Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg in two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of sufficient rest/calm. Increased blood pressure that lasts for a long time (persistent) can cause damage to the kidneys (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain (cause stroke) if not detected early and receive adequate treatment. To find out the difference in the effectiveness of watermelon juice and tomato juice in reducing high blood pressure in the elderly aged 60-70 years in the working area of ​​the Cigeulis Health Center in 2022. Analytical with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 30 elderly people at the Cigeulis Health Center in November 2022 (total sampling). There is an effect of Tomato Juice which is proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure (p value 0.000<0.05), there is an effect of Watermelon Juice which is proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure (p value 0.000<0.05). From the results of the study it turned out that these two variables were equally effective in reducing blood pressure because the p value was 0.000 <0.05. It is expected that the puskesmas will provide education on the prevention and management of hypertension. To prevent hypertension and reduce blood pressure red watermelon and tomatoes.

Abstract

The city of Salatiga has launched "Rembug Stunting" as a program and at the same time as a stunting prevention movement that is being carried out at all levels of sub-districts in Salatiga City. Including status village as KB Village, including: KB Village, Kelurahan Kauman South, Kelurahan Blotongan, Kelurahan Kecandran, Kelurahan Kumpulrejo, and Kampung KB Kelurahan Thump Lor. Purpose of Research the action is to identify root problem causes of stunting in the five KB Villages, and conduct reinforcement and assistance DASHAT cadres (Kitchen Healthy Overcome Stunting) in the KB Village, Salatiga City. Research results action this show that root problem root causes of stunting from factor pattern care and development family, factor marriage age child, factor economics, diet and intake nutrition in Baduta (Baby lower two years) and Toddlers (infants under five years), Sanitation and other factors such as disease degenerative. Strengthening and mentoring DASHAT cadres through presentation anti stunting snack is strategy for overcome stunting on the level root grass so that motivating DASHAT cadres to practiced in life everyday, besides enhancement capacity from cadre that alone. Strategy role network actors also do through Learning program activities Field Integrated (PLT) through the "PENTING" Student program (Care for Stunting), promotion and branding of Kampung KB through social media accounts and making Kampung KB profile videos, developing them role active various elements in the Kampung KB community through outreach, education and advocacy about prevention of stunting, marriage age children and violence to child, as well develop network collaboration through Free Learning Independent Campus (MBKM).

Abstract

Los movimientos migratorios entre las dos orillas del Atlántico han sido de gran importancia, tanto por su cantidad como por su heterogeneidad, desde el momento del contacto con estos territorios. El flujo constante de personas, bienes e ideas en este ambiente oceánico, hizo que en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII, los círculos republicanos ingleses y americanos estrecharan sus lazos, con algunas mujeres como militantes destacadas. La escritora inglesa Catharine Macaulay (1731-1791), además de escribir sobre los hechos cruciales del momento, cruzó el océano con el deseo de estar cerca y vivirlos en primera persona. Por otra parte, por intereses comunes, mantuvo una intensa relación epistolar durante más de veinte años con la escritora estadounidense Mercy Otis Warren (1728-1814). A pesar de las limitaciones que encontraron en campos predominantemente masculinos, como la historia y la política, el aporte de estas mujeres no se limitó al apoyo esperado, sino que sus inquietudes quedaron reflejadas en algunos escritos importantes para la causa republicana. A pesar de ello y paradójicamente, estos movimientos revolucionarios no generaron cambios significativos en la situación y derechos de las mujeres.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out the policies of the parties regarding delaying the fulfillment of business contract agreements during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the impact of delaying the fulfillment of business contracts for the parties during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses the juridical-normative method. The results of the research method concluded that: 1). If the Covid-19 pandemic is included in a force majeure situation, the parties can take a policy to terminate the agreement if the pandemic is permanent or can delay the fulfillment of achievements if the situation is only temporary. 2). The impact of the current pandemic is that the parties have to temporarily postpone the contract that was agreed before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred due to restrictions on community activities whose rules have been conveyed by the Indonesian government. The delay to fulfill the achievement itself must get approval from both parties so that there is no broken promise (default).

Abstract

El concepto de fatiga por compasión es común en la literatura científica del trabajo social internacional, aunque sorprendentemente inexistente en la literatura española. La fatiga por compasión puede definirse por compasión como un estado de agotamiento y disfunción biológica, psicológica y relacional, resultado de la exposición inmediata o prolongada al estrés por compasión y como resultado final del proceso gradual y acumulativo resultante del contacto prolongado, continuo e intenso. con clientes o clientas. pacientes, autoconsumo y exposición al estrés. El uso continuado puede dar lugar a imágenes graves típicas de un traumatismo secundario o la aparición del síndrome de Burnout. De cualquier manera, si un profesional de trabajo social experimenta este fenómeno, su capacidad para empatizar, conectar y ayudar a sus clientes se ve seriamente disminuida. Paradójicamente, el cansancio de la compasión es, por un lado, necesario e inevitable si se desarrollan buenas prácticas; por otro, peligroso e incapacitante si no se compensa con otros mecanismos. La fatiga por compasión no puede evitarse, pero puede y debe abordarse conscientemente. Aumentar la capacidad de reconocer y minimizar el impacto de la deserción es una responsabilidad del profesional y de la organización en la que trabaja. Finalmente, el trabajo plantea qué hacer frente a este fenómeno y cómo cuidarse, profesional e institucionalmente.

Abstract

The effectiveness of drinking coconut oil in pregnant women on the flexibility of the portion during labor. Traditionally, people still use coconut oil a lot during pregnancy with the aim of smooth delivery. This is said by an expert is just a myth because there is no research. The author is interested in conducting research with the aim of knowing the condition of the portion of pregnant women, both those who drink and those who do not drink coconut oil during labour. The research method uses a descriptive study approach and qualitative research methods include: In-depth interviews with informants. Conduct random surveys. research by doing vaginal taucher on respondents who gave birth. The results of vaginal taucher examination on 40 respondents who gave birth: 35 respondents (87.5%) drank coconut oil, 5 respondents (12.5%) did not drink. Of the 35 respondents who drank coconut oil, 34 respondents (97.1%) became flexible, 1 respondent (2.9%) was not flexible. Results: Third trimester pregnant women who drink coconut oil regularly, most of the portions become flexible during labor. We know that a flexible portion is easier to dilate, so that the first stage of labor becomes faster, minimizes fatigue, reduces the risk of post-partum bleeding. Reducing the risk to the baby. Conclusion: The author believes this can contribute to reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Suggestion: the writer hopes that there will be more comprehensive research.

Abstract

La Escala de Competencias del Trabajo Social Geriátrico II (GSWCS II) se considera un referente en la evaluación de las competencias de los Trabajadores Sociales de Gero. El objetivo del estudio es examinar las propiedades psicométricas de GSWCS II en una muestra de trabajadores sociales portugueses que trabajan con personas mayores. El GSWCS II se administró junto con un cuestionario socioprofesional diseñado específicamente. Fueron entrevistados un total de 543 trabajadores sociales, con una edad media de 33,05 (7,57 = DE), sexo femenino (96,1%) y en funciones directivas (72,5%). La consistencia interna se verificó con valores altos en todas las dimensiones (α > .9). La escala tiene altas correlaciones con todas sus dimensiones (> .85). Para probar el modelo se utilizó el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio, basado en una estructura de cinco dimensiones, la prueba de ajuste chi-cuadrado ( χ 2 / df ) = 3,129 presentó un índice de ajuste aceptable. La GSWCS II demostró ser una escala válida y confiable para esta población

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the science governance of Islamic education, which is strengthened by the annual activity, the Darul Hikam education conference (DHEC), which is held by the Darul Hikam Bandung college. The method used is a phenomenological type of qualitative research. The data is analyzed philosophically, historically and pedagogically. The results of this study indicate that science governance in Islamic education is a necessity to be adaptive to technological developments, especially the metaverse through the readiness of concepts, human resources, hardware and software, and support from government policies. The 2022 DHEC program discusses how education governance needs to be prepared for changes in digital technology through seminars and calls for papers.

Abstract

Nutrition is an important part on the implementation of cancer, both in patients who are undergoing therapy, restoration of the therapy, in a State of remission or to prevent a recurrence. Nutritional status in cancer patients is known to correlate with response therapy, prognosis and quality of life. More or less 30-87% of cancer patients experiencing malnutrition before undergoing therapy. The incidence of malnutrition vary depending on the origin of cancer, for example in patients with pancreatic cancer and gaster are experiencing malnutrition to 85%, 66% in lung cancer, and 35% in breast cancer. One of the problems of nutrients that need attention in cancer patients is the kaheksia. The malnutrition common in advance because the nutrition component of the intake not as recommended.

Abstract

In the business world, companies cannot only think about themselves but also need to guarantee the sustainability of life around the company’s operations, including the surrounding community. This research will be carried out to see the implications provided by Corporate Social Responsibility for the increase in community empowerment around the company area of PT. Kimia Farma, Kesamben Village, Jombok District, Jombang Regency. This research will be carried out using a descriptive quantitative approach. The research data was obtained through the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents with a total sampling of 97 samples using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study then found a significant influence that occurred simultaneously and partially between the social, economic, and environmental variables and the community empowerment variable. The researcher can say that the three independent variables significantly influence community empowerment.
