Abstract

Collaboration is a strategy for sustainable business in all areas of business. The objective of this study is to enhance the efficacy of stay decisions through the utilization of collaboration mediators. The study population consisted of Miracle Signature Hills guests. The technique used was convenience sampling to select 250 respondents. SEM with Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that Service Quality has a significant impact on deciding to co-operate and decide to stay. Additionally, brand image has significant value on collaboration and retention. Collaborating also has a significant value in deciding to stay at Miracle Signature Hills. By fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, including management, employees, and guests, companies can create an environment conducive to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. By continuing to work together, organizations will be able to continually enhance their quality of service, strengthen their brand image, and ultimately contribute to the longevity and success of their business.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and incentives on employee performance by using work productivity as an intervening variable at PT. Musdalifa Karya Mandiri. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The research method used in this research is path analysis using the Smart PLS application version 3.2.9 as a data analysis instrument. The research results show that work ethic and incentives have a positive effect on work productivity, work ethic and incentives have a negative effect on employee performance, work productivity has a positive effect on employee performance, and work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable while incentives have a negative effect on employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Work motivation is one of the key factors that influences employee performance and commitment in the organization. This research aims to analyze how increasing work motivation can influence the level of employee commitment to the company. The methodology used includes qualitative analysis through analysis of employees from various industries, as well as qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews to gain deeper insights. The research results show that factors such as financial rewards, recognition from management, career development opportunities, and a positive work environment have a significant positive correlation with work motivation. Furthermore, this increase in motivation has been proven to increase employee commitment, which is characterized by increased loyalty, reduced turnover rates, and increased employee participation in organizational activities.

Abstract

This study aims to help provide answers whether the increase in chicken prices at Pak Selamet's umkm in the prosperous market in the last three years, the difference in price increases is still considered significant or not. This research applies the one-way ANOVA test to ensure statistical quality and applies a quantitative approach through descriptive data collection using observation and interview techniques. Based on the findings of the ANOVA test which obtained the results of the P-Value <0.05 which concluded that there was a significant difference, it can be stated that the price increase of domestic chicken and native chicken in the Sejahtera market in Bekasi Regency in the last three years, especially Pak Selamet's umkm, experienced a significant difference in price increases per year. But in the follow-up test, namely the Tukey test (POST HOC TEST) on the price of native chicken in 2022 - 2023 there was no significant price increase in that year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of Padang Golf Halim caddies. This research method uses accidental sampling. The purpose of this technique is to take samples by chance or people the author meets at that time. The sample for this study consisted of one hundred Padang Golf Halim caddies. Data was obtained using a questionnaire and processed using SPSS 20 software. The results of this research are shown by the results of the F test where sig 0.000 < 0.05, which means that these variables together have a significant influence on employee performance variables. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Shopee e-commerce platform as a medium for online fashion shopping. In the ever-growing digital era, Shopee has become one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, providing various fashion products that can be easily accessed by consumers. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents who actively shop for fashion through Shopee. The research results show that the factors of ease of access, product variety and promotional features offered by Shopee significantly influence consumer decisions when shopping for fashion online. Apart from that, customer satisfaction with Shopee services also plays an important role in increasing consumer loyalty. This research is expected to provide insight for online fashion industry players in developing effective marketing strategies and improving consumer shopping experiences on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research method approach. Which is to find out the results of the influence of influencer involvement and social media marketing on purchasing decisions for the Skintific skincare brand. Technology is becoming an increasingly important part of everyone's life because of its rapid development, therefore social media is very influential for brand promotion media, plus the collaboration of influencers with social media has a big influence on increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In this research, we investigate the number of consumers who consume ABC type coffee based on data collected through questionnaires. ABC type coffee was chosen because of its wide popularity among coffee consumers. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey method as a means of collecting data from a representative sample of the target population. Our questionnaire was specifically designed to explore various aspects related to ABC coffee consumption, including frequency of consumption, preference for certain varieties and brands, location of purchase, as well as the main reasons for choosing the product. The collected data is then analyzed statistically to identify dominant consumption patterns and factors that influence consumer choices. In-depth analysis of the questionnaire results provides a comprehensive picture of ABC coffee consumer profiles, such as their demographics, taste preferences and brand preferences. The results of this research provide valuable insights for coffee producers and retailers to understand market trends and consumer behavior that underlie their purchasing decisions. The implications of these findings can assist in the development of more targeted and effective marketing strategies, as well as increasing brand awareness and satisfaction consumers towards ABC coffee products. In addition, this research can also be a basis for further research that explores the dynamics of the coffee market and the psychological factors behind consumer preferences for certain types of coffee. Thus, this study not only describes the number of consumers who consume ABC coffee, but also provides an understanding deeper into consumer behavior and coffee market dynamics that are relevant to the industry and its research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on the TikTok application. The research method used to analyze this influence uses qualitative research, A descriptive qualitative approach allows researchers to describe in detail the phenomenon under investigation, including an understanding of key concepts, historical developments, and current trends in risk management. With social media, Tiktok can help advance promotional media or platforms as business fields or promotional media. This research concludes that the quality of the Tiktok application media as a means of distribution and application has good adaptation results if it is significantly related to media materials for trading. So this Tiktok application is very influential among the public and even influencers.
