Abstract

This research aims to determine the business feasibility of the Gracia Car Tire Workshop owned by Mr. Knisius Fobia. The research method used is a descriptive research method, for data collection in this research the methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis instrument used to determine the business feasibility of the Gracia Car Tire Workshop is an analysis of the financial aspects of Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio). The results of this research show that the Revenue Cost Ratio at the Gracia Car Tire Repair Business is said to be financially feasible from the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) calculation, while from the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) calculation it is said to be not feasible.

Abstract

Companies currently have to face intense competition to survive in the global market, especially Indonesian manufacturing companies. Financial reports are a type of data used to evaluate the performance and financial stability of a company. This study examines the automotive components and components sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The automotive industry is one sub- sector of a multi-industry business, and its goal is to design, develop, build, market and sell motorized vehicles. This research is an associative quantitative research that aims to determine the effect between variables. The data in this study were obtained through financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample technique used is purposive sampling. The research was conducted in the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies in 2019-2022. The results showed that deferred tax assets (X1) had a significant effect on earning management (Y), deferred tax expenses (X2) had a significant effect on earning management (Y), deferred tax assets (X1) and deferred tax expenses (X2) ) had a significant effect on earnings management (Y). Based on these calculations, the variables of deferred tax assets (X1) and deferred tax liabilities (X2) have a simultaneous effect on earnings management (Y), which is equal to 28.8%. The rest (100% - 28.8% = 71.2%) is influenced by variousfactors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions for the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category in Mimika Regency. The method used is the associative method, namely the method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were consumers or users of the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category with a sample of 60 respondents. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, questionnaires and literature studies. To test the data in this research using validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study show that brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), and perceived quality (X3) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category, while brand loyalty (X4) has no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of the quality of SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) Facilities on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank BRI Unit Rimbo Ilir. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are customer who use SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) facilities at PT. Bank BRI Unit Rimbo Ilir. The sampling methods in this study usea non-probability sampling. The number of sampels in this study were 100 respondents, with a population of all customers of PT. Bank BRI Unit Rimgo Ilir that uses SMS Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM Facilities. The methods in this research are questionnaries and documentation studies. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical methods and quantitative. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical methods and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0,05. F test results indicate that SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank BRI Unti Rimbo Ilir. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the Adjusted R Square value 0,802 means 80,2%. Customer satisfaction factor can be explained by SMS Baning Mobile Banking, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) facilities. While the remaining 19,8% is explained by other factor that cannot be investigated this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist facilities and travel distance on the level of tourist visits at the Kinantan Cultural Wildlife Park, Bukittinggi City. This research can be used to increase further tourist visits. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a quantitative approach and a type of field research using a questionnaire and a total sample of 100 respondents. And with data analysis methods used validity, reliability, classical assumptions (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, R² coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing (t test, f test). The results of this study indicate that the multiple linear regression test for tourist facilities has a value of 0.260 if every 1 percent increase in the tourism facility variable will affect the level of tourist visits by 0.260 (26%) and travel distance has a value of 0.848 if every 1 percent increase in the travel distance variable, it will affect the level of tourist visits by 0.848 (84.8%). Then, the Sig value t test for the influence of tourist facilities on visit rates is 0.039 <0.05 and the t value is 2.093 > 0.677. The Sig value for the effect of travel distance on the visit rate is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount is 5.909 > 0.677. This shows that H1 and H2 are accepted. And the results of the R² test obtained a value of 0.585 or 58.5%. Which proves that how much the Independent variable can explain the Dependent variable with a figure of 58.5% and the remaining 41.5% is explained by other variables. Based on the f test of the influence of tourist facilities and travel distance simultaneously the visit rate is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 68.455 > f table 3.09.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of profitability and financial leverage on income smoothing in consumer goods industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The number of samples in this study were 30 companies with a sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data obtained through the IDX and company websites. Analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26 application. The results of the hypothesis show that ROA has no effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.776 which means> 0.05, it is concluded that ROA has no effect on Income Smoothing. The significant value of ROE is 0.662 which means> 0.05, so it can be concluded that ROE has no effect on income smoothing. The significant value of NPM is 0.856, which means> 0.05, so it can be concluded that NPM has no effect on income smoothing. The significant value of DAR has no effect on income smoothing, this can be seen from the significant value of the variable in the T test which is greater than 0.05, namely 0.709. The significant value of DER has no effect on income smoothing, it can be seen from the significant value of the variable in the T test which is greater than 0.05, namely 0.503. From the test results of the coefficient of determination, obtained (R2) - 0.274 or -27.4%, this means that the independent variable Profitability (ROA, ROE, NPM) and Financial Leverage

Abstract

Inequality between regions is closely related to economic development problems. Where differences in economic capacity between regions and uneven investment realization are the drivers of inequality between regions. This study aims to analyze disparities in economic development and their relationship with investment in West Sumatra Province in 2017-2021. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of documentation and the data used is secondary data originating from the BPS of West Sumatra Province and the National Single Window for Investment (NSWI). The results of the Williamson Index show that development inequality in West Sumatra Province in 2017-2021 with an average of 0.280 is classified as low inequality but during this period has increased regularly and consistently. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation test, the relationship between disparity and investment, which is divided into Domestic investment and Foreign Investment, has a very strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.817 with Domestic investment and -0.915 with Foreign Investment.

Abstract

Based on the research results, it shows that there are two solutions to solving this problematic mudharabah financing. Firstly, when financial constraints occur that affect members in paying off financing, the cooperative will provide an extension of time for members to be able to pay off loans. Secondly, KSP Syariah Sungai Rotan-Batu Taba will restructure financing for members who are having difficulty paying loans. This restructuring includes rescheduling payments, adjusting profit sharing or reducing the principal that must be paid. The Sungai-Batu Taba Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative can be said to have been around 70% effective in resolving problematic mudhrabah financing, which can be seen from the restructuring carried out to help reduce financial burdens which can help members pay off loans that have been made and the annual meeting held in 2021 has reduced the number of members experiencing mudharabah financing problems. Meanwhile, 30% still have communication problems because when contacted, members don't get an answer, so KSP Syariah has difficulty collecting member loans. However, KSP Syariah Sungai Rotan-Batu Taba will still give members time to pay off the loan, but if there is still no answer then the cooperative will come to the member's house.

Abstract

The background of the researchers choosing this title is that there is a problem of a lack of tourism development in the Sijunjung traditional village and a lack of potential for the attractiveness of the Sijunjung traditional village. This research aims to meknow what the strategy for developing tourist attractions in the village of Aday Padang, the realm of Sijunjung Regency. To find out what the potential and attractiveness of the Padang area traditional village of Sijunjung Regency is. This type of research uses field research and a qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research method uses SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix analysis, Cartesian diagrams, SWOT matrix analysis and score weight table analysis. Based on the research results obtained from internal (IFE) and external (EFE) evaluations using the SWOT matrix and score weight table, it was obtained that the highest total weight score was found in the S-T strategy, which was 3.25. This shows that the development of tourism potential must utilize the strengths possessed to reduce threats by 1) Maintaining the natural tourism potential of traditional villages so that no natural damage occurs. 2) Give a warning to those who exploit it so that the natural potential in traditional village tourist destinations is maintained. 3) Utilizing local culture, historical relics and natural potential in traditional villages to improve the image of Sijunjung Regency to be better known outside the region.
