Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the lecturer discipline at the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Discipline is the process or result of directing or controlling a desire, urge, or interest toward an ideal or to produce more effective and reliable behavior. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the analysis results of the informants, the lecturer discipline of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Mas was excellent. The results of this study explained that employees obey the rules set by the organization not because they fear punishment but because they understand and support them. To get the accreditation of a good agency, the discipline and responsibility of its employees will be necessary. With time management and cultivation, discipline will encourage officers to act and carry out all activities according to the rules that have been established.

Abstract

In general, various factors influence work productivity, such as motivation, assessment, training, and development but in this article, researchers will only focus on the work motivation of lecturers. Work motivation has an important role in improving work productivity. Work motivation will be the driving force for lecturers to carry out tasks or obligations. This research method is qualitative research using case study techniques through interviews with sources. According to research, the trigger for the emergence of work motivation in lecturers are influenced by several factors, firstly is the desire for life (desire of life) which  related to the salary, compensation, and bonuses provided by the college or place of work; secondly, the desire for position and power (the desire for position and power), where this is related to promotion; and finally, the desire for recognition (the desire of recognition), which is recognized for lecturer contributions and lecturer performance, giving praise for the achievements achieved by lecturers. Motivation also has an impact on lecturers, such as improving lecturer performance, lecturer productivity, and lecturer job satisfaction, which leads to the success of higher education.

Abstract

The role of human resource management in organizations in the Kartasura sub-district has been well designed and implemented in accordance with the needs of the region and the residents of Kartasura. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of human resource management in the Kartasura sub-district is carried out. This research was conducted using qualitative methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review studies. The role of human resource management itself is divided into three. First, in administration, the Kartasura sub-district is responsible for carrying out the work program activities that have been designed. Second, operational and advocacy roles are carried out to control employees so that they can contribute well so that the work carried out can run effectively and efficiently. Third is the strategic role of human resources that must be carried out to support the work program that will be carried out. With the existence of a strategy in the work program that will be carried out, it is hoped that it can provide results that are in accordance with the goals desired by the company or organization.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection are ways to find and get the ideal member or employee with a set number of quotas. Recruitment and selection are a series of processes used by companies or organizations in search of superior human resources with the required qualifications and standards. The purpose of this research is to learn about the recruitment and selection processes in the Solo Dreamers community, as well as the qualifications and standards of the Solo Dreamers community. The research is qualitative and descriptive, with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. The results reveal that the recruiting and selection process has been well designed by the Solo Dreamer community in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community. The recruitment process is conducted using open methods and delivered through social media platforms. Selection process in the community of Solo Dreamer, i.e., (1) administrative selection, (2) interview selection, (3) probation or internship (kondisional). Nepotism is an interesting topic when discussing recruitment and selection in an organization or company. In this study, it is revealed that nepotism is forbidden and should be avoided in order to obtain ideal and quality human resources. Selection by looking at social media candidates is one of the most influential qualification assessments in the recruitment and selection process in the Solo Dream Community.

Abstract

Influencer marketing is a marketing strategy by carrying out sales promotions by someone who has influence (influencer) in influencing consumers to make purchasing decisions for Elizabeth bag products among students. In the ever-growing digital era, the role of influencers in marketing strategies has become an important factor in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to reveal the influence of influencers in marketing strategies on purchasing decisions for Elizabeth brand bag products among students. Elizabeth is a bag brand that has long been known in the fashion industry. Marketing strategies through influencers have become an integral part of efforts to reach the student market segment. The research method used in this research is a survey method, with data collection carried out through questionnaires distributed to students from various universities. The collected student data was analyzed using regression techniques to determine the extent to which the role of influencers had an impact on purchasing decisions for Elizabeth bag products. The results of this research show that the role of influencers in marketing strategies has the influence that the use of influencers in marketing strategies has been successful in communicating brand and product values to their target market.
