Abstract

This study is about the Implementation of Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2016 Concerning Outlet Management and Empowerment of Small and Medium Industries in Tangerang Regency. The problems in this study include, the still minimal involvement of the small and medium industry business sector in supporting the implementation of policies, Socialization related to the existence and implementation of outlet management and empowerment of small and medium industries is still not optimal, promotion of small and medium industry products has not been carried out optimally, and cooperation has not been established with travel and travel agencies. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2016 on outlet management and empowerment of small and medium industries in Tangerang Regency. The research method is qualitative. The theory used is the implementation of public policy according to Van Metter and Van Horn. The results of this study are that the implementation of Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2016 concerning Outlet Management and Empowerment of Small and Medium Industries in Tangerang Regency is not optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia is classified as a country at great risk of experiencing disaster because it is in the ring of fire and where two world plates meet. An earthquake occurred in Yogyakarta on May 27 2006 with a magnitude of 5.9 on the Richter scale, causing many victims of life and property. The Opak River in Potrobayan Hamlet, Srihardono, Pundong was the epicenter of the earthquake. The factor causing many victims and damage during an earthquake is the lack of knowledge and preparedness of the community. Community preparedness can be increased through outreach. This research aims to determine the effect of counseling on preparedness for earthquake disasters on the knowledge of youth in the Srihardono sub-district youth group. Quantitative experimental design one group pretest-posttest was the method the researcher chose. The sample was 52 people determined by simple random sampling. There is an influence of education on preparedness for earthquake disasters on the knowledge of youth in the Srihardono sub-district youth organization with a p value of 0.000.

Abstract

The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use Electronic Money (Case Study on FIA UNKRIS Students). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use Electronic Money. This study uses quantitative methods using descriptive analysis and causal associative with survey methods. The population in this study were 396 students consisting of students in semester 3 and above. The sample drawn was 30 respondents based on the descriptive-correlational method using guidelines from the opinion of Husein Umar (2005: 108). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use Electronic Money. The magnitude of the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use Electronic Money is 62.9%.

Abstract

This research will focus on service communication, factors that support and inhibit services as well as the effectiveness of land certificate issuance service communication at the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office. There were 7 informants who were sources in this research. Data collection techniques were carried out using library research and field research. This aims to make it easier for service users to access service information available at the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office. (2) Factors that support land certificate issuance services at the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office, include: the existence of regulations that make it easier, the availability of qualified human resources and personnel with integrity, the existence of technology that helps make work easier, and reform of the public service bureaucracy. implemented to reduce service time to be shorter. (3) Obstacles that are still encountered in land certificate issuance services at the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office, namely: the status of the land is still in dispute, meaning that the issuance of land certificates must wait for legal certainty regarding the ownership of the land in question, incomplete land archives or documents, public ignorance In fulfilling the requirements for issuing land certificates, computer facilities to support public services sometimes experience errors so that service activities become hampered, and there are a handful of service officers who do not understand service SOPs. (4) The effectiveness of public services in issuing land certificates at the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office still needs to be improved. For this reason, we have carried out various innovations through the Julapat Program (7 Quick Services) and the Landing Service, which is a service for people who do not have time to take care of land documents on weekdays and can take care of them on weekends. Apart from that, the Central Jakarta City Administration Land Office also continues to serve applicants during break times. This program aims to get closer to applicants directly and show service users that managing services is simple and cheap.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between employee performance and knowledge management practices (KMP) within an organization. The analysis was conducted on data from 20 respondents using statistical methods such as Pearson correlation and linear regression. The results show a highly significant correlation between employee performance and KMP, with a correlation value of 0.944 at a 0.01 significance level. Regression analysis indicates that employee performance significantly influences KMP, with a regression coefficient of 0.656, and the model explains 89% of the variation in KMP. This suggests that improving employee performance not only enhances individual productivity but also substantially strengthens the organization's capacity to manage and utilize knowledge. The practical implications of these findings emphasize the importance of integrating strategies for improving employee performance with knowledge management practices. Organizations are advised to focus on developing training programs, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms aimed at enhancing performance and strengthening knowledge management practices. Investing in support systems and a culture that encourages knowledge sharing will result in sustainable performance improvements and increase the overall effectiveness of knowledge management within the organization. With this holistic approach, organizations can achieve significant competitive advantages in an increasingly dynamic and complex business environment.
