Abstract

The development of multi-level marketing company has been very much influenced by the performance of the Independent Business Owners (IBO) in forming the network to market their product. The problems settled in this study were adaptive selling, and smart-working orientation had direct influence on the performance of IBO business through marketing strategy creativity in multi-level marketing of PT ORIFLAME Indonesia in Medan. The purpose of this descriptive quantitative study was to find out and analyze adaptive selling, and smart-working orientation had direct influence on the performance of IBO business through marketing strategy creativity in multi-level marketing of PT ORIFLAME Indonesia in Medan by busing the theory of Marketing Management related to organizational committment, adaptive selling, smart-working orientation and working relationship satisfaction, marketing strategy creativity, and performance. The population of this study was 500 IBO of PT ORIFLAME Indonesia level 9% to 21% who were active in the working area of Medan from january to December 2014 and 100 of them were selected to be the samples for this study. The data for this study were obtained through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed through Path Analysis consisting of direct and indirect influence analysis. The result of this study showed that Adaptive Selling, and Smart-Working Orientation had positive to influence Marketing Strategy Creativity, and Business Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya keadilan dalam penyusunan anggaran, baik secara distributif anggaran maupun keadilan procedural anggaran sebagai interveningnya. Desain penelitian ini bersifat explanatoryresearch yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dalam menggunakan keadilan distributif anggaran dan keadilan procedural anggaran sebagai variable intervening yang dilakukan pada . Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan variance based atau component based dengan PLS orientasi analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik partisipasi karyawan dalam penyusunan anggaran akan berdampak semakin tingginya keadilan distribusi angggaran dan keadilan prosedural angggaran, semakin baik keadilan distribusi anggaran akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja managerial rumah sakit Estomihi Medan, semakin baik keadilan prosedural anggaran akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja managerial rumah sakit Estomihi Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of tax socialization obtained by employees on employee compliance at Estomihi Hospital Medan by using tax knowledge as an intervening variable. This research is a field research, and the research design is explanatory using 60 respondents as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that the better the socialization provided to taxpayers will have an impact on increasing the knowledge of taxpayers; The better knowledge of taxation will have an impact on increasing taxpayer compliance in carrying out their obligations; Tax socialization does not directly impact on taxpayer compliance through taxation socialization will provide knowledge to taxpayers so that taxpayers who have good knowledge will have compliance in carrying out their obligations as good taxpayers.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy at this time is inseparable from the economic crisis that occurred in the international market. The government as a fiscal policy maker and Bank Indonesia as a monetary policy maker must be able to take appropriate policies to safeguard economic conditions if there is economic pressure from outside. Money market analysis to discuss the relationship between the interest rate and the level of income that appears on the money market. This study uses quarterly data from 2010-2017, using the two-stage least square simultaneous equation model. The results of this study show that domestic interest rates and inflation do not have a significant effect on changes in Indonesia's GDP, the money supply has an impact on Indonesia's GDP per capita increase, inflation expectations have no effect on changes in Indonesia's GDP, the money supply has an effect on increasing levels Domestic interest and the FED (Federal Reserve System) interest rate influence the decline in domestic interest rates.

Abstract

Oriflame is one of company that uses MLM (Multi Level Marketing) strategies in marketing its products. The model used by this company is the IBO (Independent Business Owner) where in this way the company gives freedom to agents independently to be able to compete in the marketplace. Oriflame needs IBOs who are committed to building their business network because IBOs have a very high role in achieving the goals of Oriflame. Business orientation and business satisfaction will cause IBO commit to the business runs. There were 52 IBOs who were respondents in this study with a minimum level of 9% in February 2020. This study used a variance-based or component-based approach with PLS analysis orientation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that business satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.860, business orientation has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.092, organizational commitment has a positive effect on IBO business performance with a value coefficient 0.918.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how brand image and service quality influence consumer decisions in purchasing study clothingproducts at Shopee. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and analyzed by logistic regression. The results showthat the better the brand image in consumers perspective, the more likely consumers are to buy clothes on the Shopee siteand the better Shopee is able to serve consumer needs, the more likely consumers are to make purchases of clothes on thebuying and selling site.

Abstract

Competition between fellow e-commerce is getting tougher, especially during the covid pandemic because of the limitationsof people to go out of the house, e-commerce buying and selling sites are one of the safest places to buy the productsneeded. Public image of the brand and the absence of product delivery costs will affect purchasing decisions.They conducted the study on 62 respondents using the dummy variable regression method to see their purchasingdecisions. The results show that a good brand image will improve product purchasing decisions while consumers will bemore interested in buying products on the day Shoppe provides many free shipping vouchers.

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the level of customer loyalty influenced by the antecedents of customer satisfaction, the reasonableness of the price and quality of service, either directly or through customer satisfaction Go-Ride students in Medan. The unit of analysis of this study was individuals, namely female students from universities in Medan who had used Go-Ride. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling method. Of the 298 data collected, 290 data were used as research samples and processed using the Lisrel 8.72 program. This research tests the quality of services with service quality indicators of a mass transport from the European Committee for Standardization which has never been used for motorcycle taxis. This study found that there is direct effect of antecedents of customer loyalty such as customer satisfaction and fairness of significant prices on Go-Ride student loyalty in Medan, while service quality has a significant indirect effect on Go-Ride student loyalty in Medan. This research has implications for a business start-up that must pay attention to the antecedents of loyalty, including customer satisfaction, fairness of price, and quality of service, and competitiveness will determine the sustainability of a start-up business because customers with businesses and businesses with businesses have mutually related relationships influence.

Abstract

The aims of this service is to help the women of the HKBP Ressort Medan Sunggal to understand the importance of economic empowerment and practical things that can be done in the context of empowerment. The activity was carried out in the form of a lecture or seminar which was attended by 23 members of the HKBP Ressort Medan Sunggal congregation. We hope, by this activity, the participant of the seminar has new mindset about the importance of women in the context of the household and church and then can generate ideas and motivation also to develop the economic activities in small business enterprise that can empower women both individually or in groups and gain description of the forms of activities that can be carried out economically and understand various alternative sources of funding for these activities.
