Abstract

There are many factors that motivate employees in organizations. In the presence of these factors, the employee's performance and thus production increases. In addition, as a result of the lack of motivation, many consequences result in negative consequences. One of these consequences is quitting the job. In other words, it can be said that individuals who are not motivated will leave their jobs over time. It can be stated that the person who is motivated towards his / her job and environment in the place of work will depend on his / her job and will not think of leaving his / her job. Considering the time and cost of employing employees, it is an important issue that managers show the necessary sensitivity to the concept of motivation. Thus, it can be said that there is a correlation between the level of motivation and the tendency to quit. In this study, the effect of motivation on the tendency to quit was examined and a conceptual framework was formed by first researching the literature on the subject. Later, the field study was explained and the findings obtained were presented through tables and interpreted and the results reached were evaluated.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the risk factors for LBW events in the working area of the Setu II Bekasi Health Center in 2022. This research was an analytic survey study using a cross-sectional study design with a population of 521 people and a sample of 84 people who were selected using a random sampling technique. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was then processed using a statistical program. Results: The study found that 22.6% of babies were born with a weight < 2500 grams, 27.4% of mothers aged < 20 and > 35 years, 20.2% of mothers with gestational age < 37 weeks, 28.6% of mothers with parity ≥ 3 children, 14.3% of mothers had LILA <23.5 cm, 7.1% of mothers had HB levels <10 g/dl, 10.7% of mothers experienced pregnancy complications. The results of statistical analysis using the chi square test found that the risk factors associated with the incidence of LBW were gestational age (p value = 0.000), parity (p value = 0.019) and pregnancy complications (p value = 0.025). While the risk factors that were not related to the incidence of LBW were mother's age (p value = 0.179), upper arm circumference (p value = 0.455) and HB levels (p value = 0.126). Conclusion: the risk factors associated with the incidence of LBW are gestational age, parity and complications of pregnancy. Therefore, it is hoped that parents will always take care of their pregnancies by checking their pregnancies to health services, so as to minimize risk factors during pregnancy

Abstract

To find out the effect of boiled betel leaf and boiled egg consumption on perineal wound healing in postpartum women at the Cikulur Health Center in 2022. This type of research used a quasy experiment. The reachable population is 30 pregnant women who meet the inclusion criteria in the working area of the Cikulur Public Health Center. The sampling technique uses the total population method. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the significant value (Sig) of the betel leaf stew variable was 0.003. Because the value of Sig. 0.003 < probability of 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of betel leaf decoction (X1) on perineal wound healing (Y). These results can be concluded that perineal wound healing in post partum mothers can heal completely within 7 days. It is known that the significance value (Sig) of the boiled egg variable is 0.013. Because the value of Sig. 0.013 < probability of 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of boiled eggs (X1) on perineal wound healing (Y). These results can be concluded that perineal wound healing in post partum mothers can heal completely within 7 days. From the results of this study it can be concluded that perineal wound healing in post partum mothers can heal completely within 7 days. With this research, mothers can increase their knowledge about the effectiveness of betel leaf decoction and boiled eggs, and want to carry out the recommendations of health workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between online learning and student achievement levels during the Covid 19 pandemic in D3 Midwifery students at D3 Midwifery Study Program Nabire in 2022. This study used an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 200 respondents. by using chi quare analysis. The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a value of X2 and a value of p = 0.00 <0.05 so that the results obtained were H1 accepted and H0 rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between online learning and the achievement level of Nabire D3 Midwifery students. Statistically there is a significant relationship between online learning and student achievement levels, where student achievement levels decrease during online learning compared to face-to-face or offline learning. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between online learning methods and student achievement levels. It is hoped that education can improve better learning media so that learning achievement can be maintained.

Abstract

Productivity assessment is classified as an important aspect in measuring the operational success of a company whose implementation has not been optimally implemented by some companies in Indonesia, even in the world. The purpose of this qualitative-descriptive study is to analyze the level of profitability in assessing company productivity at CV Sinar Surya Parepare Branch-South Sulawesi. This study involves the company's financial statements as research objects obtained through documentation techniques. The observation period in this study takes five periods, namely 2017 to 2021. These findings inform that the analysis of ROA and ROE ratios does not provide guarantees for increasing company productivity. However, through this analysis, the level of efficiency in the use of company resources can be directly identified. On the other hand, through this efficiency encourages increased company productivity. Following up on the findings of this study, an assessment of company productivity must be carried out on an ongoing basis through the analysis referred to in this study combined with other assessment models.

Abstract

Recently it has been published evidence of the successful implementation of the integration of solution focused brief therapy and behavioral cognitive therapy as a model of brief therapy that is currently used as the basis for the Master of Brief Therapy in the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon. However, in the application some process have showed some issues that could be systematized, some of them include the use of functional analysis as a basis for the design of treatment and to specify the minimum elements to consider that the therapeutic model used corresponds to the integration of the two approaches. Thus, the aim of this paper is to systematize the practice model integrating behavioral cognitive therapy and solution-focused therapy and to propose a guide to the practical integration of these approaches based on functional analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the histological conditions of the liver given green tea in MSG-induced mice and to analyze the potential of green tea (Camelia sinensis L.) in improving liver function in MSG-induced mice. The research was conducted for 30 days with test animals in the form of male mice strain Balb / c. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). Each treatment consisted of P0 as a control given distilled water 0.5 ml / w / day, P1 given 0.015 g / w / day green tea, P2 which was given MSG 0.84 g / w / day, P3 which was given MSG 0, 84 g / w / hr and 0.015 g / bb / hr green tea. The results showed that the MSG induction dose of 0.084 g / w / hr had an impact on reducing liver weight, increasing ALT levels and hepatocyte diameter. The administration of green tea with a dose of 0.015 g / bb / day in mice induced by MSG and without induction of MSG was able to increase liver weight, decrease ALT levels and hepatocyte diameter. The interaction of MSG and green tea occurs in the diameter of the hepatocytes, so it can be concluded that giving green tea a dose of 0.015 g / w / hr is able to repair damage to hepatocytes caused by MSG induction of 0.084 g / w / day.
