Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate PIIT as an appropriate factor in predicting behavioral intention in the information technology acceptance framework. This research is a longitudinal study conducted during one semester in the spring semester of 2017. Data collection using a survey questionnaire in the pilot study, period 1 and period 2. Participants in this study are accounting students who are enrolled in Introductory to Computer Application course at the University of HKBP Nommensen, Medan. Statistics techniques used were Pearson Correlation, means, linear regression and paired sample t-test. The results show that the hypothesis and the research model were supported significant statistically. The finding also suggested that the use of IT overtime increased the innovativeness and intention of the students. This research contributed to conducting training using certain software in practical settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and task environment on the performance of UKM Kota Medan. The sampling method is purposive sampling with the criteria for owners which SMEs are registered in the Medan City Cooperative and UKM Office in 2019, and have been operating for at least 1 year in Medan City. Data obtained from 100 SME owners as respondents were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model with the Lisrel computer program. The results show that the task environment has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of Medan City SMEs, while the entrepreneurial orientation does not. This study reinforces the justification of previous studies that external influences such as positive and significant task environments on internal conditions such as the performance of a business and also justification that there are inconsistencies in the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The implication for Medan City SMEs is to anticipate future changes by paying attention to any changes in the environment (task environment), also using entrepreneurial orientation in formulating business strategies so as to improve the performance of a business. Suggestions for further studies are examining the effect of each dimension of entrepreneurial orientation on performance, adding control variables, or mediation, or moderation, or antecedents in examining the relationship between EO and SME performance, or researching in industries that are currently experiencing a lot of environmental changes.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative study that is research data in the form of numbers or qualitative data called scoring. The data used in this study was obtained from the annual Publication Financial Reports of the Public Banking that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period published by Bank Indonesia. After going through the purposive sample stage, the samples used were 9 companies as observations go public banking listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that DPK does not significantly affect ROA. LDR and BOPO significantly influence ROA. Abstract

Utilization of PTPN III Ex-HGU Land in Siantar Martoba Sub district has an area of 573.42 Ha with the largest land use being in Tanjung Pinggir Sub-District with utilization area of 487.40 Ha. PTPN III's Ex-HGU Land Use Analysis was analyzed using the highest and best land use analysis through 3 of them: Physical aspects referring to SNI-03-1733-2004 regarding the procedures for planning the urban environment, Legality aspects, and cost aspects involving Local Government Organizations in the Focus Discussion Group. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the Utilization of the Ex-HGU Land of PTPN III is planned in 3 (three) stages for 15 years namely: Phase I (2020-2024) Settlement and Industrial Areas, Phase II (2025-2029) of Industrial and Trade Industrial Areas, and Public Facilities Area, Phase III (2030-2034) Settlement and Environmental Areas I, Settlement and Environmental Areas II with a total planning cost of IDR 2.936.816.327.250. In the planning of PTPN III's ex-HGU land, it not only determines land use planning but also involves several stakeholders, namely government institutions, both central and regional with all ranks, private institutions as users of the area, as well as the community as the development, community as actors of development (stakeholders) also as the owner of the development (shareholder).

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Entertainment Tax Revenue, Billboard Tax on Local Revenue. This research is a quantitative study that is research data in the form of numbers or qualitative data called scoring. The data used in this study were obtained from the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency from 2011 to 2018. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that the Entertainment Tax has a positive and significant effect on the Original Revenue of Medan City. Advertisement tax has a positive but not significant effect on Medan's Original Local Revenue. Simultaneously the Entertainment Tax and Advertising Tax significantly influence the original income of the city of Medan. Keywords: Entertainment Tax, Advertisement Tax, Local Revenue

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses and analyzes the factors that influence consumer decisions using online credit platform. Factors that influence variables on the product, promotion and process. The study was conducted on 100 online credit platform users who do online shopping transactions in online stores. Data collection was carried out with a survey study using a questionnaire distributed via social media. The method of analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) The evaluation results show promotions and processes influence consumers using online credit platforms, temporary products, in this case the features of existing online credit platforms do not significantly influence consumers to use these platforms. Keywords: Product, Promotion, Process, Consumer Decision, Online Credit Platform ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisa faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen menggunakan platform kredit online. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dibatasi pada variabel produk, promosi dan proses. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 pengguna platform kredit online yang melakukan transaksi belanja online di toko-toko online. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui media sosial. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan proses mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memutuskan menggunakan platform kredit online, sementara produk, dalam hal ini fitur-fitur yang ada platform kredit online tidak signifikan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk menggunakan platform tersebut. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of budgetary participation and job relevant information on managerial performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Medan City. In this study, using a saturated sample of 31 people. The approach used is quantitative by processing the data obtained from the questionnaire after first being transformed into numeric data using a Likert scale. The data were processed using SPSS 23.0 software. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The research instrument test consisted of validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing consists of f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that there was no partially significant influence of the budgetary participation variable on managerial performance. There is no partially significant influence of the job relevant information variable on managerial performance. Keywords: Budgetary Participation, Job Relevant Information and Managerial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan modal kerja yang difokuskan pada variabel perputaran kas, perputaran piutang usaha, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang difokuskan pada profitabilitas dengan menggunakan ROA. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian assosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan bulanan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) periode 2017 - 2019, dengan sampel penelitian adalah keseluruhan populasi atau yang sering disebut dengan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan metode dokumentasi. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu kinerja keuangan yang diukur menggunakan ROA, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel bebas dalam penelitian yaitu variabel perputaran kas, perputaran piutang usaha dan perputaran persediaan. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, perputaran piutang usaha berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). Nilai R Square adalah 0,742, hal ini berarti sebesar 74,2 % variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. _____________________ Kata Kunci: Modal Kerja, Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang Usaha, Perputaran Persediaan, Kinerja Keuangan, ROA.

Abstract

RINGKASAN Pengguna media sosial di Indonesia mencapai 150.000.000 pengguna. Media sosial memiliki beberapa macam bentuk yang beragam diantaranya adalah blogs, social networking services, social media sharing services, social bookmarking services, social news services social geolocation and meeting services, dan community building services). Media sosial memiliki potensi untuk membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memasarkan barang dan jasa.Teknologi memainkan peran dalam mendorong perkembangan UMKM untuk berkompetisi dipanggung global.Untuk dapat memenangkan kompetisi tersebut pelaku UMKM perlu memperhatikan 3 (tiga), yaitu perlindungan lintas Negara, peningkatan domestic dengan dorongan go digital-go online, dan ekspansi global dengan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana perdagangan lintas Negara.Ketiga hal tersebut sebaiknya dilakukan oleh UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha yang dilakukan.Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “bagaimanakah media sosial sebagai media pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil mikro dan menengah di Kota Medan?.Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah media sosial sebagai media pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil mikro dan menengah di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory atau kausalitas.Lokasi penelitian di Sumatera Utara khususnya Kota Medan dengan waktu September 2019 s/d Maret 2020.Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kota Medan yang telah menggunakan media online berbasis aplikasi dalam melakukan pemasaran terhadap produk-produk yang dihasilkannya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sampel adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Medan yang telah melakukan pemasaran dengan menggunakan media online seperti facebook, instagram, twitter, dan youtube. Dan jumlah sampel sebanyak adalah 80 responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi sederhana.Hasil penelitian menyatakan pemasaran media online berbasis aplikasi berpengaruh postif terhadap daya saing usaha adalah diterima. Berdasarkan nilai signifikansinya diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sedangkan berdasarkan nilai t : diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 13,672 > ttable 1,988 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Media Pemasaran, Daya Saing, UMKM.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of real GDP per capita, inflation and interest rates on the number of time deposits at commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study is time series data starting from 2005 to 2019. The analysis method used to analyze is to use multiple linear regression models. The results show that real GDP per capita has a significant impact on changes in the time deposits, while inflation and interest rates do not affect changes in the time deposits. Inflation does not have a significant impact because of the increase in the nominal price of goods and services, which causes people’s purchasing power to decline, while the interest rate is insignificant because of an insignificant increase in interest rates which will make it difficult for businesses to pay interest and liabilities because high interest rates will increase the burden on the company so it will directly reduce company profits.
