Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of online food delivery service quality in the Gojek application on customer satisfaction, this research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University. The random sampling technique was used to determine the sample in this study, where the respondents were students. The number of samples used was 50 people. The results of this study provide recommendations for improvements to Gojek based on an analysis of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The findings show that ease of use of the application, accuracy of order delivery, and transparency in communication regarding delays are important factors that affect customer satisfaction. In addition, trust in GoFood services is also a key factor in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The success of the agribusiness sector in improving the Indonesian economy is because the operational activities of the agribusiness sector have a smaller level of risk. The Indonesian government continues to strive to increase people's income through developing the agribusiness sector by continuing to encourage increased production and downstream national agriculture. However, efforts to improve the agribusiness sector do not escape the capital and marketing problems that farmers continue to face. Capital for every business is the foundation for the establishment of a business. The problem with capital in farming is that it is difficult for farmers to understand accounting in agriculture and many farmers, especially village farmers, often ignore the importance of financial records in the running of their farming business. Based on this, the majority of human resources in West Bandung Regency are farmers who are superior in the field of agriculture, but there are weaknesses in achieving an understanding of financial recording in the business world because it appears that farmers are more focused on cultivating rice fields to produce good production and ignoring proper recording. with the applicable provisions in accounting. This program aims to improve the competency and skills of farmers in West Bandung regarding financial records in accordance with applicable regulations. This activity was prepared from answers to problems that occurred related to recording farmers' finances. The stages used in this service are Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The expected final result is an increase in bookkeeping knowledge and an increase in the income of farmers in West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

The volume of exports generated in Indonesia by the non-oil and gas sector is higher than the value of exports generated by the oil and gas sector. The plantation sector is one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. This is supported by the vast territory and tropical climate of Indonesia. One of the leading products in the plantation sector in Indonesia in export activities and the domestic market is the tea commodity. This study aims to analyze the effect of production variables, USD exchange rate, land area, and domestic market simultaneously and partially on the volume of Indonesian tea exports in 2009-2021. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that: 1) production, USD exchange rate, land area, and domestic market simultaneously have a significant effect on the volume of Indonesian tea exports in 2009-2021. 2) production partially has a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian tea exports. 3) the USD exchange rate partially has no positive and insignificant effect on the volume of Indonesian tea exports. 4) land area partially has a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian tea exports. 5) domestic market partially has no positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian tea exports. Given the importance of exports for a country's economy, the export of tea commodities, which is one of Indonesia's leading export commodities, must be increased, taking into account factors that can affect the value of exports.

Abstract

Research analyzing creativity and innovation management based on human resource knowledge is a scientific literature article in the scope of Creative and Innovation Business. The aim of this literature research is to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of Creative Business and Innovation. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is using literature study. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Scopus Elsevier Journal, Emerald, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, GARUDA, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature article include: 1) Creativity Management plays a role in Organizational Competitive Advantage; and 2) Innovation plays a role in the Organization's Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

Islamic economics began to develop since the classical economic period in 738 AD - 1932 AD which was marked by the emergence of ideas such as Abu Yusuf with the book Al-Kharaj (Manual on Land Tax) and Abu Ubaid al-Qosim with the book 'Al-Amwal (The wealth). Then in 1058 AD-1466 AD, this economic development continued, colored by the thoughts of Ibn Khaldun as contained in the book Muqadimah. The rebirth of Islamic economics began with the awareness of Muslim scientists who assessed the need to restore Islamic teachings in everyday life. This awareness was an answer to the thoughts of contemporary Muslim scientists regarding economic problems which were deemed unable to be completely solved by the economic theory developing at that time. 70s. The research method used here is library research or literacy studies. Library research is a method of research where all activities are related to reading, recording and collecting library data and managing research materials. Meanwhile, literacy studies are a method of research which involves summarizing writings from books, journals and other documents, then describing the information and theories obtained, and organizing these libraries into discussion subchapters related to required topic. In this research, the type of data used by the author is data obtained from literature studies. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. Islamic economics is likened to a house, building or structure that requires basic values, principles and concepts in the form of design before the economic system is built. By knowing an Islamic economic design, it is hoped that you can get a complete and comprehensive picture briefly about the Islamic economy which is like a building and consists of a roof, pillars and foundation. There are basic principles in Islamic economic design. These principles can generally be divided into three parts, namely: universal values, derivative principles and morals. The main principles held by Islamic economics are the principle of monotheism, the principle of justice and moral principles which are manifestations of the principle of nubuwah. These basic principles make Islamic economics superior to other economic systems, for example social or liberal economics.

Abstract

The importance of analyzing the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Bank Muamalat's financial statements. ROE and CAR are two vital financial performance indicators in evaluating the efficiency of capital use and bank capital adequacy. By understanding the relationship between ROE and CAR, it can help banks optimize financial performance and maintain financial stability. This research aims to analyze the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Bank Muamalat's financial reports in the 2018-2022 period. . The method used is panel regression analysis using secondary data from Bank Muamalat's financial reports. The ROE variable is used as the independent variable while CAR is the dependent variable. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between ROE and CAR at Bank Muamalat during the period studied. The implications of this research provide a better understanding of the relationship between financial performance and the level of capital adequacy of Islamic banks, especially Bank Muamalat, which can be a basis for decision making for related parties in risk management and business strategy in the future.

Abstract

This research was inspired by the extensive use of the LinkAja Syariah application by students enrolled in sharia banking courses at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. This research seeks to determine and analyze the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction using the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet. It is part of the Islamic banking program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. A quantitative technique is used in this investigation. One hundred and ten persons were surveyed for this study. At the same time, the data analysis method employs determinant coefficient (R2), simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test) to examine the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Research out of UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi's sharia banking course reveals that the quality of the product significantly impacts customer satisfaction with the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the banking industry, including the application of internet banking. This research aims to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction with internet banking users at Bank Nagari Syariah Branch, Bukittinggi. Based on initial observations, seven factors were found that influence customer satisfaction, namely: product quality, service quality, fulfillment of emotional aspects, product price, costs, ease of access, and transaction experience. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 30 customers who use internet banking. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results show that the factors of service quality, fulfillment of emotional aspects, and product price have a high level of satisfaction among customers. Meanwhile, product quality, cost, ease of access and transaction experience factors show lower levels of satisfaction. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for Bank Nagari Syariah in improving internet banking services and providing better satisfaction for customers. Apart from that, this research also contributes to the literature regarding customer satisfaction and the use of sharia banking technology in Indonesia.
