Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of leverage, profitability, and audit quality on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance in this study is calculated by CETR (Cash Effective Tax Ratio). The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of mining companies listed on the Sahan Syariah Indonesia Index (ISSI) for the 2016-2021 period. Sampling technique with purposive sampling and data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. The sample that met the criteria amounted to 22 companies with 6 years of observation. The results showed that leverage and audit quality had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance while profitability had no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research departs from the success of the Sintang marimar stalls in building their business from year to year, even though the location is not strategic, the Sintang marimar stalls are able to become stalls that are in great demand by the people of Sintang and its surroundings. It is proven that with the pandemic this stall remains stable. This research uses a qualitative approach and a field study type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the online and offline marketing strategies carried out by Marimar Sintang stalls through a marketing mix include five of them: Products sold by Marimar Sintang Stalls are halal products, and fresh, prices are The Marimar Sintang Stalls offer vary depending on the quality, the place used is not strategic, even so the Marimar Sintang Stalls are still of great interest to consumers who love seafood, frozen food, etc. Promises (Promises) that are kept both by the owner and by employees for the convenience of consumers. Promotions carried out through social media. The inhibiting factors in online and offline marketing at these stalls are the stalls that are not strategic, weather changes. While the supporting factors are the existence of products that are always fresh and halal, the prices offered vary, buying online and offline there is a difference in price for the buyer. Abstract

This study aims to determine the most accurate model between the zmijewski model and the grover model for financial distress assessment in the transportation and logistics sub-sector in 2019 - 2021. The population of this study is the transportation sub-sector periiode 2019 - 2021 with a total sample of 6 companies. The sample selection procedure in this study was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are that there are several transportation sub-sector companies and those that have the potential to experience financial distress because they experience poor financial conditions. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the highest level of accuracy is the zmijewski model, namely with an accuracy level of 38.88% with a type error of 61.11% and the grover model has an accuracy level of 27.77% and has a type error of 72.22%.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of buying and selling kratom plants in Kalis Raya Village, Kalis District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. Where researchers are interested in researching buying and selling activities from an Islamic economic perspective. The focus of this study is 1) What is the phenomenon of buying and selling kratom plants in Kalis Raya village, Kalis District, Kapuas Hulu Regency? 2) How is it legal to buy and sell kratom plants? This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that there is a delay in payments from consumers abroad, the number of other supplayers who sell low prices with poor quality, the presence of Covid-19 cases which greatly hinder the process of shipping goods abroad. The law of buying and selling kratom plants in an Islamic economic perspective is allowed or mubah. All transactions that occur in the field, be it from farmers, employees and kratom factory owners, if they are associated with the theory of buying and selling and Islamic Economic law then what they carry out is in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence Return On Assets and Current Ratio have on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. This type of research is quantitative research, the type of data is secondary data accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idnfinancial.com). The sample for this research was taken from 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021 using a purposive sampling technique. The method used in this study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that Return On Assets has no significant effect on stock prices and the current ratio has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The Thesis Entited Marketing Strategy of Marketing Staff In Attracting of Prospective pilgrims at AET Travel International PT. Padang Country Tourism Direction ( Case Study: AET Travel International PT. Padang Country Tourism Direction NAME ELSA MIFTAHULHUDA Nim 3619079 hajj and Umrah Management Study Program (MHU), Faculty of Islamic Economic and Business (FEBI), State Islamic University (UIN). This research is motivated by Marketing Staff in attracting the interest of prospective pilgrims to Umroh or Hajj at AET Travel and Compete with other Travels which currently has also been promoting the advantages of their Travel to attract prospective pilgrims. Coupled with that at that time there was an outbreak of Covid-19 which caused the travel party to not be able to send the congregation. After the Covid outbreak is over and quarantine is over, then Hajj and Umroh flights can be reopened. But the price of the package after Covid has increased slightly from the airlane. And inaddition, people may not trust or believe in going for umroh or Hajj due to conditions that are currently dangerous. That’s where travel travel agent compete to be able to reassure the public to go for Umrah with the best price offers and facilities provided by travel agent, resulting in intense competition between travel parties. The purpose of this research is to determine the right Strategy taken by AET Travel International PT. Direction of State Tourism in attracting the interest of prospective pilgrims. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis research with a descriptive approach. Where data collection techniques used observation, in-depth, interview and documentation. The result of this study obtained strategies that can be taken by AET Travel International PT. Padang Country Tourism Direction to attract prospective pilgrims, Namely : 1 Offline Promotion Strategy, AET Travel applies an offline Strategy directly including : Brochures, personal selling. 2 AET Travel Padang Online Promotion Strategy are carried out in the form of : Website, Social Media.

Abstract

The background of this thesis is that the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency has problems with the room facilities for services that are not extensive enough, resulting in prospective pilgrims who wish to register having to wait outside the room for the Hajj and Umrah Organizing section when many pilgrims come to request services and elements of continuous improvement where is the lack of manpower or employees in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section of the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze a large part of the Management Analysis of Hajj Services in Improving Pilgrimage Satisfaction at the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that Service Management has indicators in the form of polite behavior, method of delivery, time of delivery and hospitality. From these factors, the results of an assessment of the Service Management implemented by the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency were obtained in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section. Hajj and Umrah Management Employees have clear service standards and have guarantees for the privacy of pilgrims. The facilities and infrastructure provided are adequate. Employees serve the congregation not only in the office but also provide services via telephone so that they can quickly and responsively respond to problems or problems experienced by the congregation.

Abstract

The background of writing this thesis is that PT. Cordoba Berkah Mandiri has a license to operate legally, the products are not innovative and varied, and the information presented is incomplete and detailed. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of Umrah service package services has on the congregation's interest in registering at PT Cordoba Berkah Mandiri partially. This research is a quantitative research that analyzes the relationship between variables by testing the hypothesis. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a sample of 91 people. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, T test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the regression analysis show that the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on the intention to register (Y) in choosing travel organizers for the Umrah pilgrimage as evidenced by the equation Y = 12.315 + 0.459X, meaning that before there is a service quality variable, the value of interest in registering amounted to 12.315 or 1231.5%, but after there was a service intensity variable, interest in registering increased by 0.459 or 45.9%. In terms of service quality, it also had a positive and significant influence on interest in registering with travel organizers of the Umrah pilgrimage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance with a business strategy as moderator. The population used in this study are food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling based on the criteria, in order to obtain 16 samples of companies in the food and beverage sector that met the criteria.This study used SPSS 21 tools. Moderation regression analysis was used in this study. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that intellectual capital does not have a significant direct effect on financial performance, but business strategy can moderate the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance. Thus, companies must recognize intellectual resources and develop business strategies that take into account their needs.

Abstract

A university is an institution of higher education and research that provides academic degrees in various fields. The degree obtained can certainly guarantee the quality of a person's education. To achieve good quality, of course a university must be able to provide the facilities and infrastructure as well as the standards needed to achieve good quality education. In this case, of course every university cannot be separated from funds. These funds are the main spearhead in the implementation of existing programs. Likewise, the Tarbiyah Iqra' Kapuas Hulu College of Science must also be able to have a good strategy in financial management. Therefore, every university must pay attention to financial management strategies in improving the quality of education. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the planning, implementation and financial evaluation at the Tarbiyah Iqra' Kapuas Hulu College of Science? 2) What is the financial management strategy for improving the quality of education at the Tarbiyah Iqra' Kapuas Hulu College of Science? This research uses a qualitative approach and a field study type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection models, data reduction, data display and data verification/drawing conclusions. The research results show the following: 1) Planning, implementation and financial evaluation at the Tarbiyah Iqra' Kapuas Hulu College of Science have been carried out in accordance with existing procedures. However, there are still things that have not been implemented. For example, there is no financial transparency yet and there are no guidelines for accountability reports, 2) The financial management strategy implemented is considered to meet educational quality standards. However, until now the Tarbiyah Iqra' Kapuas Hulu College of Science has not implemented investment costs, and has not budgeted financially for lecturers to increase competency qualifications.
