (17.24%), comfort(16.18%), travel speed (14.39%), and travel cost (13.65%). Furthermore, the Binary LogisticRegression analysis demonstrates that safety considerations, vehicle ownership, and transportationexpenditure significantly influence students' transportation mode choice. These findings providevaluable insights for Universitas Tangerang Raya and related stakeholders in formulating effective,safe, and sustainable campus transportation policies.

Abstract

Tingginya volume kendaraan angkutan barang menuju kawasan industri dan Pelabuhan Merak menyebabkan Jalan Raya Serang KM 20–KM 23 memiliki tingkat kerawanan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik kecelakaan periode 2024–2025, serta menilai kelayakan ekonomi dua skenario lajur khusus sepeda motor berkonsep zero accident. Biaya kerugian ekonomi dihitung menggunakan metode The Gross Output berdasarkan pedoman Pd T-02-2005-B. Hasil menunjukkan total kerugian ekonomi mencapai Rp18.862.805.453, dengan titik rawan tertinggi pada Sub-Segmen F tahun 2024 dan Sub-Segmen A tahun 2025. Kecelakaan didominasi faktor human error, terutama gagal menjaga jarak dan ceroboh berpindah lajur, dengan sepeda motor sebagai kendaraan yang paling banyak terlibat. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi selama umur rencana 40 tahun dengan discount rate 5,75% menunjukkan Alternatif 1 memiliki BCR 2,02, NPV Rp287.593.107, dan EIRR 10%, sedangkan alternatif 2 memiliki BCR 3,01, NPV Rp380.716.360, dan EIRR 13%. Alternatif 2 direkomendasikan sebagai solusi paling optimal karena memiliki kelayakan ekonomi dan efisiensi biaya yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The increasing demand for earthquake-resistant buildings requires structural performance evaluation methods that are capable of representing nonlinear behavior under seismic loading. This study aims to analyze the reinforced concrete structure of the Astari Niagara International, Ltd building using the Pushover method in ETABS and to evaluate the development of plastic hinges and the structural response under lateral loading based on SNI 1726:2019. The research employed a three-dimensional structural model with gravity, live, and seismic loads, while nonlinear static (pushover) analysis was performed by assigning plastic hinges to beams and columns. The evaluation referred to ATC-40, FEMA 356/FEMA 440, and Pranata (2006), including the interpretation of capacity curves, displacement response, and plastic hinge distribution. The modal analysis produced 12 vibration modes with a fundamental period of 0.577969 s and an elastic spectral displacement of 54.77 mm. The recorded capacity curves indicated maximum base shears of 16,737.67 kN in the X direction and 16,486.71 kN in the Y direction, while the Y direction exhibited greater displacement, indicating lower lateral stiffness. Plastic hinge development was dominated by the A–B and B–C performance ranges, with only a few hinges progressing to higher damage states. However, the nonlinear analysis did not reach convergence because the Dead Nonlinear case produced 34 null steps and two negative stiffness eigenvalues, resulting in unstable initial conditions for the PUSH X and PUSH Y analyses. Consequently, the capacity curves and plastic hinge distributions are descriptive only and cannot yet be used to determine the performance point, target displacement, ductility, or seismic performance level. Structural model improvement and successful convergence are required before a definitive seismic performance evaluation can be established.

Abstract

Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Minihidro (PLTM) Padang Guci-2 memerlukan analisis kestabilan lereng yang komprehensif karena area penstock berada pada wilayah bertopografi berbukit dengan kondisi geologi yang berpotensi mengalami kelongsoran. Ketidakstabilan lereng dapat mengganggu proses konstruksi maupun operasional pembangkit sehingga diperlukan evaluasi faktor keamanan lereng berdasarkan kondisi geoteknik setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi stratigrafi dan karakteristik tanah berdasarkan hasil investigasi lapangan dan pengujian laboratorium, menentukan nilai faktor keamanan lereng menggunakan metode Fellenius dan Bishop Simplified, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kestabilan lereng berdasarkan ketentuan SNI 8460:2017. Penelitian dilakukan melalui investigasi tanah menggunakan lima titik pengeboran (BH-01 sampai BH-05), pengujian laboratorium terhadap sifat fisik tanah, serta analisis kestabilan lereng menggunakan metode keseimbangan batas (Limit Equilibrium Method), yaitu metode Fellenius (Ordinary Method of Slices) dan Bishop Simplified. Parameter geoteknik yang digunakan dalam analisis meliputi berat isi tanah, kohesi, sudut geser dalam, kondisi stratigrafi, geometri lereng, serta muka air tanah yang diperoleh dari hasil investigasi lapangan dan pengujian laboratorium. Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa lapisan penyusun lereng didominasi oleh tanah lempung (clay), lempung lanauan (silty clay), lempung berkerikil (gravelly clay), serta lapisan batuan claystone pada kedalaman yang lebih besar. Nilai Standard Penetration Test (SPT) meningkat seiring bertambahnya kedalaman yang menunjukkan peningkatan kepadatan dan kekuatan tanah. Hasil analisis kestabilan lereng menunjukkan bahwa metode Fellenius menghasilkan nilai Factor of Safety (FoS) sebesar 2,04, sedangkan metode Bishop Simplified menghasilkan nilai FoS sebesar 2,44. Kedua nilai tersebut lebih besar dari persyaratan minimum 1,50 berdasarkan SNI 8460:2017, sehingga lereng dinyatakan dalam kondisi stabil. Meskipun demikian, pemeliharaan sistem drainase permukaan dan bawah permukaan tetap diperlukan untuk mengurangi infiltrasi air hujan, menekan tekanan air pori, serta menjaga kestabilan lereng dalam jangka panjang.
