Abstract

Ormas is a community organization that contributes to the nation and the Republic of Indonesia. The state guarantees the freedom of an individual in forming a community forum in order to contribute to society both in the field of religion, social, economic, and in the form of legal protection. The implementation of mass organizations gives a good contribution to the country where the state also requires the role of community activity in controlling the state.The implementation organization is certainly left to the people involved in running the organization in accordance with the vision and mission and objectives of the organization of religion. In this case, the author sees the existence of religious organizations mixed with the politicization of the nation and the state of Indonesia. The existence of such organizations has violated state rules that have an impact on the instability of the state both in political pawns and terms religious freedom.The Islamic organizations that have been banned include HTI ( Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia ), and FPI (Islamic Defenders Front ). Both Islamic organizations have been banned because it contradicts the prinsipal to maintain the stability of the country. In this research, the author will see the extent to which the organization has been banned by the state in activities so that the state has legally strictly prohibited the activity of organizations for the people of Indonesia

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of community satisfaction with services at the Wali Nagari Simpang Kapuak Office, Mungka District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, measured using the Community Satisfaction Index. This study uses descriptive quantitative-analysis using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) analysis in accordance with KEPMENPAN Number 14 of 2017. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires, documentation and observations going into the field with the community with a research sample of 95 people using the simple random sampling method. ). Public services in Nagari Simpang Kapuak include 9 elements of the Community Satisfaction Index including: Requirements; Systems, Mechanisms and Procedures; Service Time; Fees or Tariffs; Product Specification Type of Service; Implementing Competence; Implementing Behavior; Handling of Complaints, Suggestions, and Feedbacks; Facilities and infrastructure. The results showed that the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in accordance with KEPMENPAN Number 14 of 2017 for the services of the Simpang Kapuak Wali Nagari Office was running well with an interval value of 3.095 and after being converted to 77.37. So the performance of public services is in the "B" category, which means good

Abstract

This study aims to explaint that identity politics can color the election wali nagari (pilwana) in the guava river in 2021. And this study tries to discuss te main problems of the form of identity politics played by candidate candidates or political elites as a means of gaining power in occupying a position. Abstract

This journal discusses "Political Marketing in Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in 2020 (Study of Eka-Richi Regent and Elected Deputy Regent 2020 - 2024 Winning of Tanah Datar Regency)". Writing this journal has a focus on discussing political marketing used by Eka-Richi in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of writing this journal is to explain and analyze the political marketing strategies and problems used by Eka-Richi in winning the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Tanah Datar Regency. The type of research that the researcher uses is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique in this research is using interview, documentation and observation techniques. The theory used in this research is the political marketing theory of push marketing, pass marketing, and pull marketing. Based on research through observation and interview guidelines that researchers used in obtaining data, researchers obtained research results that in the process of winning the election for the Eka-Richi candidate, one of them could be obtained by using a political marketing strategy that was run by the candidate and the success team who gathered to become the Friends of Ek-Friend Volunteer Team. Richi with the political branding “The New Era of Tanah Datar is More Advanced” who succeeded in winning the 2020 simultaneous elections in Tanah Datar Regency

Abstract

The problem in this study is Eka Richi's Political Modalities in the 2020 Tanah Datar Regional Head Election. The purpose of this discussion is to find out what modalities Eka-Richi has in Winning the 2020 Tanah Datar Election and find out how Eka-Richi used these modalities to win the election. Tanah Datar Pilkada 2020. This descriptive qualitative research method is a research that reveals phenomena that occur in the field, namely about Eka Richi's Political Modalities in the 2020 Tanah Datar Regional Head Election. The results of the study found that: The first finding, Activity/Experience is the community's support for the candidacy of the candidate pairs Eka Putra and Richi Apriadi through the 2020 Tanah Datar district election, cannot be separated from political capital that comes from the role of the candidate pair's organizational activities before advancing in the nomination. Second, Local Political Elite Support is a number of candidate strengths from local political elites from political organizations, social organizations and even political parties who can represent their interests. by finding votes/voter support for candidate pairs. Eka-Richi has relations or insiders both from outside the party or only as sympathizers such as collaborating with all lines of society, both young people and community leaders who are able to make a product that cannot be imitated by other candidate pairs, namely free plows. , one event one village. Second, the problem encountered is the black campaign or black campaign that attacks every segment owned by Eka-Richi. Eka-Richi built such a neat solution in preventing bad things from black campaigns by various parties.
